No not bothered about sycing apps etc it is all about calendars and maybe notes. IN terms of how its done I just want it the easiest way and preferably so that if an entry is made on one calendar then it populates the other.
Thgius is beacuse I have my work diary on outlok, which I then link with my ical. I want to make sure that information is then shared with her.

To the people who haven't received your iphone 6 Pluses yet, just hit the Apple Store. You'll get it much quicker.

I got shafted during the pre-order even though I ordered on time. I even got bamboozled at the Verizon store after waiting for four hours, and being third in line. At 8am we were all told that Apple sent them absolutely no iPhone 6 Pluses. Wonderful news right. After all this **, I was lucky enough to snag a white/silver 64GB Plus at the Apple store today. They got a late shipment, and received five more Plus models tonight. Needless to say I canceled my order with Verizon today. I would just monitor the Apple store closely for availability at local stores. That's what I did, and scored epically. In the end I got my iPhone 6+ on launch weekend...no thanks to Verizon.

I tried to buy an iPhone 6 Plus in both Verizon and Apple stores and was told that they didn't have any and did not know when they would receive more. I tried to order online at both the Apple and Verizon online stores but could not because my current Loyalty plan is not available for online orders. Next, I called Verizon to place the order with a live rep. After being sent to two different reps and waiting over an hour I finally got to someone that was able to take my order for exactly the color and storage size that I wanted. I received an email receipt confirming my order and keeping my current loyalty plan with the $200 trade in promotion for my old iPhone 5. While I have to wait a month to receive my new phone, I am happy that I will receive the phone that want and get the trade in promotion. I am a patient man

I am still waiting for the Apple Store in Rockingham Park Mall in Salem, New Hampshire to call and say my 2.0 Mac Book Pro is waiting for me. It should be any day now. Has any other stores received them in for distribution yet?

As far as I know, all stores are different. If NH calls and they actually talk to you, I believe they will hold it for 24 hrs. If they get an answering machine, you have to call them back and then its 1st come 1st serve. Hingham, on the other hand, only calls people in the order they were on the list (I'm at the top of the list again). They won't hold them. Do you live near Hingham? The store has only been open less than a week and the girl on the phone said the list was very short. You might want to take the drive. I might be driving from RI to NH to save sales tax.

How do you resolve not being able to open an app from the App Store?

Try downloading another app from the App Store. Any free app will work. Sometimes that resets your iTunes authorization and allows the app to open.
Try deleting the app and download it again. Tap and hold down on the app icon until it wiggles, then tap the X on the icon to delete the app. Tap the home button and the apps will stop wiggling. You can go back to the App Store and download the app again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with.
However, you might want to try a simple reset first and see if that allows the app to open and work properly.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

We are users such as yourself and can only give advice:
1. Dry the phone with a towell and put the phone in a plastic bag half filled with uncooked rice or silica gel pack and seal the bag
2. Do not remove or try to start the phone for at least 3 days
3. There is an extremely small chance the phone will start after drying this way, and even if it does, it's likely never to work well again and develop new problems in the future.
4. Get an out of warranty replacement from Apple. Unless you purchased damage inusurance, there is no warranty coverage for water damage
