I have already gone through the verification process, gotten my serial number sent to me
For creative suite 6 - now what? I have scanned my student ID like it told me to do, but I don't know where to send it or how to start the downloading process. I just keep getting the page that says "eligibility verification" and going thru the same steps over and over again.

What do you mean by "documents"? Word or Pages files, spreadsheet files?
Also, on your device, in Settings>iCloud, you have to have an on/off setting for Docments&Data. If not what kinds of entries do you have on that screen? -
I have recently acquired Lightroom 5 as part of a Canon camera purchase. I currently have Lightroom 4 so would like to install Lightroom 5 as an upgrade. However, having gone through the install process, Lightroom 5 has installed separately. So please can you tell me how to re-install Lightroom 5 as an upgrade to Lightroom 4 instead?
Upgrades do not replace their older versions and even if they did you did not purchase an upgrade (which is simply a discounted version of a full version). If you want to get rid of Lightroom 4 go ahead

I have an IPhone 4 and each time I try to update to iOS 7.0.6 I receive an error message. I have gone through te update process about 3 times and each time I get message saying there was an error and it was unable to update.

Hi there,
I'm super late in updating the iOS on my phone because I heard people were having so many problems with this one. I updated today and low and behold - issue. In order to make room for this update I reset my phone and erased all content - then preformed the update to iOS 8.1.1. This is done and I logged back in and started to set it up again.
However, now I can't connect to either itunes or the app store. I've already been on apple.com and gone through the troubleshooting section there. Meaning:
- My date and time are correct.
I've turned off automatic setting, made sure it was correct and turned it back on as a second step.
- Obviously it's updated to the current 8.1.1
- I'm unable to connect either on LTE or when connected to Wifi however, my computer connects to wifi and can get to itunes.
Even though I am connect to wifi - data is turned on for both itunes and app store.
- Restrictions are off
I have fully closed the apps and restarted my phone after taking the above steps but still no luck. I don't get a specific error number only "Cannot Connect to itunes".
Any ideas with this one?I had the exact same issue. try log out of the App Store in Settings. Then make sure to close all apps running, and log in again. worked for me. Good luck!

I am using a HP laptop with windows 8. I have installed the most up to date version of itunes.
Nevermind that first part as I forgot that nothing shows up for the Nano at all in Device Manager,

How do i get the few songs in my library to be "authorized to play" when all the other ones are. I have tried doing them individually, NOT WORKING This is on my home laptop. All of the songs play on one computer but some not on the other.
Find the songs that don't work -- one at a time. Right-click on the song in iTunes and do a "Get Info" On the summary tab, look at the account name field. That's critical -- is that account authorized on your computer?

The person from the shop skipped the setup assistance screens, so now theres no options to transfer things from icloud

Simply do Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings (assuming this was a brand new iPhone).
That will start the whole setup process over. -
I need some helpful instructions on how to get my iPad back to normal because it says iPad is disabled connect to itunes. I've gone through the restoration process many times and it does not work. The iPad just seems to fail when its almost done restoring. Much help is needed please!

i am trying to change my Apple ID. I have gone through the steps up to verifying my email. I have never received the verification email. I have asked 5 times for it to be resent. I have checked my spam folder and knowmthat I am receiving other messages. I still haven't received the verification email. Any ideas of what to do from here.

I am having problems launching the standalone version of Lightroom 6 after I have gone through the install and activation process? Lightroom starts to open but "hangs" before any photos in the catalgue are displayed. I have contacted the chat support twice but they have not been able to fix the problem.
I went through the activation process yesterday and shut down my PC when I went to bed last evening. When I got up this morning and turned my PC on and then started Lightrom 6 (I upgraded from version 5) it started to launch but then just hung and became "not responsive". I I then uninstalled and then reinstalled the product today but the same thing happened. What is weird is that when I install from the standalone file I downloaded when I purchased the upgrade it looks like it's downloading the software again over the Internet? I have been having these problems for the last four or five days. I have contacted the chat support folks twice and they were able to get it working but whatever they did did not last as the problem reappeared again once the PC was shut down and then started up again.

i have backed up my iphone 5 and have a 5s I want to set up from that backup file. I have gone through the process once, and when I next connect the new AND the old phone to the mac and open itunes, restore or create new phone comes up not synch?? Tried starting the whole process over once but same result. Seems not to recognise the phone and just synch as it should. Help?

- Have you went to Settings>Store and signed out and then signed back in?
- Did you by chance create a new account? Apps are locked to the account that purchased them and you have to sign into that account to update apps purchased with that account.
