I was attempting to upgrade and now my iPhone 3GS will only show the iTunes screen and I can't use it.
I used the methods listed on the forum to upgrade my iPhone 3GS 5.0.1 to 5.1 and it appeared to be downloading through itunes but I got an error message when it was done downloading and attempting to upgrade. Now the iphone won't even let me use it. It only has the iTunes screen on it and doesn't do anything else. Help!!!!
If your iPhone had been in use before, it sopunds like it has reset itself.
If not, that you must connect it to your computer with the USB cable and set it up with iTunes.

I downloaded iOS 8.2 on my iPhone 5s 32 GB and now my phone won't connect to the iTunes store, and my iTunes Match is turned off and won't turn back on... In the middle of an update, it call closed. Itunes keeps saying that it's not installed, even though ive tried reinstalling multiple times. All my iphone is doing it showing the ituns symbol and a charger. How can I fix this???

If I understand your question, you are trying to update your iPhone, but you are seeing an error message that iTunes for Windows is not installed, is that right? The first step is to get iTunes successfully installed on your computer. Then backup the iPhone before updating the iOS software.

I just bought a new ipad 2, but cannot use it as it only shows the itunes logo and a cable. This means it's telling me to connect to itunes. I've done this and performed sync, still no way out. I have been told by friends to "unlock" it. Please how?
Have you already activated the iPad? That is what the screen is telling you to do - connect to the computer with the supplied cable and run iTunes while connected - and iTunes should guide you through the set up process. If you have already set up the iPad and you are still getting thos screen message - restore your iPad. You must be running iTunes 10.5 on your computer as well.

If you can't restore this way, you will need recovery mode.

My iphone 5 will freeze up and turn off and back on. It will go to the apple screen and then go black MULTIPLE times before it comes back on. No buttons work while this happens. My phone is a week old.
User troubleshooting is restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. If you perform these steps and it still doesn't work, then make an appointment at the Apple Genius bar and have the hardware checked.

My iphone is showing the wrong time and date. All was well until sometime this afternoon when it changed... to Nov 5 (2 days prior to today), and about 9 hours and some minutes before the actual time. The world clock for my time zone shows the same wrong date and time. My calender shows the same wrong date and time. The phone can not find my time zone any more. The only fix I found was to turn off the automatic setting for time. What is happening? Ideas?

My apple TV is not working. It is showing the Itunes log with the white sync cable. it has been like that for days.
That means you have to hook it up to your Mac/win PC and restore it from within iTunes using a micro-USB cable.

please help. my ipad had a very low battery last night, and it went to the black screen with the apple icon at the center. i could not power it down. i let the battery completely run out, and then i charged it this morning. i thought it was ok because the batter charging icon came on, but then when i checked it later it was back to the black screen with the apple icon at the center. can't turn it off again. nothing is happening. please help. is it broken. what can i do. really need it for work. thanks so much
Try a reset. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

My phone will only show the apple icon and shut off.
My phone will only turn on for like 30 seconds, and then shuts off, and it won't sync to iTunes. When I took it to an AT&T store, they told me it just needed updated, but iTunes is not finding my phone when I plug it up. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Mine is doing the same thing - started two days ago. Yesterday it came back by itself literally whilst sitting on the table, but slow, finally returning to normal speed after about 3 hours, then locked and reverted to the apple symbol, where it's been for 24 hrs. Have tried all the things on the previous post's link. At a loss!!!!!
