I own Acrobat XI Pro. I installed it on my new machine, but cannot start it because Acrobat says that the serial number I have doesn't match the software. What should I do next? Can' find any FAQ's on this.

I deactivated Pro on my old machine, downloaded from the store on my new machine and tried to open it. A window popped up that said I had a valid product key, but that it didn't match the software on my machine. The drop down box did not list my product. Don't know what to do next.

This order no is for subscription of Adobe Captivate 8. In order to install subscription you need not to enter any serial key .During the installation it will prompt you to enter your Adobe Id and it will validate your subscription after validating your Adobe Id from the server. I mean you have to sign in with your Adobe Id during the installation which you have used at the time of purchasing the subscription.
So for installation and activation you dont need any serial key . Just sign in and it will automatically activate your subscription .

YOu have purchased or been sold an upgrade from Acrobat 9 or 10. You simply need to prove you own that old version using its serial number. be sure to keep both serials forever.

You may have a Safari third party add on installed that was compatible with the previous version of Safari but not 5.1. Try troubleshooting > Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues

It is probably broken. You can try restoring it using Recovery Mode, but if that fails its time for a new phone. After all, it is 4 generations out of date. See: Recovery Mode

If you have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro you won't require a serial number to serialize it . There will an option to 'Sign In' please click on that & sign in using your Adobe ID to serialize the product.
In case if you have a perpetual licence for your Adobe Acrobat XI pro you will require a 24 digit serial key starting form '1118' (1118-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ), please crosscheck it.
Also let me know for where did you download the Adobe Acrobat XI pro.

Did You ever use - iPhoto ?
Did You may be direct iPhoto to a different Photo Library
As iMovie tries to find the appropriate photo library - it can get lost if iPhoto direct it into a Library on a not connected external hard disk or to a strange location - And iMovie HANGS.
Do - When no other program is running that might interfere
• Start iPhoto - BUT NOW KEEP alt-key (option key) DOWN during the full Start-Up process
• Now iPhoto let's You select Photo Library
• Select the one in Your Account / Home folder / Pictures ! !
• Then iPhoto should start up OK
• Now Quit iPhoto
• START iMovie
Does it still hangs - then I would suspect - iMovie Pref. file
If it Run's OK - Then HURRAY !

It also says that "your account information has changed. Please review your account and email address and approve them for use in the itunes store." It happens EVERY time I buy a new song, a new album, anything. Even if I buy an album and five minutes later, without closing itunes, buy another one, I have to go through this whole process.
