I have Firefox 5.0 installed on my desktop and everytime i try to download or save a file the Firefox Download Manager won't open. Why? What am i doing wrong?

I am running Windows Vista on my desktop. I also have Firefox 5.0 downloaded on my pc.
Whenever i try to download a software update or any type of file the Firefox Download box doesn't activate anymore like it once did.
Why? What am i doing wrong?

Reading 10 records from a database should take maybe 100 milliseconds (1/10 of a second). I have written a web application that reads several hundred records and returns them with acceptable response time, and I am no expert. To parse an XML file of many megabytes... you have already tried this, so you know how long it takes, right? If you haven't tried it then you should. It's possible to waste a lot of time considering alternatives -- the term is "analysis paralysis". Speculating on how fast something might be doesn't get you very far.

You cannot. Those will be DRM locked to Apple authorized products. Since you cannot authorize you non-Apple smart phone in iTunes, you cannot play iTunes DRM locked content on it.

Did you get the S/N or the number to provide in order to get access to the S/N. They have changed some of the activation processes and it includes a step of having a number to get the other number. Sounds kind of weird, but that may be what you are seeing. I think they have implemented that process, but am not sure. I don't due activation on a regular basis and so am not aware of the implementation of a change that has been mentioned.

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and delete the Firefox program folder to remove any leftover files.

first, try this:
Choose Authorize Computer from the Store menu. The server will recognize you are reauthorizing and not count your computer a second time.
if that doesn't work, then try this:
Quit iTunes.
In Terminal, go to /Users/Shared/ and rename the "SC Info" folder to something else.
Run iTunes, and do the authorize as mentioned above.

Sorry to confuse you. When I have posted the first message I tried to simplify the problem. By doing this thought that I could figure out the rest of the problem by myself. But instead of getting answers I got more confused. What I am trying to do am:
To take six or more numbers and put operators between numbers and display the result. I need to display the results for all possible operator combinations between the numbers.
For example if I take six numbers 10,20,30,40,50,60 and I put the arithmetic operators in between the numbers I would like to create all possible results operator combinations and what the result would be.
10+20+30+40+50+60 = 210
10+20+30+40+50-60 = 90
10+20+30+40+50*60 = 3150

You probably have not seen anyone reporting the exact same problem as you. All three crash reports have the same crash signature and as currently ranked 67 it is not the commonest of reasons for a crash.
I hope you enter your email contact information when reporting crashes. I note you see this crash when using videos, others may possibly see this crash in other circumstances.
You have already tried the obvious, attempts at a fix so it is now down to wait and see, maybe developers working on the bug will report something or fix it.
Did you try my suggestion of installing portable ESR ?

When I downloaded video from my phone, I couldn't hear the sound because Quicktime player 10 automatically opened the file and there was no sound, When I opened the file in quicktime 7 Pro, the audio was fine. I would prefer to have all movie files open automatically using my Pro version. Any suggestions? When I trashed the QT player 10 and clicked on the .3g2 movie file, it didn't automatically open with QT 7 Pro. Instead a window opened wanting to convert the file to Flash. I don't want that to happen.

Highlight the file you want Quicktime 7 Pro to open -
Goto File > Get Info or (CMD I)
In the Get Info window, scroll down to "Open with:"
Select the player you want to open the music file.
Click the "Change All..." button if you want to
"Use this application to open all documents like this.”
