THERE NO LICENSE. I am paying for a one year membership (paid 10 months and have not add access to creative cloud) So I recently had to request a month trial period which I am currently using. Please explain that?! Can I please have a telephone number for the North Africa Middle East Region so that I can discuss this matter with someone? Why is this so difficult. For 10 moths I have heard different stories and today after insisting they send me the reply they promised me 1 month ago I revived this wishy washy response:

On October 11th I started an EDGE agreement for the NOTE 3. I make a $92.30 payment over the phone (which is listed above). The lady said it would arrive two days after the phone comes out. It didn't show up two days after it came out and my little Droid X went dead on me. I called customer service and asked if the phone has been shipped yet. They said it has not. I asked if I could pick it up in the store instead. They said yes. They said they would cancel the shipment so I can pick it up in the store. I end up going to the store at Torrance Crossroads and I was just about to get the phone. Then sales rep was trying to force me into buying the case and charger package that was a deal with the phone for $100.I said no and he got hurt and quiet over it. 5 minutes later he comes up to me saying the edge agreement is not cancelled and they can not give me the phone. I asked if there is anything he can do or call customer service and verify because customer service told me it could be done. He said no and walked away.
I call customer service and they say that they stopped the order and told me to go back to the store and try again. I did not wanna see the sales rep at Torrance Crossroads so I go to another Verizon store on hawthorne blvd in Torrance. I try the same process and the same thing happens. I tell them to call customer service and verify what is going on. I wait for 2 hours while they talk to customer service and the financial department. They tell me they will start another edge agreement on my girlfriends line and give me the note 3 so I can use it on my line. They said they waved the fee through some promotion since I went through a lot of trouble getting the phone and I should be getting a check in the mail for the $92.30 I paid on 10/11/13.
Ever since then I have been paying for two edge agreements at $29.16 a piece. I have also been paying an extra $8 for insurance on a note 3 that I do not have. I have not gotten reimbursed the $92.30 I paid on 10/11/13. I have been calling customer service since December and have not gotten any where. Today was the last straw when the guy put me on hold and I ended up getting transferred to the sales department... What should I do? Is there anyone that can actually help my situation out. I already suspended my line and will do so for the next 5 months until this is fixed.@Dakotaep

It is a shame that people are paying for services that they can not use. I have been paying for some time for this call anywhere in the world and i am not able to use. I think Skype should make it very clear to customers. i have just cancel.

If your phone was damaged by you or in accidental damage, then you would be liable to pay for the repairs. Apple does not offer "loaner" phones, but if you have a credit card, they will "advance ship" a replacement to you so you can get it, then return your damaged one to them and as long as they get it back within a resonable time and it is warranty covered damage, they do not charge you for the replacement iPhone, but they do charge you a fee for the advanced replacement option (about $40-80 USD IIRC).
You can eliminate all the at by making an appointment at a local AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) and they should be able to check your iPhone on the spot. It it is covered under the warranty, they shoud replace it for free right there, and if not, they would let you know and you have the choice to make the repairs or not. -

I had a BT engineer come by my place at the start of the year and did all the tests to make sure everything was "working fine". Now when I finally managed to get an 02 broadband modem the connection never worked so I spent months contacting 02 trying to sort out the problem until my friend recently lend me his phone and I realised the problem was on BT's end since I got no dial tone on the phone itself.
Of course I'm stuck in a contract with BT and I've been paying them since January for literally nothing, is there anything I can do to get my money back? I'm gonna contact them tomorrow to fix the issue but knowing what customer service tends to be like especially with all the outsourcing to India I doubt they'll help me much in re-embursing me what I've already payed them, anyone have any ideas?Obviously try the official complaints route in BT - but if that does not work, don't forget that the small claims courts only cost about £30, are geared towards individuals rather than institutions, very informal and friendly, and you don't need a lawyer - in fact lawyers are discouraged. You are not liable for the other party's costs if you lose - so the worst that can happen when you take BT to a small claims court is that you lose your court fee and have wasted your time. But if you present a well documented case, and you have a reasonable case, the chances are that you will win and that BT won't even turn up. Getting the money is a little harder, but if they won't cough up you can send in court bailiffs to seize properly as long as you choose the right address. Seriously - the small claims staff are very helpful to litigants, they will even help you fill in the forms. Apply at your local county court and ask about the small claims service. Start with a clear letter to BT head office outlining your complaint in polite clear detailed language. Keep copies of everything, and use the Royal Mail signed for delivery service to prove you posted it and that they received it.

I have had my fill of this problem, and I am now at my wits' end. If there were any alternatives to Adobe, I'd be switching. I paid over $1000 for CS5 nearly 3 years ago, and when I upgraded to CS6, the subscription service was all that was available. I am using a PC with Windows 7, and ever since the upgrade to Photoshop CS6 in Creative Cloud, Adobe has relentlessly and ceaselessly harassed me with pop-ups everytime I open PS asking me if I wish to continue my Creative Cloud Free Trial (this, despite their debiting my credit card $9.99/month for my subscription to the vary same). I usually close these notices and continue with my work, but every so often, I am required to log in to Adobe and register my already registered software before I am allowed to use PS. Once I do this, I go back to the usual annoying pop-ups, but at least I'm allowed to work by my Adobe overlords.
Does anyone out there know how to get Adobe to leave you alone????A chat session where an agent may remotely look inside your computer may help

When you cannot find what you want at the iBookstore, the fix is to try one of the other ebook sources which also have free ereader apps for you device, like Kindle, Nook, Kobo, or Googlbooks.

That is a free update (not an upgrade) what happens when you try? How are you trying to update? did your Mac come with restore disks or did you download software form teh App Store? Have you logged onto the App store and checked purchased software for updates?

Reboot your phone and try again. Also try downloading the apps with a faster internet connection. Make sure that your phone's internal hard drive has enough memory to install these apps. In the event that your phone has little memory space available could result in the problem you are having. Make sure you have enough space in your phone and downlaod 1 app at a time.
