I now some have Security questions on my Account but I can't reset them because the email that was just had been D activated

I was trying to buy a app but it had me  Answer security questions that i have never filled out before like who is my best friend in school and who was my first bosses name and i can't reset them because the email that I was using at the time has been Deactivated i just would like help getting my account back so i can get my apps again!
