You are allowed to have two activted installations, so if the first machine is the only machine with an activated installation there is nothing prohibiting you from installing and activating on the new machine.
You can contact Adobe Support thru chat to have the old installation deactivation.

If your two activation are in use you need to call Adobe. Install CS3 to to point of activation and call Adobe at that point. They have help me in cases like your My Disk crashed and I replaced it. Could not deactivate the crash activation. I done that twice over the years I've been using PS for around 20 years
To see your key you need to click on the product in your Adobe products and services page.

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer.
If for some odd reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod:
File>transfer Purchases
In the U.S you can use the newly released icloud, beta version, to get itunes purchases. open itunes store, click Purchased under Quick Links

On the old one my ringtones are on the itunes, however when I upgraded they did not download to the new computer in itunes, how can i get them back. As far as I know ringtones can only be downloaded once. If they are still on your old computer then you should be able to copy them over via, for example, a flash drive, and then add them to the new computer's iTunes via File > Add File To Library (or Add Folder To Library) - they should then appear in the Tones part of your iTunes library.
You should be able to locate where the ringtones are stored on your old computer by right-clicking on them in iTunes and selecting 'Show In Windows Explorer'

If your old hard drive works, you can put it in an external usb enclosure and copy your entire iTunes folder to your new computer. Otherwise, if you have to copy music from your phone to your computer that wasn't purchased from the iTunes store you'll have to use 3rd party to do so, such as Touch Copy (PC or Mac) or PhoneView (Mac only).

Ok so sorry for clogging the community!! I figured it out - you have to copy your videos into itunes manually. I did that, synched and all good!

You will need the help of some sort of 3rd party software to help you copy the content from your Shuffle back to your PC. Once you have done that, you can reimport this music into iTunes and configure it to sync to your new Shuffle.
