IDOC TO XI WITH DEDICATED QUEUE HAS STATUS 30

Hi, i have an interface IDOC to XI to JDBC, it has implemented a dedicated Queue, it dosnt have configured the acknowledge.
it was working fine, then we implemented the dedicated queue, it works fine a cuple of thays but then the idocs start to have all status 30. (note: i have configured output mode 2)

Issue with Inbound queue - READY status from long time

Hello Team ,
need your assistance regarding Inbound process queue which have many items in READY state .
They are not clearing unless we do it manually.
when i check SMQR , i find that it has WAIT state and not able to get any otehr state even on trying to change it.
Also , when i check on the DISPLAY possible resources for qRFC/tRFC - it shows empty .

CRM Transaction not in ECC,not locked in queue, has Status of Locked in Dis

Background:
I have an unusual case where a transaction was created in CRM along with a follow-on transaction, but only the follow-on transaction made it to ECC. The initial transaction was created correctly and should have replicated. We did have a server malfunction on the same day that affected a lot of orders in ECC, even deleting some out. It looks like this transaction may have been one of those.
Issue:
I now have a transaction in CRM that says it is locked in Distribution, but it is not in SMQ1 or SMQ2 in either CRM or ECC and it isn't showing up as an error in SMW01.
Is there a way for me to unlock this from distribution aside from SMQ1, SMQ2, or SMW01?
I thought of making a change to the system status using a table like CRM_JEST but haven't yet found a way to do that. There are some fnction modules out there but I am not sure of the correct one. I had used one in the past to update the User Status but ended up mass changing a bunch of transactions instead of the one transaction in question. I don't want to make that mistake with the System Status.

Go to SE38 and run program CRM_DATAEXCHANGE_TOOLBOX and execute Resend CRM Documents option and check if it works.
If you want to delete system status, go to table crm_jest, run it for desired guid, select the proper status and then in debugging mode switch from display (SHOW) to delete (DELE). But I would go with this option yet.

IDOC is created with status 51( application document not posted)

Hi experts
iam working on File-IDOC scenario, when i test the process the XML message is created with no errors and
but the IDOC is created with status 51( application document not posted)
the details error shows:
An error occurred in CALL TRANSACTION USING or CALL DIALOG USING
during a synchronous update.
The error was caused by the transaction VA01.
previously i used same test data that time it was working fine,
please tell me how can i fix the issue.

Key in your Idoc number in BD87, execute
select the error message and then follow the menu path :
EDIT --> restrict and process (Select)
In the next screen UNCHECK the Bkgd Processing and execute
Now EDIT --> Process --> foreground from error or in foreground mode.
This will lead you the screen where it errored out.

Delete ur requests and try to laod them again.
Try to find the detailed error message which u can find the process monitor --> Status page --> step by step analysis.
So that you can get more information regarding ur error.

WBS data distribution for IDOC-PI-JDBC with system status 'CRTD' not working.

Hello Experts,
I am busy with a project where the PS project creation and updates should be transfered to the external legacy system through IDOC-PI-JDBC scenario.
I am using the BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN for this process. This scenario is working fine with the projects system status released (REL).
If the system status is Created (CRTD) then no idoc creation happening therefor no data distribution of work breakdown structure(WBS) to the legacy system.
Can anybody give me some suggestion of make it happening.

I did it with the help of my abap developer.
We implemented a BADI, and from the BADI we created the idoc.
When the idoc is there the legacy system receive the data.

