I have money left in my Apple account. Yet when I rented a movie on Apple TV it would not access that money and charged it to my credit card.
I rented a movie on Apple TV. I had money in my iTunes account, but was required to use my credit card. Why did it not just use the money in my iTunes account to pay for the movie?
Rented movies downloaded to an Apple TV can't be transferred to any other device.

On a game called Eredan PvP, there are in-app purchases to get crystal like things as the premium form of currency. Yet, when I go to get the $4.99 one on it, it says insufficient funds. This is confusing, because I have $5.22 in my account. Why is this, and how can I fix it?

The movie I rented last night could not be downloaded so tonight I am trying again. Apple TV says that I have rented the movie, but need to download it from iTunes Store. I am doing that right now, but with no results. Can you assist?

I can't get Firefox to send either photos out of Picasa or "send a
link" using my Yahoo!Mail option. Have set Yahoo as my default
and have set Yahoo as my mailto using tools/apps. When I
use "send a link" I am sent to my Yahoo sign in page and it takes
me to my inbox. How can I get a blank email form to come up?Typing in additional text seems to get the job done. This seems to be a feature of the latest IOS update, I have never had the problem before the last update.
I use the box with the arrow just to the left of the URL block at the top of the page to send myself links to pages of interest. Adding the extra text seems like a pointless step, but it does work.

I have 2 apple ID's and one I could not access that had $15 and for some reason it made me create a new apple id, I now have $25 on the new account. How do I take the money and put it on one account?
You can't merge Apple IDs. What you could do is set up your phone to use the same iCloud accout you are using on your Mac. To do this, go to Settings>iCloud and turn all synced data (Contacts, Calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted, choose to keep the data on the phone. When everything is off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Now add the iCloud account you set up on your Mac (with the same Apple ID) and turn syncing back on for Calendars, Contacts, etc. When prompted, you will probably want to choose merge, to merge the data on your phone with the existing data on this iCloud account.

I didn't have my credit card on my itouch and i put it on to buy one song and then took off the credit card. My mom checked my bank account and I was charged over $20 for something we can't find. So I don't know if someone got into my account or what but I would like my money back.

If your account information does not match your credit card, you may get a message stating "The credit card was declined."
To expand on the above, your billing name or address may not match the address listed on your credit card statement. Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.

im trying to purchase music and it says i have $21.07 on my itunes account but when i go to purchase music it asks for my credit card details or a gift card no. and wont let me continue til i do so. how do i spend the money i have on there already?

These requests aren't actual charges; they are tests to confirm that your payment card account is active and has available funds to accommodate transactions. Authorization holds are removed by your financial institution shortly after your purchase clears. The time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution.
The number of days that it takes to diappear varies by bank, but it's usually a few days - though with the weekend coming up it might take an extra day or two -

No. purchases are forever tied to the apple ID used to buy them. Delete them and buy your own copies. -
I have $8.05 balance on my gift card. I tried to buy an app more expensive than that so i had to add my credit card to the apple account. But I couldn't use the balance from the gift card anymore. How can I select to use it? or did I lose it?

Hi I am trying to sync my ip3 but wont allow me to transfer music purchased on the phone to itunes on the laptop. States I have 5 authorised computers on my account but when i logg into my itunes account it only identifies 1 so i carn't deactive all to start again? To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
If your sister doesn't know the password for her old ID, and if her old ID is an earlier version of her current ID, she needs to temporarily recreate the old ID so you can delete if from your phone using her current password. To do this, have her go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with her current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to her old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to her old email address. You can now use the password for her current ID to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for her old account ID. After you do this, Next, have your sister recreate her current ID again by going back to https://appleid.apple.com and changing her primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
Then your can save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to the camera roll on your device, then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted. You will be prompted to either keep or delete the iCloud data from your device. If the data is already in another account you can choose Delete. If you need to migrate it to another account, choose Keep, then choose Merge when signing into the new account.
