The early iMac G5s had optional wireless via an Airport Extreme card. Later ones came with it preinstalled. If System Profiler (in Applications > Utilities) shows your Machine ID as "PowerMac8,1" it would have been optional, any number 8,2 and up means you should have built in wireless.
The simplest wasy to access wireless today is via a wireless USB adapter. However, you can't simply run to the store and buy any old gadget. Most on store shelves lack the required Mac OX software support files. This one:
Newer Technology MAXPower 802.11n/g/b USB Adapter + Plug and play direct or with extension cradle
plugs into a USB port and comes with the proper Mac drivers. It's also faster than the Airport Extreme, which is limited to "g" speeds. It's also much cheaper that original Apple cards, which are getting harder to find. I like the cradle that allows placing the device for best reception.

You don't HAVE to put that passcode in. If you look closely you'll see the option to skip it. That's what I did for my touch.

Why is my Apple ID only valid for the Apple store in one country (Ireland) even though I have moved to and live in the USA?

I have moved from Ireland to the USA and now (legally) live in Seattle. When I try to login to the iTunes store here in the USA, I get a message telling me that my Apple ID is only valid for purchases from the Ireland iTunes store. What moron put in a restriction like that? Apple is now telling me that although I can legally move from one country to another and take up residence, I can not travel globally with my Apple ID? What use is having an Apple ID then as I can travel and buy globally with Amazon?

Do NOT create another ID. Change the country of your present ID.

You will, of course, need to change your address and enter valid credit card information after you have changed the settings.

Realize, however, just as you can no longer visit your old public library in Ireland you also no longer have access to the store or your purchases made there. You can continue to use them as they are on your computer now but that makes it all the more important you maintain backups in case of loss. If you upgrade an app I think you will have to pay for it again since you no longer have access to the Irish Store.

Read the HT5312 page that you posted from, it has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

If you haven't remove the code from the card then you should be able to redeem it onto your account e.g. via the Redeem button under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, or via the bottom of the Music tab if using an iOS device

Suddenly, Firefox seems to have stopped deleting cookies and browsing history at close, although that is what I have always had selected, and selections haven't changed.

I have always had Firefox set up to delete cookies and history at close. I noticed today that it doesn't seem to be doing so.
I can shut down and restart, and still see prior history, and cookies are apparently still there.
The functionality has always been that if I'm in an email account like gmail, and I close Firefox, I have to log back in when I return. I noticed today that when I restart Firefox, I don't have to log into gmail, I'm still logged in, even though I didn't tell gmail to remember my info (and even if I did, that cookie should be gone). I don't think it's a gmail problem, because other browsers still seem to work correctly.

Do this.
Go to the Apple Support page and type in your serial number. When the screen comes up showing that Serial number having Applecare extended warranty take a screen shot of it or Print it out to a PDF file and then Print a Hard Copy of either of those things. Take that with you when you take your Mac in to be looked at.
Good Luck with the Lenovo. I hear they are the same quality as when IBM was making them. Personally I have always used Dell Business Class notebooks and have never had any problems with them. I have always had and used the same Apple ID. I have changed credit card information on my Apple ID account several times though. Does that make a difference when downloading past purchases? I'm very angry at Apple and Itunes because I have been using itunes since 05/2005 and I do not have even close to the amount of songs and albums that I have purchased from itunes. If the credit card info does make a difference even though the account is the same one then itunes needs to make sure to notify users of this because I am not the only one who is wondering this same thing. I have numerous friends who i've talked to about this and they say the same thing, that they too have songs purchased in the past that have disappeared when trying to download past purchased items. It should not make a difference. $12 is $12. Especially since I have ALWAYS used the same account. If itunes does not change their ways, I will not be purchasing songs or anything else for that matter from them ever again. I will go back to buying CDs where I KNOW that it will always be with me and I don't have to deal with this. I will also make sure to find a better more reliable source to download music from and will make sure everyone I know and come in contact with knows what it is and how much better it is than itunes. There should be no experation date on the music I PURCHASE, nor should there be any other little loop holes that allow itunes to rob us of rightfully purchased products. What's the deal itunes??

There should be no issues. Its designed to work like that. You don't change Apple IDs just because you get a new device.

If you buy an App, you have 2 ways to get it to the iPhone6: If Automatic Downloads is enabled in Settings->iTunes & App Store, it will automatically download to the iPhone 6 when you buy it on the 5 and vice versa if you buy it on the 6, it will download to the 5.
Alternatively, you can simply go to the App Store App->Updates->Purchased and look for the App there and download it. Purchased Apps will not require payment again. i.e They'll be free to download to the iPhone 6 once purchased.
SMS Messages will sync over using Continuity as long as they are on the same Wifi network. Otherwise, restoring the iPhone 5 backup to the iPhone 6 will transfer all messages received up until the backup was made onto the iPhone 6.

If you want the Continuity features as explained above you need to update the iPhone 5 to iOS 8. Otherwise its not all that important.

All purchases are always going to be associated to the ID that was used to purchase/download them.
If you create an ID for your daughter you will want to check everywhere it is used to make sure you are not sharing messages and stuff. These would be iTunes/app store, iCloud, iMessages, and FaceTime.
Go thru settings and find all mention of your ID.

"Headers" is short for "Continuing Headers."
Use a Header when you want recurring information on a series of pages in your document.
If ii, iii, etc. are page numbers, you can place them in Headers using Insert > Page Number, then formatting the page number to lower case Roman numerals.
For more on Headers and Footers, see Chapter 3, Working with document parts in the Pages '09 User Guide, available for download via the Help menu in Pages. Discussion of Headers and Footers starts on Page 54.

I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.
