I had some really good Injustice Gods Among Us characters, like Lobo Lvl 39 Elite 1, and the app began blacking out. It still is blacking out, and wont let me in. Can anyone help?
My app Injustice Gods Among Us is really being a pain. It started blacking out around a week ago, and it wont let me in to the game. I was told to delete the app, and redownload and rebbot my Ipad, but it didnt work. And I lost all my characters, like Lobo, Batgirl, Darkseid, and a ton of others. Can anyone help me? My neighbor got the app, and his works fine! What the heck.
It shows Peter's doing its jobs properly.
Anyway there is no more communication from Sony since awihle. If you can have any news.

The mail application on my I-Mac dates all emails, in or out, as 5th (of whatever month it is). It seems to get the time right.
The computer clock is fine. I have no problem with my MacBook - just with the I-Mac. Any ideas, please?OK Vicky, good clues...

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over. See if there are duplicates, should be one for Incoming & one for Outgoing.

Several months back, I had a phantom 5G of video. I unchecked ALL video files and synced the iPad and the 5G was still there. I was able to delete the 5G and bring it back by repeatedly unchecking and checking the "Sync Movies" box.
A "Restore" solved my problem. Be forewarned that it's not quick:
Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes." -
Hi I am trying to uninstall a previous version of itunes or download a newer version and I get the following error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" can anyone help please?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page).

After clicking one of the circled links, you should be taken to another page, and after a few seconds you should see a download dialog appear for the msicuu2.exe file. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like for me in Firefox:
Choose to Save the file. If the dialog box does not appear for you, click the link on the page that says "CLICK HERE IF IT DOES NOT". Here's a screenshot of the page with the relevant link circled:
When the dialog appears, choose to save the file.
(2) Go to the Downloads area for your Web browser. Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

I was given a replacement and told to set it up on itunes but now I cannot retrieve my address book, can anyone help please?

I updated my Iphone4 and had the m.calendar app with all of my daily temperatures saved, since the update after even after synching the iphone to itunes I have lost months of tracking I am devastated!! can anyone help get it back
I don't understand this answer. What do you mean " your contacts should be in whatever program/service you have selected to sync."? The address book is created on the phone not in Itunes or any other program/service. When Itunes says backing up phone I have to assume it backs up everything on the phone. Most of what's on my phone does not come out of itunes. I download apps directly on the phone. When the software updates it does not bring those apps back. I have to go into the appstore and install them all over again. Itunes music library syncs with whatever is on the device your linked up to BUT the phone book just dissappears after you update the phone. There is no way to save it anywhere else.

I am trying to sync photograpghs from my PC to my ipad but it is saying ITunes cannot sync apps to the ipad "user's ipad" because the apps installed on the ipad could not be determined. I have no idea what that means. Can anyone help?
I'm sorry about your loss.
Are you trying to recover data from this iPad, or to set it up as new (erase everything on it, and simply use the iPad as if it were brand new as your new iPad)?
If the latter, you can place the iPad into recovery mode as shown here. You may have to try this several times:

my ipod nano 7th generation won't play anything and when i click "radio" it says to plug in headphones when they're in. Can anyone help me with this problem?
Get a flashlight and make sure there is no obstruction/dirt/debris in the Nano headphone jack. Be sure you plug the headphones all the way in, the plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the body of the Nano.

When I open my mail account I keep getting the message "Checking for Mail". I deleted the yahoo account and set it up again and I am still getting the same issue plus I am not seeing any of my mail or folders. Can anyone help?
This is how I fixed it on my new iPhone 5S. Using the standard yahoo setting on my phone.
You will have to access "managing your app passwords" on your account profile for yahoo. Generate password for your app. For example: "My iPhone 5S'
Go to your Iphone and set up your yahoo mail account on your phone the normal way and you have to use the generated password. instead of the yahoo account password.

I am trying to "authorize" my new computer so that I can download my previous purchases from the cloud. It says to open iTunes and go to the STORE menu and select AUTHORIZE MY COMPUTER, but when I open iTunes there is no STORE menu. Can anyone help?
If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If the computer's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

Iphone 6Plus will not allow POP email account and cannot print to my wifi printers, I did on my Iphone 5 until I upgraded, can anyone help
I had talked with three people at Apple tech support on the phone, one person in the Apple store in Indianapolis, plus the other places I mentioned. Only the one young man in the Apple store was even able to identify the problem which was the POP vs. IMAP issue. And then like you said he was only able to say he hoped it would be fixed in the next update release. I did call him back this morning and told him about your simple solution, that I had seen it at the Apple forum, and that he might suggest bringing this topic up at the next staff meeting. I also let my Verizon rep know and an agent at Comcast. Something so simple yet it took three days and a lot of frustration to get fixed. Thanks again. You're my hero! ~ Carol Thomas
Also forgot to mention ... I got the iPhone 6 Plus about three weeks ago and did not have this problem. But I did a backup of my iPhone 5S on the computer and then used that backup to restore to my new iPhone. The iPad I did differently and just set it up as a new iPad with no restoring from the old one. That must have made a difference on the phone because it was set up just like the 5S ... as a POP3.
