IDOC CREMAS

Hello,
i need to replicate idoc CREMAS to another R3 System, the idoc is triggered correctly but it contain only segment E1LFA1M and i need also the segment to update table LFB1 (company) E1LFB1M plus all other segments .
i can not understand why.
any Idea??

IDOC CREMAS - withholding tax

Hi Experts,
i need to distribute idoc CREMAS with data related to "withholding tax"
(table LFBW).
When i distribute this idoc i can not see these data in outbound, do you know if i need to do something special to aktivate this part? and do you know what is the segment related?
how can i send these data with the whole IDOC CREMAS?

I'm sorry but i never fix this issue becouse the process was changed and no need to distribute whitholding tax.
Any way i think you are right, you need to exted IDOC creams with custom segment then you will update the new segment in outbound and in inbound you need to update the new fields.
You can try maybe with these exit EXIT_SAPLKD02_001 (ENHANCEMENT VSV00001)

Vendor Master IDOC (CREMAS) and change pointer activation..

Hi Guys..
I am using CREMAS idoc to transfer Vendor Master data to 3rd party system..
I configure the change pointer in SALE..
BDCP
BD61
BD50
BD52
But when I make changes in vendor master.. its not creating the idoc immediately.. I have to run RBDMIDOC manually.. to create the idoc..
How to make it create immediately.. ?
Also if I make a change in Email.. its not creating idoc at all.. !

IDoc CREMAS - Email field

Hi experts,
please help me to understand this:
i have a log in changed data of XK03 --> address
Date Field New Old
XX.XX.XXXX E-Mail Address ***Deleted*** [email protected]
Now, there's a CREMAS idoc in the same date and same time, with the same user of this log.
So it was probably this idoc to make the change.
but how is possible if the idoc not have an email field?

You have to process ADRMAS Idocs too otherwise you may get inconsistent data.

Idoc CREMAS.CREMAS04 in update mode

Hi,
I have some vendors who are already created in my ECC, and I must to update some fields of his basic data by using an inbound IDoc (sent by XI).
My question is: is it possible to CHANGE only ONE value (e.g NAME1) without to give all mandatory fields (like Account group, city, zipcode) ?
My idoc is CREMAS.CREMAS04.
In my IDoc segment, I use option E1LFA1M-MSGFN = 004 (change)
In my partner profile, I use "CRE1" for process code.

IDOC CREMAS.CREMAS05

Hi All
BUKRS is a field in CREMAS.CREMAS05 IDOC is it a mandatory field?
If yes then what value i have to give?

Hi Dheeraj,
Its mandatory field that represents the COMPANY code and the value it takes will be CHAR (Eg.1000).
If you want to chek wether its mandatory or no.Log on to R/3 ,Go to WE30 and give Message type CREMAS05 > Display , check the segment E1LFB1M>E1LFBWM, Double click on it.You will see filds in it BURKS , click on the field and chek the attributes of it.

Generating partner profile for File to Idoc(CREMAS) scenario.

Dear friend,
Completed all the steps in SLD, IR and ID.
I do not know how to create Partner profile and I skipped this step.
While testing I got the error "Unable to convert sender service to an ALE logical system".
I think i got this error because I have not created partner profile.
Could anybody tell step by step process of creating partner profile including logical system names( Sender and Receiver)?
I have seen many blogs and i couldn't get clear picture on how to generate partner profile.
My sender system is XI server and receiver is R/3.
I have created RFC destination, Port also.

generally u create partner profiles using transaction WE20.
SAP Menu -> Tools -> IDoc Interface/ALE -> Administration -> Runtime Settings -> Partner Agreement (WE20).

Look for an exit when posting IDOC and use this to populate any additional fields.
Try ACCID001, ACCID002 or search for BADIS.

Error in IDOC CREMAS for Bank data

Hi,
I am trying to upload vendor master through IDOC.I am also sending bank data in my IDOC.But it gives the below error
Fill all required fields SAPLBANK 0100 BNKA-BANKA
We have created the bank and details exist for that bank.
We are giving Bank Country Key,BANKKEY and BANKACCOUNTNUMBER details in IDOC.
When I have Reprocessed the IDOC thru WE19 in Foreground mode It goes to bank screen twice.First time the okcode is 06 and second time the okcode is 16 which take the control to other screen where it ask bank name.But Bank name already exist for that bank.we are not giving bankname from the idoc.
Any help appericiated.

