So AT&T states they are legally allowed to restrict the use of FaceTime over cellular data solely based on the fact that the FaceTime feature is a preloaded app on the device not a downloaded one. I say we request that Apple remove it as a preloaded App and offer it as a Free download on the App store to accommodate it's customers from having to deal with greedy corporations that implement unfair and unlawful rules on their devices.

Go to settings, iTunes & App Store, tap on your ID, sign out, then sign in with your new information. You cannot delete an old ID, you just stop using it.

I updated my iPad 2 OS to iOS 6.0..after that I am unable to download or update anything from the App Store. The MSG I get is "id not valid for US store. Go to Indian store for purchase"..never faced this problem earlier before the update to OS 6..help!!
Apple's response to my email:

I recently did the update and my text message notification was no longer working. Then I did a reset and now my locking function no longer works. What is going on???

Just got an e mail to say that my Apple ID was just used to download photoshop touch for phone for 2.99 from the App Store with a receipt number. Is this a scam for me to give my Apple ID?
No but there's a link to reset your password. Etc etc..

I am trying to buy an app (Aperture). I don't see a "buy" icon in the app store. If I go to Apple site, there is a buy icon but when I click it, I get a dialogue box saying the link needs to be opened with an application. Please help. Thanks.

Installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.3 (Client Combo) will reinstall the App Store for you.
Restart your Mac after the combo is installed then try purchasing Aperture. -

Make sure you have the latest version of parrallels. Think older versions are not compatible.

I would recommend closing all applications in multitasking and power cycling the device. Once you have done this attempt to download the application and accept the terms again.
If an app is unresponsive but the system seems to respond to button presses, you can force the app to close:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
iOS: Force an app to close
If you are still experiencing issues, you can always download the application through iTunes on the computer. This will allow you to accept the terms through the computer.

I see a white box on the app store when I wanted to download an app
I wanted to download a specific app. When I wanted to download it from the app store I just see a plain white square in the middle and the app preview does not appear. Please help :(: Product: iPad. Mini
Do you see a blank square when you try to download a specific app, or is it the same when you try to download anything? If it's for a specific app, could you specify the app?
If you can't download anything at all...well, let's cross that bridge later. -

Trouble to download free issue on the App Store
We successfully published our multi-issue version of ffw MAG (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ffw-mag/id417263570?mt=8) and launched the first edition in February.
However, this month, when we uploaded the 2nd FREE issue (via bundler), although the procedure seemed to have worked perfectly, but in order to download the new issue, the customers are asked to:
"Please update your app. This issue is available for download, but requires a newer version of the app. Please update your app from the app Store".
