By all means get iLife but just for the record you don't HAVE to use Apple's photo application;
there are many more around, quite a lot of them free.

Only your friend can unlock it, either by giving you his Apple ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices - please see:

You can't. Your mysterious benefactor must remove the device from her (I guess you know it's a her?) iCloud account by logging into icloud.com, going to Find my iPhone and removing from there.

You really need to try this on a computer, not on the iPad.
Seeing how what is in the cloud is also on the iPad, if the content is not on the iPad, there is a good chance that the content is lost. But you can try logging into www.icloud.com in a web browser on a computer and log into your account and see if you can get into the Pages app. You may have to sign up for iCloud drive if you didn't do so already. Make SURE you that you read the blurb that will pop up in that window in iCloud for more information. -

My ipod has a 5 year warranty. My screen is cracked, my earbuds fell apart and my charger is useless. What am I supposed to do?
The same thing happened last year, I cracked my screen a month after I got it and the glass started to fall out. My mom paid to get it fixe. Why am I paying if there is already a warranty on it?Where did you get a five year warranty? The Apple standard warranty is 1 year and the extended AppleCare warranty is 2 years total. Neither cover a broken screen but will cover the headphones if they were not abused. Same for charger if it was purchased from Apple since a charger does not come with the iPod.

I found this site: http://www.foxdigitalcopy.com/uk/ and I explained what had happened, and gave my old Codes, and then they e-mailed me a while later with new Redeem codes!!!

I updated my iphone 5 to software release 7.1.1 and have lost my facetime icon. I no longer find facetime in settings however I do find the facetime icon under "use for cellular data" but I can not locate it anywhere on the phone.

I have received an email from a friend with a link which I clicked. It took me to the google home page. I am now suspicious that my friend's email account has been hijacked and the link contained a virus or a Trojan horse. I would know what to do on my PC but am new to the IPad. Can any form of Trojan horse be planted on IOS 6 or am I worrying unnecessarily? Reassurance would be most welcome as I do use the IPad for checking bank details and web purchases.
