I rented Hurt Locker, which was advertised as movie of the week for $.99, but iTunes charged me $4.99. How do I go about getting a refund?

I think he is experiencing the same problem I've been having. When trying to download iTunes the page finishes loading without downloading anything.

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately you cannot re-download rentals, allow it to finish and enjoy it and consider the situation for further rentals.
The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net.
1080p HD movies require a recommended speed of 8 Mbps, 720p HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.

It sounds like you have restrictions setup on your Apple TV. If you do not know your passcode to unlock it, then you will need to restore your Apple TV. Check out the articles below for more information about Restrictions as well as restoring your Apple TV.

It was easy to set up, easy to use, got done watching the movie. Transferred from HDMI to TV and as my question above notes. I am on TV, my cable information (show/channel/etc) show OM the banner on the bottom of the screen, I can view the channell guide, but, my screen is white, no picture no sound? The newest operating system on the iPhone has successfully confused Iphone users access to iTunes for communication and account issues. That is a new flaw to repair. I rented a movie. "The house I live in" that was advertised as the .99 movie of the week and iTunes billed me 4.99. If I had known that they would charge me that I would not have rented the movie. I feel that iTunes misrepresented the price and I cannot find the iTunes customer service system to address this.

No it is a backup on iCloud ,a backup replicates what you have on the device on to another device or cloud, it does not moves it anywhere

If you have been using the mac.com Apple ID to make iTunes purchases recently, then there should be no issues continuing to use it with the new iPhone. I would abandon the new ID as you will never get Apple to merge the two IDs. I have had a mac.com ID for years and continue to use it with my iPhone 4S.

Please let me know what exactly are you trying to do using Adobe online service.
You might try accessing the same service for some other PDFs and check.
Have you signed up correctly at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
If the same message pops up, then please visit Contact Customer Care as they could let you know if there is any problem with your account.

What version of the OS X are you running? Go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac and report the Version back here.

A restore loses nothing.
A restore does. If you are using the iphone as designed, then everything should be on your computer.

She needs to call the carrier on her old iPhone and have it removed from her account.
Once she does that you will not be able to use iMessage because that only works Apple to Apple.
You will need to use something else like Skype instead.
