Settings>iTunes/App Store...tap the ID shown, sign out, now sign back in. See if doing that fixes things.

If the password is not working to get into your iPad mini, you would need to follow the steps to restore it. If you have a back up through iCloud or through iTunes, you can restore from that back up and it would not bring back the passcode unless it is encrypted.

Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information. Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection. Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect.

If I enter an incorrect password it tells me so, but no error message at all when I enter the correct password - nothing happens. My itunes is up to date.

Have you tried going to Settings>iTunes and App Stores (or just Store) and signing out and then signing in again?

HT204053 Time and time again using the correct password, my iPhone simply doesn't recognize it. Have changed passwords numerous times to get it right and yet it still hasn't helped.

Does your iPod see the network that you are trying to connect to? Do you have the white bars indicating that it sees a WiFi network?
If so, the first thing you can try is to reboot your router. Unplug it from the power source and then plug it back in and try to connect again.
Try turning WiFi off and then on again. Restart your iPod as well.

You did not follow the proper procedure when selling the phone before resetting it to factory settings. You must help the new owner deactivate the Activation Lock or else he will have the same issue over and over when he upgrades the software or sells it to someone else.

Lightroom installed ...no issues. CS5.5 Web Premium downloaded the first file and a message screen popped up " unable to open these files . Search web or use a installed program. The second file of CS5.5 said it could not download because files were missing. Firefox's installer program does not accept my administrator password. The program won't load. I tried it with version 8 several times a couple weeks ago. Now I just tried it with version 9 a couple times. No luck.
