It sounds like you would like to re download your iTunes purcahses. You can download them free of charge from iTunes in the Cloud. This article will help you do that:

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store to set up automatic downloads on your iPhone. To see your purchased music, movies, and TV shows, in iTunes Store, tap More, then tap Purchased.

settings - general - usuage - music - delete. Then do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then sync the music back via iTunes.

It appears that something happened to yur computer/iTunes files. It happens sometimes. To recovery:
- Import the old music into the current iTunes library
- Make sure all the apps are also in the library
- If in the USA and therplaces where iCloud has benn released you can redownload most iTunes puchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- You can always redownload apps at no additional cost as long as you are singned into the same iTunes account the originally purchased them.
- After all the suff in in the iTunes library, make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes.
- Restore the iPod from backup and restore as necessary.

Ya i still cant see my previously purchased items to download to my computer that are not on my computer even though i meant all the requirements on that paige and i decided to just downloaded it from the itunes tv show season in the itunes store and it said something about you have already purchased this episode do you want to download it for free i clicked download or yes and it downloaded with out being charged. but i don't want to chance hitting the wrong one and being charged money that i don't want to spend on some of the other episodes that i dont want so is there any other suggestions Ty agian.

The overall settings for VoiceOver is on the shuffle's Summary screen in iTunes.
Artist name and song name - Press and release the VoiceOver button.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the track from the Music app on your iPad and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if the re-downloaded version also doesn't works then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Under he Airport icon choose Create Network...
And in System Preferences>Sharing, have you setup & enabled Internet Sharing?

Standard troubleshooting step for these kinds of issues is to reset SMC.

You can restore the backup to get the apps back from the last backup
Or you can re install them manually

last night my itunes was working fine, but today when i tried to open itunes, it said that my itunes library was damaged and most of my songs and playlists were gone.
i tried re-creating my itunes library, but it didnt help at all.
i did not back up my itunes library.
how do i get my songs and playlists back?

There are a few things to try.
Make a copy of the one named damaged, and rename it to iTunesLibrary.itl
Look in the Previous iTunes Folder and see if one of those has a fairly recent date.

For any ITL file you find, you can use the shift-start option while opening itunes to see if it give s you any joy.

And of course, going forward, make sure to do regular backups of that ITL file!

You buy one download and one download only, it is your responsibility to backup your music.
it has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases
