Perhaps, but maybe not, as what can they do with one with the UK plugs? I'm just saying regional things like that often have to be returned at a store in the country you bought them.
But, just go and ask as the worse they can say is no. If they do say no they cannot exchange it, then for very little money you can buy a UK-to-India plug adapter and use that charger in India anyway. Such plug adapters are only $2-$5 here in the USA on Amazon.

It's a new machine - and the Thunderbolt Display is meant to work with it. You need to just make an appointment at your local Apple Store and have them fix whatever is wrong.
If you like, you could always try a SMC reset and a PRAM/NVRAM reset to see if either of those will get your keyboard back in working order...

apple id was originally disabled. I reset my password and can sign into my apple id account. But when i want to buy an app in the app store it says my apple id is disabled again.
It's real easy to create a new one and, in fact, it's too easy. I say that because multiple IDs are a PIA. The problem is that anything obtained from the iTunes Store is PERMANENTLY associated with the ID that was used to obtain the item(s). iTunes items can not be transferred from one ID to another and IDs can not be merged.
The problem arises when you want to update an app. If you're doing it from iTunes on your computer, you must log out and back in to get to the correct ID. Then you update and log out/in again to get back to where you started. It's slightly easier if you update from the iPad/iPod device as there is no need to log out/in BUT you still need the correct password for the appropriate ID. Of course, with a disabled ID, the problem is much worse!
A replacement Apple ID makes sense ONLY if you wish to start out absolutely brand new with zero iTunes Store purchases.
If you're really butting your head aginst a wall and you're reasonably close to an Apple Store, my suggestion is that you make an appointment with the resident "Genius" and get his/her help.
One last thought... If your brother actually got a human on the phone to dispute the charges, go there and explain the problem. Of course, if Apple did not accept his explanation of what occurred, that could be the whole issue. Apple believes that money is owed on the account! -
Will Apple replace my Logic Board for free?
Sounds crazy I know. But I read a bunch of different threads on many sites saying they replace it for free and some say they don't. Let me explain why I believe I shouldn't pay to get this repaired. Since I bought my MBP I've had problems from it. When I got it I kept getting the message saying...you need to restart your computer...otherwise known as a Kernal Panic. I took it to apple , they couldn't find the problem so they replaced the hard drive for free. This didn't fix the problem but I did not feel like having to continue to take my computer to apple because I do all of my work on my computer so I really didn't the time and I just worked around it. Just recently my computer has began to shut off randomly while using certain programs such as Chrome and Apple Motion. After putting a thread on here I've learned that this is a kernel panic once again but being caused by the logic board. Now I don't know if I received a faulty computer but day one I've been having these problems. Which is the reason I'm asking will Apple repair what wasn't caused by the user?
I need to add that I love Apple and their products, I've had and have many computers and other devices from them that function flawlessly. This MacBook Pro is the only thing I'm having a problem with.

Bought a new HDD, but did not come up with OSX Lion. Will I be able to upgrade it for free?
So my HDD in my iMac had a failure, and so I brought it to Apple's Repair Center.
The technician suggested me to buy a new HDD, and so I did.
However it does not come up in OSX Lion.

I think it wants to see a previous version in my pc because my serial is for an upgrade, but when it put in a serial# for version cs5 it still wont except. Do you think i have to install cs5 first (which is also an upgrade).. which will require that I put in version cs4 etc,.etc., etc.

I am looking into developing an app for the App Store and my question is regarding Apple's 30% in app purchase fee. If my application is free to download, but requires my user to purchase a monthly subscription, will Apple collect a 30% fee every month that user is billed? Or will Apple only collect a 30% fee for the first month? If so, is there anyway around this?

Amazon purchases are physical items (not digital) and do not go through in-app purchase so they are exempt. -

My cituations is I've put it in rice and I shook it to hopefully get all od the water out - my screen comes on but is is blinking from bright to dim then no screen. It is saying NO SIM & It will not allow me to go into my settiings or any of the apps. I plan to take it into the AT & T store in the morning and find out if they will replace it or fix it? I ended up buying an iPhone 6 Plus through Optus about 6 weeks ago but as I was away I did not get it until yesterday. I only realised this is the larger phone and I require the smaller phone. Am I able to get this swapped over in the Apple Store? It is sealed, brand new.

I bought a brand new Mac Pro and it was stolen before I even had a chance to open the box and use it. I've signed on to icloud to lock it and filed a police report but want to know if there's anything else I can do to recover it as I likely won't be able to purchase a new one with the amount that my insurance company will cover.

Just bought a brand new iPod touch 4gen
And I try to set up a new iPod and it won't let me sync any music ,apps,or anything to the iPod
It only got one button available on the bottom which is revert.
When I click the button don't have any changes
And the apply button is grey color and not able to click.
