Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

I purchased a monthly pack and havent been able to use it. I have been getting charged for 3 months now and I still get an error message saying "unable to load all your plans". How do I re-install or dowload and get my last 3 payments reimbursed?

Hi, I have had an LG Octane for 4 years and loved it. I used it for email, surfing the web and facebook. But 6 weeks ago I stopped getting text messages, I could send but not receive. I was told it was just worn out. So I ordered another Octane from ebay, and it wouldn't connect to the internet. I was told by Verizon that the software had been changed. So I ordered a NEW in Box Octane and I am having trouble with that too. Bing won't work, nothing will work that will enable me to download Verizon Opera mini that still works on my old phone. I have a smart phone with another number but I LOVE the Octane for daily use. Why will my old Octane work but I can't get a NEW one to. Verizon guys are stumped too:( Please help!! Thanks!

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your MBP. Personally, I would not waste my time "troubleshooting" if the normal solutions do not work.
Return the MBP for one that works before your 14 days are up and/or call AppleCare ASAP!!!

I traded my iphone in and now have a new one (iPhone 5) with the same SIM. Since, I have had some iMessages meant for someone else and some strange things happening on my phone (applications opening by themselves, calls disappearing from log). Any ideas?
The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

I have an IMAC and purchased OS X Lion to upgrade from the APP store, and launched the software for downloading, and I have been waiting on this for an hour, and it still says it's downloading? What do I do next?

The OS X Lion installer takes more than 4 GB of space, so it is normal for most Internet connections to take the download more than an hour.
If you want to see the download progress, open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases.

Photoshop CS6 for both windows and mac?
I have Photoshop CS6 for windows on an upgrade disk. Now considering a mac air notebook to replace my old pc laptop as second machine. Could I use the program on this on my existing licence? Would I be able to download the program? Also, what's the minimum system spec advisable for smooth running on a mac? Hoping a helpful Adobe person can answer these questions easily. Thanks

No. And that takes care of your otehr questions - it's a moot point. Standalone permanent licenses are platform specific and there's no way around that. Only Creative Cloud allows cross-platform usage as do certain types of volume licenses, none of which is relevant to your situation.

If I X out for the night, and then the next day I hit the icon to go back on firefox, it tell me to close firefox and to do that I have to restart my computer, now I should not have to do that. HELP!!!!!
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

All devices should automatically reestablish a connection after power cycling the router.
Also try resetting your iPod. Nothing will be lost.
