I refuse to repair my ipad!
Authorized resellers are sent to another city for repairs! Warranty service is still in force, I throw out my ipad?
I'm not happy with this service! Why the buyer should suffer because of defective devices????
What to do with this rubbish now? To me that the repaired it himself?

Perhaps if you calmed down and explained what the problem is, someone could offer some constructive suggestions. Keep in mind that this is a user-to-user forum. You're not addressing Apple here. However, there are lots of people with lots of experience. So, explain what the problem is and what steps you've already attempted to troubleshoot it. Maybe we can figure it out.

    Warranty is only available in the country of purchase. You'll have to return it to the place it was purchased in the US.

    That's the drawback to buying things in a different country to where they are going to be used.

    I have bought an iPhone in Barcelona. Now I have a hardware problem - the upper switch on/off button has stopped working (a common problem). As I a domicile in Moscow, Russia, I was explained that I am not entitled to a warranty. This is nonsense. This iPhone is covered by the warranty, so I have to be entitled for a worldwide warranty. If not, I am ready to pay for it. HOWEVER, the official service repairs REFUSE to repair my iPhone, even for money. I am a loyal Apple customer, I have FOUR officially purchased iPads in my family, and one officialy purchased iPhone, so WHY should I be refused in repair of one of many Apple devices? HOW can I repair it.
    Please do not advise me to "go to Barcelona" or "send your phone to Barcelona". I will not do it, I doubt anyone would.

    Obviously, you have done your research and you have found out that the warranty is not international and as your problem is with the mechanics of the phone itself the only thing you can do is:
    Got to Spain and/or send the phone to Spain. (or another EU country). The reality of the situation is that that is all you can do. Whether you decide to do it is up to you.
    Oh, and next time, buy the Phone in Russia. It will save you tons of headaches.

    I bought my iPad 2 about 2 months ago along with a Belkin Snap Shield protective case and an Apple Smart Cover. The iPad fell and dropped by accident on one of the corners from about 1 ft. height, the glass is shattered and the plastic cover damaged, however, the iPad is still functional.
    Where can I get the iPad glass repaired in Buenos Aires, Argentina? I have been to all of these Apple Premium Resellers, however, but all of them have refused to repair my device.

    We are a total Apple family who CURRENTLY own 5 Macbook Pro's, one iPad, one desktop Mac, three iPod classics, three iPods and 6 iPhones. How much more can we support your product?  We have never had a dispute with Apple over service, but the decision to refuse to repair my ipod under warranty because of damage or misuse is absolutely inaccurate. What is my recourse for disputing this decision?

    First of all, you are not talking to Apple here, this is a user-to-user forum.
    Warranty is there to protect you from failures in the manufacturing process. It is not there to pay for problems you cause or create, even if it was accidental.
    If Apple have determined that the fault with your iPod is due to misuse, or damage, by someone who had access to the iPod after they sold it to you, and not due to a fault in the manufacturing process, I'm not sure there's anything you can do. I supose you could contact Apple again, appealing their decision, but I wouldn't hold out much hope of that resolving the issue, because these things are usually clear cut.
    It's not in Apple's interests to refuse you warranty if their product was not up to their own standard, so that suggests that their diagnosis was accurate.

    They don't repair your device as much as you pay that fee to exchange your out of warranty device for a refurbished replacement.

I bought an iPad air with a problem in the monitor, yellow stains in the border with black screen and i went to an official apple repair in Portugal and they sent me for the third time an iPad with the same problem and with more problems like white graphics lines in the animation horizontal/vertical switch sides of the iPad view.     Are you still under warranty? You're going to have a tough time convincing them it wasn't your fault they broke, I predict. In any case, someone else had a good idea on one of these types of threads: take it to an electronics shop as they probably deal with this situation quite frequently.

    It had fallen from my computer table and struck the prongs of an extention cable plugged into the wall outlet and it was extremely hot.
