I had USA store account, and buy iTunes card from Belgium which fail to registration?!
I had USA apple store account, and buy iTunes card from Belgium, when I try to use it, process failed because the card from Belgium is only for Belgium apple store??'!
What is the solution, what can do with this card?

You would need to change your iTunes Strore from the US to Belgium. In order to log onto the Belgian Store, you would need a physical address in Belgium....
To change Stores in iTunes on an iPhone, go into Settings>iTunes & App Store, and click on your Apple ID at the top. Then click on View Account and type in your password. On the view account screen you will see an option to Change Country/Region. Click on that and follow the prompts.

In order to take the credit card off of the account, you will need to open the iTunes program on your computer, pick the option for store from the left, and then pick account from the right under quick links. In the account you should be able to change credit card type to 'none' and/or add a gift card.
If you are doing this from iphone, ipad, or ipod touch, it will be under settings > store
if you continue having problems, you can contact itunes directly by filling out the form below. they will follow up via email to make sure your account issue is resolved

If you already created an Apple ID, you have to enter a credit card in order to use that ID now. If you don't have a credit card at all, you will have to create a new Apple ID to use without a credit card and you will need to have another email address in order to do this.
First you will have to sign out of your current ID in Settings> iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. You can tap the ID and tap Sign Out. Now you can proceed with creating a new Apple ID according to the instructions in here.

You are saying that you don't have a credit card, but if you had one, you could enter the credit card in order to use the ID that you already created, but you never have to use it. You can use gift cards or just download free content. But unless you create the ID as outlined above, you must enter payment details. -

Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases! It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'! -

iTunes cards are only valid in the country of original purchase. You cannot
use a German card in Hong Kong. -
ITunes Store + Click and Buy timed out
I recently got me a Click and Buy account because Paypal isnt availible in Germany. I verified my Mail and my bank account - Click and Buy says. Whenever I try to link this in iTunes I get a Message that iTunes could not connect with CaB and the process was canceld because of a session time out. I think the whole process took me about 20 seconds. I tried a Firefox instead of Safari - nothing.
I still have the same problem, I can not link my click-and-buy account with my iTunes Store account - and that means that the money I have in CaB is stuck there and I cannot use it in Apple Store. That *****!
On every attempt to get back from the browser to iTunes, I still receive the iTunes box message:
Your attempt to set up your ClickandBuy account for use in the iTunes Store was unsuccessful.
Your iTunes Store session has timed out.
It seems that Apple does not give a dam about it ("it" means us that are spending money in their store via their business partners).
Does anyone know any sort of solution for that technical problem? Why iTunes does not accept the browser redirect from CaB? -

You can't - to be able to redeem and use a US iTunes gift card you will need to be in the US with a US billing address on your account. Whilst you are in the Bahrain you can only use the Bahraini store, and you will need a Bahraini billing address on your account

I have 2 apple store accounts and this has resulted in 2 iTunes accounts with different TV show purchases. How can I get both on my AppleTV? It was suggested I sign out of the current active AppleTV account and sign in with the other. I can find no way to do this. Also, I have been advised by Apple that I cannot consolidate the two accounts.
I am certain you are doing backups of your TV shows on your computer in iTunes?! If not, do so. You should also make sure that you backup both accounts. Now, for your problem, you could combine the backups to one location then use your computer function on your Apple TV to watch all of your TV shows in one place. The only other way to watch both accounts is to actually go into account settings on your Apple TV and change the account info to the account you want to watch the TV shows in that account. Sounds awful, probably is.

Someone got into my iTunes store account and purchased stuff with this app called Kingdom Conquest. I got charged like $39 and I have no clue who it is and how they got my information. Frankly I'd be very interested to learn the true statistics concerning such issues. Unfortunately it's been the experience of many people over a long period of time that these statistics will never be attainable. I recently purchased a song on iTunes, with around five dollars on my iTunes store credit. After making the purchase money was taken from both my store credit and my credit card associated with the account. Why? The incident is extremely annoying and I am dissapointed with Apple's services. With Apple being a fortune 500 company, why would it resort to ripping off a customer.
If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.
