I repeatedly have problems loading https sites, e.g., bank, credit cards, etc. that I have used for ever. Anyone know what on earth is going on? It wont even load the proper images or allow the links to work. I've tried everything you suggest but no luck

I have a Mac OS X 10.4.11 Power PC running Firefox 3.6.11, and every time I try to access a secure site that I have accessed many, many times before and even TaxAct last year, the images do not load nor do the links on the page work. The bank and credit card pages constantly come up with the "Security" issue, & even when I try to "accept" the exception it will not allow me to even though everything in the "details" section is fine. I have no idea what on earth is going on, I have literally tried everything you have suggested without any success. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone please help me?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

You cannot.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
You must be physically locates inside the borders of a country to use that countrys itunes store and a credit card issued in that country with a valid billing address in that country.
The owners of the distribution rights of movies/music/etc differ by country. These distributors decide who can sell their content in that country.
Buy from another source if your countrys itunes store does not carry somehting that you want.

Use the Settings app.
Settings > General > Auto Lock
Is Auto Lock set to Never? Change it to less time.

I have a G5 Dual 2.3GHZ 10.4.10 running Logic Pro with various AU plugs. Battery 3 was fine but now doesn't work. I tried everything already posted, but this is the msg: FATAL ERROR: OpenAComponent: result: -1,0xFFFFFFFF

I did do an upgrade since the G5 had been out in a studio for some time, away from internet. This may have efected it...? Battery is still on the hard drive and all components. I says that it cannot find the Installer... and refuses to read it from the disk. I'm struggling here folks. Would really appreciate some help if anyone knows more.

I have used Mozilla Firefox for almost a year and it was good. Now I make on stupid mistake by upgrading to the new version and I lose my Home button, Refresh button and I don't know how many other buttons.
Since I can't have WHAT I USED TO HAVE please explain in detail how I rid of Mozilla Firefox and what I'm all going to lose in the process.

The home icon by default has moved to the right hand side of the navigation toolbar.
In Firefox 4 by default the Stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) buttons are combined and attached to the right hand edge of the location bar.
When you are typing in the location bar it will show the Go button. When a site is loading it shows the Stop button. At other times it shows the Reload button.
If you want separate buttons stop/go/reload buttons, or want to move the home button, right-click on a toolbar and choose Customize, you can then drag and drop the buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order "Reload-Stop" on the right hand edge of the location bar they will be combined again. Look at the more like this column on the right.. this is the most common problem reported here.
You need to restart the TC.. that is all..
Pull out the power cord.. count to 10.. plug in power cord.

I recently downloaded the ios7 and now my notifications won't work, I've tried everything

I downloaded the iOS7 two days ago, and my push notifications don't seem to work at all. When my friends message me on kik, whatsapp or iMessage i don't receive anything. I've tried rebooting, changing the wifi setting to 8.8.8.8, connecting it to my computer, resetting the settings and I'm still in the same situation.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated as this is very frustrating.

I want to know what changes is iTunes going to do to my Calendar or Contacts, before I apply the syncronization.

I use an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.4. I sync with iTunes 10.7.0.21 on a Win XP sp3 Computer.
I sync always manually. I have configured iTunes to "warn when any of data on my computer is going to be changed".
When I press "SYNC" iTunes warns that "7%, for example, of my Calendar is going to be changed".
But it doesn't say WHICH Calendars records is going to change.
How can I know what changes are going to be applied ?
And how can I decide which changes to accept and which not ?
Or, at least, is there a log file to see what changes have been applied, in order to correct any mistakes ?

I'd imagine they should be filed under the artist name in your My Documents>My Music>iTunes>iTunes Music folder, so try there first maybe.

With the NI-DAQ driver, you can build VIs, but you can not acquire data until you have a Data Acquisition card. You can get these from National Instruments over the web or by calling.

Why do dedicated Firefox browsers (for banking, credit cards, etc.) no longer work under FF4?

Recent FF versions allowed construction of dedicated browsers, so that the instance of FF used to access a bank account was entirely separate from a general-access browser, preventing corruption/copying of sensitive info.
These had their own icons, etc. and worked like separate programs. As of FF4, they don't work.

Hmm. Wish I'd seen your posts earlier, I could have saved you some trouble. It's nothing on your machine. It's a problem at Chatropolis. I am able access a page on one of the two machines, the one at cs10.chatropolis.com. He's simply mistaken when he says they are coming off your computer. But it doesn't look like he's running a Windows IIS server, either. According to the headers on his servers, they're running something called "IFCS", which a little digging shows to be something owned by his company.

Its a small box with a picture of a mouse that wants me to click and it will not let me do anything else, I can't close firefox without task manager or click on any other areas.
