I have purchased Photoshop Elements 12 but it is now saying my trial has expired?

Exactly 1 year ago I did in fact purchase Photoshop Elements 12 but now when I try to open it, it says that my "trial has expired." This was NOT a trial version, it is a purchased version. How do I access the product I bought now?

My 30 day Photoshop trial finished yesterday. I purchased the $9.99 per month Photoshop package and received an email saying "Thank you for your payment etc" But when I go to open PS it still says "the trial has expired.."

1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Log-out from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.

Joanne please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom using the uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh. The update contains the entire application. Photoshop Lightroom can not be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be licensed with a serial number.

Sign out from Creative Cloud and sign in again using email ID using which you had purcahsed subscription:

Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.
Still asks for serial number check the hosts file for Adobe entries , if present remove it and try to activate.
1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
/etc
3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.it
4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit, If present Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
5)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
When asked Authenticate with your Mac password.
Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
Then launch CC apps which is asking for serial number and check.

I have purchased pages but it still says my trial has expired, can't save etc

I have bought Pages and Numbers but it doesn't seem to have registered. The money is out of my account, and it shows up in iTunes, I have downloaded the app and it's 'flown' to my dock, but when I open up the app it won't save - it says my trial has run out and I should buy it.
Should I buy again?

No need to buy again, it wouldn't help anyway. You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

This is a totally new account, and I dont understand why my trial has expired when its a new account.

NOthing you can do. Sometimes this happens - technical glitches on your system or attempts at tampering. It can't be fixed. You have to buy the software or try tomrun the trial on another machine.

I downloaded the 30 day trial for InDesign, Acrobat and Encoder on my new MacBook less than 24 hours ago, but when I tried to open InDesign just now, it said that my trial has expired. I certainly understand your situation, however, unfortunately, we have no way of resetting a trial time.
Sometimes anti-virus or security software can interfere with the trial time. In order to get out of this situation I would like to make some possible suggestions.
You can try to install it on a different computer if you have a spare machine.
You can sign up for Creative Cloud and it is possible to cancel without penalty or charges within the first 30 days. You can get the full refund for the same as per subscriptions terms. for more info.check the below mentioned link.

Uninstall the serial-number LR5, the one you have installed, now, then quit the CC Desktop application (gear/quit or right-click quit), then restart the CC Desktop application, which will rescan and see that LR is no longer installed, and will offer LR in the CC Desktop apps list with an Install button next to it, so install that version.
