I have amended my email address linked to itunes but when i try to purchase anything it isn't recognising address/password
I corrected my email address in itunes from .com to .co.uk but when i try to purchase anything/update applications it will not recognise my new email address password. Tried reverting back to old email address/password and that doesn't work either. Can anyone help?
If you made a mistake when you typed in the email address, you should probably change the Apple ID to reflect the correct email address.

I have a windows 8 computer and I installed the newest version of itunes because I used to have an ipod and I have a few purchases that I wanted to listen to. When I try to play them it says it's playing but I can't hear anything. It does not even says it's played the whole way. It just stays at the beginning. It won't let me pause. I checked my computer sound and there is nothing wrong with it. So there must be some software problem but idk what it is. If anyone can help I would appreciated. Thank-you

It sounds like there is an issue burning CD's in iTunes. Is the playback issue only occurring on a specific device and does the disc show up correctly in iTunes? I can't purchase anything because my Ipod Touch 4th Gen keeps saying invalid address
When I know its correct... and I dunno wut to do about it...There are a number of threads about it - it looks like Apple recently updated their address validation. Some people have recorded success by :
ensuring that their iTunes account address is exactly the same as appears on their credit card bill
putting something in the second line of the address (including just copying the first line)
expanding abbreviations e.g. St to Street, Ave to Avenue etc (or conversely abbreviating)
putting apartment or suite number on the second address line -
I have redeemed an itunes card but each time i have purchased from itunes recently my credit card is being charged rather than my credit being used. I have a differnt laptop and a new ipad and cannot get the credit to show on my ipad either

Always getting the message "Apple ID Disabled" when trying to download Apps fron ITunes Store, even free ones.
I have reset my password several times, gone into my "Account Settings" and changed card details, and all ok. I can get into my I tUNES ACCOUNT OK, BUT AT FINAL HURDLE WHEN WANTING TO DOWNLOAD AN app, THE ERROR MESSAGE "Apple ID Disabled"Have you tried tapping on your id in Settings > Stores on your phone and logging ouy of your account and then logging back in and seeing if that 'refreshes' the account on it ?

I have a $25 gift card that I redeemed but when I try to purchase a song it is not deducting from the credit and wants to charge my credit card. How do I use the credit on the accoung?
Nonesense, why would a service that offers redeemable cards as cash would require a credit card verification. Who is answering this question? I am sick of Apple! I am here because I want to buy music for the year end festivities and had this card that I got when I bought a very pricey Mac Book Pro for my daughter, I thought at least I was getting something out of an outrageously high priced machine, but no, they cant' just make things easy for you... Anyway, no one seems to be reading this so I am not wasting my time anymore, useless...

.Apple sent me an email saying it was available but when I try to donwload it I get a message saying I already did. I checked the store menu and it indicated that there is nothing available to download. I don't have the songs or the album showing in Itunes anywhere. Not sure what to do.

Get on a computer with iTunes. Click on your email in the iTunes Store, and hit account. Change billing info to None as card type, make sure billing address is correct, and hit done. It will then save, and allow you to make your purchases.

I just bought a Mac Book Pro and the Appstore show one upgrade of iPhoto (9.2.1). I started a section with my Apple ID (the account that I have I use to iTunes) but when I try to update it says that there are upgrades available for other accounts and that I have to upgrade using the account that I used to buy iPhoto. What do I have to do to upgrade iPhoto?

Apple website says I need Snow Leopard 10.6.8 to upgrade to Snow Lion. I have exactly that. But when I try to purchase Snow Lion on the App Store , I get a message saying 'Snow Lion' cannot be installed on your mac. My mac was born sometime in 2007 I think but if it has 10.6.8 why can I not install Snow lion??
Is your Mac an iMac, or Macbook?

I have rented a movie from Itunes, but when I try to watch it it pauses itself, then skips to the next scene...can anyone tell me why and as I have paid money for this shouldn't I at least be able to watch without any hiccups?
You've tried restarting the film ? If it still skips then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
I have successfully loaded a gift card worth10.00 $ but when i try to use in to buy gems in clash of clans it says "insufficient st store credits" or "please contact apple..." even though im just getting gems that s only worth 5$ .please help.
