I want to refund the order "How it works, How it works: Issue 41, by pi...", becouse I'd bought the 6 months issue order before.
this is app aperation misstake, I want to redownload in my new I pad, but....it take one more order again!

    I tried purchasing two reference GTX970 on Bestbuy.com last weekend, tried like three times and all said "unable to verify information". I gave up and found out bestbuy on ebay so I went on ebay and bought it.     I am going through the same process! It is a nightmare doing anything with adobe. They make it as difficult as possible to get a refund and keep asking me if i want anothe program instead of a refund. They are making me jump through all kinds of hoops to get the refund and refuse to call me. They have ZERO customer service and the only reason they stay in business is because they have no real competitors. It's a shame, but I suggest you reprot them to the Better Business Bureau. I did.

    (1) You can specify the Order by at the time you are designing/writing your form. You do this in the Property Palette of the Block. One of the properties (under Database) is the "order by clause". Enter the name of the column you want to order by here (for example ADDRESS).
    (2) At run-time you can use the "set_block_property" built-in. For example: SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY('MY_BLOCK',ORDER_BY,'ADDRESS');

  • Problem with amount of vendor invoice than amount in the order

    My problem is that a vendor can send an invoice with an amount superior than the order's amount and then send a refund with the différence to regularize.
    Actualy, it's impossible to make an invoice with superior amount of the order's amount in MIRO transaction because an IMG point (SPRO) is missing to pass the difference between order and invoice
    I'm new in FI and i don't know exactly what to do.
    Can you give me the different IMG point to make it possible? Do i have to create a special account ?

    My question is maybe stupid but if i adjust the tolerance, my invoice can be saved in MIRO, but is this enought ? do i have something else to do ?
    For example i have an order with an amount of 2000$ and the vendor send me an invoice with an amount of 2200$. If i adjust the tolerance at 200$, the invoice can be saved. but the vendor send also a 200$ refund.
    Actually, the users have to create an order with a 2200$ amount and record the memo credit of 200$ in FB65 to regularize.
    So if i adjust the tolerance, can i save my invoice in MIRO with an amount of 2200$ ? Do i have to record a line in the "G/L account" tabstrip with the 200$ ?? if yes, what account type ?
    Sorry if my questions are stupid, i'm a beginner in FI.

    The simplest way is probably to implement ur own listmodel and then supply the listitems in the order u want. Example:

    But hours later, I receive another e-mail saying the order is shipped even after being confirmed to be canceled and refunded!
    Now the item is already in the UPS system and it will be delivered next week. Of course I don't want both 2 items and I still want the one from Best Buy to be returned (since I requested cancel and Best Buy guaranteed that it will be canceled). I will ask the courier of UPS to refuse the delivery.
    Since there's no online RMA tracking system to reflect the status of the order once it gets shipped, I setup this thread on this forum to be better in touch with the custom representatives (-BBY) to track the return process. To make sure the return-and-refund process goes smoothly.

    If the charge you report is a fraudulent charge, the next step is to change your Skype account and payment method account passwords immediately if you have not already done so.  As a proactive measure, you may also wish to run your preferred anti-virus/malware/spyware software using the most recent virus signature files available.

  • My daughter ordered some music for her ipod and pressed twice the order key: I got two bills of 72.74 euros... what can I do to get reimbursed of one of the bills?

    A few days ago she asked to use our account to order some music. When she pressed the order key, the site told her that there were delays and that she had to wait  and try later.
    Well she tried a few seconds later, and Bingo she could find her music. The next day I received confirmation for 2 orders of the same amount... and today the Credit card statement indicates 2 amounts of 72.74 euros deducted from my account... Is ther any way I cant write to itunes, with my bank statement and copies of the confirmations of the orders? Is there any address in Europe or should I try the one in the states?

    In iTunes go to iTunes Store > Account (right column) > Purchase History > See All > Report a Problem. Explain that it's a duplicate purchase and within a few days you should receive a refund.
    There is also a Report a Problem link on the receipt you should have received by email.