ALE IDoc : Vendor Master : Cremas: Inbound IDocs are bypassing the Customiz

Hi,
Create Vendor master inbound IDocs - CREMAS - are overridding the customizing settings.
For example for a particular vendor group a number range is set in customizing.
When we try to create a vendor through XK01 which does not fall in a particular number range as set in customising for a particular vendor group, we get a error message and creation is terminated.
But if the same vendor is created via standard idoc CREMAS, vendor is created without any errors bypassing the customizing settings.
So can anybody help me in this. Is there any customising setting that we need to do explicitly for Vendor IDocs. Or any other setting in standard IDoc.

1. If your vendor changes should be updated from one system to other system through ALE, we need to active the change pointers.
2. Change points can be activate through Tcode SALE
3. After activating change points and your distribution model is ready, you can execute the program RBDMIDOC to genarate the IDOCs.
4. Normally this program will be executed in the background
5. And as you said, you have to do some validations before sending IDOCs. For this you can Filters and rules in the DM.
OR you can write the code in user-exists of outbound posting program.

Steps to create outbound CREMAS IDOC from ERP

Can you please share the steps to create outbound IDOC from ERP system?
Business requirement is that whenever a new vendor is created in the ECC system, SAP should trigger an outbound vendor IDOC CREMAS from ERP system. Also whenever the vendor data is changed then the entire vendor details should be passed to outbound IDOC and not just the delta changes. Change pointer can be configured but to create idoc for full vendor records.
I guess we can use CREMAS.
Can anyone please share the steps to configure it in ERP?

File to IDOC, with External Definition to hold multiple IDocs

Hello Experts,
I am configuring a sample File to IDOC scenario. Here are the steps I am following, can you please guide me what I am missing here.
I am having a flat file with 10 records to be transferred to my ECC system through IDOC adapter to create 10 different IDocs.
1. I am picking up my flat file using a 3rd party Business System with File Content Conversion
2. I uploaded CREMAS Idoc and exported as XSD file and modified Occurences paramter to unbounded and uploaded back as an External file definition into IR
3. I defined an SAP WEBAS ABAP type Business System with LS (representing my ECC system) and configured with IDOC Rcvr channel.
4. In the IDOC recvr Channel, I specified RFC destination pointing to my ECC system & Port, Release...etc
5. On the ECC side, I configurated a PARTNER PROFILE with the above mentioned LS(used in step 3) and added an Inbound Idoc paramter CREMAS with process code CRE1. Selected the option Trigger Immediately.
Testing:
1. When I checked my CC monitoring in RWB, my file on the sourced is getting picked up successfull with respect to the specified polling intervals.
2. I don;t see any messages in my SXMB_MONI. I verified SXMB_ADM configuration it looks fine to me
3. I used TCode:WE02 on ECC side, nothing is there
4. I used Tcode SM58 on ECC side, nothign is there
I have no idea what is happening after successfully picking up the file on the source side.
Is there a way to trace where exactly the error is or what is wrong with my scenario?
Just an observation, We don;t need to specifiy any LS on the Sender Business Sytem(3rd party in my case) which picks up my file on the source side. Rather I am specifiying LS on the Target Business Sytem(type WEBAS ABAP in my case) to send my IDOC to ECC system. I am using the same LS to define PP on ECC system.

I tried full cache refresh, also cleared SLD Cache for both IR & ID. No luck.
I think either some thing wrong in connection parameters, but atleast if I see some error in Moni or RWB, it helps, but in my situation, nothing is showing up there.
Connections:
I specified PORT & RFC Dest in IDOC RCVR Adapter along with WEBAS Release version. These PORT & RFCs are created in XI using SM59 & IDX1 and both passed the connection test.
On the ECC side, I created a PP with inbound Idoc CREMAS and process code as CRE1. This PP uses the LS that was used in RCVR BS specified in XI side.
I also loaded Idoc meta data into XI with Tcode: IDX2
Please help me, any body. I will sincerely award the points.
