I had my email acount hacked so i had to set up new email and i can't get my photos off i cloud now?

i had my email account hacked the other day and they changed the password so i could'nt get into it, so i set up a new email and password and changed password and i now can't get my photos on my ipad because it was backed up on i clould with my old email. how can i get them back?

You could try contacting iTunes store support. If you can proove your identity to their satisfaction, such as by answering your security questions correctly, they may be able to do something for you so you can regain control of the account. Although this is an iCloud issue, I'm suggesting iTunes store support because they deal with Apple ID issues all the time. hotmail as exchange
gmail as imap
aol as imap
yahoo as imap
all setup on the phone as just setting the phone to sync
from outlook or osx mail program or the likes don't really work as mails should
about the ultimatum to apple about fixing your mail problems then you will likely have more luck in the feedback channel then here were we're just users like you

I delete emails by putting them in trash. I have even deleted all mail. It all reappears no matter what I try! The mail icon shows I have thousands of emails and I can't get rid of them! Please help!!

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. I've had my IPAD 2 2 mosths and still can't get it to backup.

You need to post the steps you took, exactly what is happening, what OS version are you running (32 or 63 bit). No one can begin to help you unless we have more information to try and figure out what is happening.
It sounds like you got iTunes to upgrade and are trying to download the ios5 upgrade for your iPad. Correct? First things to try:
1) reboot your pc
2). Turn off firewall and anti-virus
3). Try again and post the results with any error messages you may get.

Camera roll photos are included in your backup, if you have one. Restoring the backup should recover them.

You can set up your iCloud account on your iOS device under: "Settings > iCloud" and a other account for store purchases under "Settings > iTunes & App Stores". Unfortunately merging accounts is not possible but you could transfer all of your music manually via iTunes from your Mac or PC.

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

I believe part of the recovery process is you get an e-mail allowing you to reset questions. If that e-mail isn't correct either because your son set it up then you really have no option but to ask Apple again. They are getting strict abotu security and given the number of "My iTunes account got hacked" posts here I can guess why. They have no way of knowing you really are the owner of the account. It's like me going to a policeman and saying, "See that car over there? That is mine, can you open the door for me?" and the police opening it on that basis alone.

What fixed it for me:
On your computer, open iTunes > My iPhone (or whatever name you gave your iPhone) > "Music" page
Uncheck "Sync Music"
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
Uncheck the box for every song, playlist, etc.
Click "Sync" button (bottom right) (This step may be unnecessary, but I did it and got the result I wanted.)
Let it run and finish
Check the boxes for the music you want on your iPhone
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
See if that doesn't work for you. I tried a lot of things that did nothing, but this seems to have fixed it, and quickly.
