IBooks and Buying the Wrong Language Book

Hi all,
I guess this is just a question of if I have a leg to stand on and if I should even bother trying to pursue reimbursement/trade-off.
I bought a book from the iBooks store. I searched for it, and was happy to see that it was there. I clicked on the purchase box (that lists its price), it turned into a download box and I downloaded the book. Huzzah, I thought, except when I went to read said book, it was in Italian. If I had clicked through to the book description page itself, I would have read that this offering of the book was in Italian, yet the UI doesn't ask me to click through, it just allows me to buy.
This will certainly end up looking like more whining than anything, but it doesn't make sense to me. My language settings are correct, my location settings are correct, the book was originally written in English. I feel like this would be akin to me buying an mp3 and finding out it was a dub in another language. Yes, the lyrics are the same, but the content is all wrong. My brief searching brought up an "all sales are final approach", which sort of bums me out because I have had great success on my iPod/iPad purchases.
Any insight or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I got my ibook in Finnish language when I ekspected it in English. Sent apple a question, but never got an answer.

Tap the iBooks app not iTunes.
On your iPod tap Settings > Store
Make sure Books is enabled.

Amyrice did you purchase Photoshop Elements 13 from Adobe directly? If so then you may have a multi platform license. You can find your registered serial number under your account at http://www.adobe.com/. Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes, which it is currently doing for me) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.

If you have an iPod nano or Fifth Generation iPod (iPod with video):
Scroll down to the last menu option but don't select it.
Scroll up one menu item. This should be Settings.
Press the Center (Select) button. This takes you to the Settings menu.
Scroll down to the last menu option but don't select it; in English, this is the "Reset All Settings" option.
Scroll up to the third menu item from the bottom one. This should be Language.
Press the Center button to select Language.
Select your preferred language from the list.

I exported my iBook and got the .ibooks file on my Desktop(iMac Retina 5K), I tried to put the file into the iBooks application but I get a message that says "The file "______.ibooks" couldn't opened because it isn't in the correct format.

I took the same file and transferred it in my MacBook Air and was able to put it in the iBooks application no problem, the MacBook Air runs OS X v 10.9.5
Please advise as to Why it would work on an older OS X version as oppose to the newer OS X Yosemite

I may be doing something wrong because looking at the "Purchased" in iBooks I only see all the books that I actually purchased, none of the iBooks that I created in iBooks Author shows up. I can re-download all the iBooks I've purchased and some in iCouds, but the ones I've created in iBooks Author are no where to be found.

The message I am getting is that I am using the wrong language, i.e. German, to access my account. How can I change the language to English, since the computer automatically uses German.

Put the link of the website into Google translate at [http://translate.google.com/#de|en|], then click the translate button. You will then get a link on the right hand side of the page which will take you to a translated version of the page.

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

Let me explain a little more. I had downloaded a lot of free books in the past as a trial when iBooks was first released and since then I have decided I no longer want them, because of this I hid them from the purchased section of the iBooks store. The 5 books left are ones I decided to keep as seen in the following picture.

I would still like to keep this book available in the cloud incase I want to download it again in the future. Buying the wrong version of a song.

Buying the wrong version of a song. Is it final transaction? can this mistake be undone or better yet corrected?
There is this song called "gotas de lluvia" by a group "los diablos locos" which i found on youtube. I could have captured it & had a copy that way but i wanted to support this new & upcoming band. So i purchased the song however i was expecting a "salsa" version instead i got a "cumbia" version of it. I went back to itunes and looked over at the store info to see if i somehow over read or misread anything. However there is no way of telling one song version over the next, & itunes doesnt offer a way to sample the song before you purchase it. I cant seem to find any cusmomer care i can call to correct this problem instead i can only post this question and hope someone can respond with a solution. In the meantime i have lost faith in the current purchasing process of music and because i cant read or tell the difference between songs ill hate to buy two versions of the same song in order to find the one im looking for. Or worst buy the same song twice. Am i entitled for a refund or credit?
My friend says that is itunes' way of tricking customers to buying multiple songs, but i hate to think so sinicle. Can someone please tell me different?

Why is the wrong language appearing in various iCloud communications?

I get emails from iTunes, first welcoming me to iTunes and more annoyingly the notification of a shared photostream are in the wrong language. It's not a big deal with a regular emails, I can ignore them. But the notification of the shared photossteam from the iPad is not good. My friend replied he didn't understand Korean. :-)
This has been ongoing and few people have complained, I found it amusing until I tried to share a Photo Stream.
I checked all of my devices, everything is set to the US. The address and credit card is a US address. I signed out of everything, I really mean every instance of my Apple ID on every device was signed out. I powered all of them off and signed back in to just the iPad sent an invitation to myself and what resulted was the screen shot I attached.
Now, if there are no suggestions, (I'm doubt there will be), how do I inform Apple of this problem?

Did I buy the wrong HDTV?

Did I buy the wrong HTDV for my Mac mini media center?
My 2009 Mac mini is connected to a Panasonic 32" 720p HDTV via HDMI.
(I'm using a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter)
Several issues have arisen:
1) black bars at the top and bottom of the screen when I watch Netflix "watch instantly" movies on it.
2) The menubar of my Mac computer screen is not visible (image chopped off on all four sides).
3) The Mac mini cannot connect to the Internet via Airport when it's attached to the HDTV! (ethernet connection is A-OK)
I've tried playing around with the settings for both the Mac Mini (which recognizes the Panasonic) and the various menu options on the TV but no success.
Maybe I should have broke down and bought a 1080p instead?
Any help would be much-o appreciated!

I guess I am just concerned as there seems to be so many networks (routers) around here, there is always 7 or 8 connections available on the list of avail networks and I am just concerned about that one machine connecting to the wrong router when it is booted up ....
when I was using the wrt54g, and it always showed "Excellent" and the others always showed poor to very poor (1 or 2 bars) ,,,,,,,
but now with the new router always showing just one or two bars as well on that one machine .... I worry that it may connect to the wrong thing sometime. This wouldn't be such a worry for me IF there were simply an option to set "Connect to this network ONLY" on the nic,
but there isn't, just a "Connect to preffered network IF in range" ..........
Not that it matters here is the whole reason I have these machines and routers on a network is because I am severely disabled with M.S. and getting up and down steps to all my familys machines isn't so easy, and that one machine about 75 feet from me is impossible. So I have them all networked thru the router, and I use a remote control program (called Radmin) to access the various machines from this one laptop.
I am starting to wonder if the fact that nothing will work when this router is on 20mhz bandwith at all, is indicative of some sort of problem with the router itself? That is funny as the wrt54g was 20mhz only I beleive, and it worked perfectly!
