If you want to use Firefox 3.5, I recommend using the latest version which is 3.5.19

When I tried to do the update it caused an error. So I had to uninstall itunes and now it won't let me reinstall it. Keeps saying something about I do not have the authority to do it.

I got this update message when I opened my itunes. So I said yes and let it update. But then I got this error message and now I can't get it to reinstall. Me too, kept saying a certain file was missing. Don't understand why a file would be missing, all I did was unintall itunes so I could reinstall it. Makes no sense to me.

Trying to locate an Application File for InDesign

Im trying to download the blurb plug in and at the set up stage it asks me to locate the Application File for my Adobe InDesign CS5 in my files but i cant locate it any ideas how i can locate it?

InDesign 7.5 is actually CS5.5, which is NOT the sme thing as CS5, so that may be the root of the problem here. When you open InDesign, and hold down the Ctrl key while you click on About InDesign inthe Help menu, waht version is leisted in the upper left corner of the About dialog?

I am trying to locate my serial numbers for the two creative cloud products? Illustrator and Photoshop.

We subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud last October, purchasing a single copy of Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Web developer we had subsequently left the company, and I removed and re-assigned the products to our new Web developer in the Adobe Creative Cloud admin console and sent the 'welcome' emails to him.
He said the mails weren't sent, so I re-removed and re-added him in the console but although it states the welcome email has been sent, the user is still marked as pending?
James has fried to use the products, both of which show up as trial versions, asking for the serial numbers to be entered to unlock the full products & I don't have any record of them, nor can I find them under the CC profile?
I purchased the software through Softcat and received confirmation emails from Adobe that the products were activated and ready to download.
What have I done wrong?

Help with trying to locate Illustrator templates for CS version 1

I'm trying to locate a copy of the templates that were issued as part of Illustrator CS version 1. Specifically, I'm looking for a file by the name of "flyer3.ait". I would, ideally, like to access all of the templates for CS, version 1, because I am reading the Adobe Illustrator CS, Idea Kit book by Jerome Holder & Barbara Mulligan. and they use these templates as starter files for their book. I really doubt that you are going to find them unless someone has a version of CS1 installed somewhere on an old machine. In the newer versions the template files are in a folder called Cool Extras which may or may not have been installed. Installation of this folder was an option in the newer versions. In AICS3, there is a template called flyer.ait in the above folder.

Check Mail Preferences, Accounts tab. Select the account, then the Mailbox Behaviors tab. See if you have it set to Permanently erase deleted messages when: One week old. (or less)