Hi,
The inbound processing encountered a permanent error and the queue therefore stopped.
The error message "Permanent error in BPE inbound processing" may be caused by the following:
- At the start or when you process a process instance, the inbound processing encounters an exception that was not handled. This exception is triggered, for example, by a transformation step, a synchronous send step or a control step but it was not caught in an exception handler branch. If the exception that was not handled occurs in the first transaction of the started process instance, the system does not write the process instance to the database but it sets the queue that has this error message to the error status.
Refer to the help in Note 1082099
- The inbound processing triggers this error if the correlation evaluation shows that a message should be delivered to a process instance that has the status "error". Since delivery to process instances that contain errors is not permitted, the queue is stopped.
Use the simulation of the message delivery in the detail view of the relevant queue LUW to determine the relevant process instance for the affected message and use transaction SXMB_MONI_BPE "Continue Process Following Error" (or transaction SWF_XI_SWPR) to continue. If you cannot continue the process instance, check whether you can logically delete the instance. In this case, use the method that is described in Note 807906 to logically delete a process instance.
Check whether your system contains other process instances that have errors in order to detect similar problems. Use transaction SXMB_MONI_BPE "Continue Process Following Error" or transaction SWF_XI_SWPR.
Use the report RSWF_CRL_MAINTAIN to check all of the correlation instances in question or the relevant process instances that you can reach using "Display Work Item".
- Messages that cannot be delivered because no correlation instance can be found may lead to the error that is mentioned here. Check whether the causes that are outlined in Note 1094028 affect your case.

production system. We have not got this error for the last 7 months since we went live and we have not made any changes either.

1. If the disk space is full or not.

Customized Pf Status along with the standard Pf status

Hi all
I have created an ALV report and has its default pf status which includes all function like sum ,sort, export, variants save etc.
I have a requirement to have an extra push button along with this PF status.
I have created a pf status with this button.. and activated and called in REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY and did everything..
But in my output, only my customised pf status is displayed ie only the push button is displayed and all other standard functions are gone..
Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
Ie I want one push button along with the standrad pf status in ALV report using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY .

Creation of new button in output refer below document and screen
if you want to add one more button in the Red line like below.
Reffer Below steps after that you can create or change STANDARD Gui in the program .
Go to Se41 give details like below.
Select Copy Status button in up. As shown below screen.
You will get below screen. Provide your custom program name.
Like below screen. Click on Copy.
You will get below screen click on copy button.
You will get below status.
Click on Activate like as shown in below.
Click on OK button you will get it in your program.

Check that the user name and password are correct.

From the solution, it mentioned that the issue could relate to user account or its password.
Please let me know if it is in domain environment. If so, please test to log the same user account currently on Windows 7 to Windows XP and see if issue persists.
Also please test to directly access the scanning folder on printer server to see if there is any issue in accessing the destination folder.

IDOC is posting with Errors in File to IDOC scenario

Hi,
I did the File to IDOC scenario for CREMAS . IDOC is posting with Errors .. i.e. in the status record it was showing 56- EDI: Partner profile inbound not available ..
If I manually process that IDOC in WE19 , then it was processing successfully.. and in the we19 it was showing Inbound Processing : Port Not Maintained but even though manually it was posting fine...
any ideas regarding this will be appriciated.....

Settings in your Business service for the receiving system
Please specify the RFC detination, SAP System and Client of the Receiving System in the adapter specific detials.
Settings in R/3
WE20 - Add the partner profile for the particular message type cremas and process code.
Your statement

Does the standard Intel HD Graphics 4000 in the 13 inch Macbook pro stand up to other graphics cards with dedicated memory ( 1GB of memory for instance)? I need a laptop for college and the Engineering program suggests a dedicated video card with minimum 1GB of video memory.

I have a Intel HD 4000 in my Mac Mini (late 2012), and it's okay for what I need it.
However:
- there were a few issues with flickering on the video output to external monitors. These were solved through a firmware update that came with OSX 10.8.3 - for the majority of the users. There is apparently still a small group of users that still has issues. You can read long threads about this here:

So for most of us (me included) this issue is solved, but it seems that certain displays / monitors don't work well with the intel HD4000, don't know if there is a pattern or a list of monitor models...

The same firmware update improved this a little, good enough for me, but I can imagine it's not good enough if you do graphic work and need reliable colors from your monitor. On HDMI output, the thunderbolt/MDP output is fine. So it's mainly a dual monitor setup issue.
If it's for graphic work, I'd go for a Mac Book Pro with dedicated GPU !

File to ABAP Proxy (problem with inbound queues in R3)

Hi,
In File-XI-ABAP proxy scenario, XI is successfully picking up file and sending it to R3.
But in R3, an inbound queue is created in SMQ2 transaction code and I solved the same to automatically process the Queue by registering that in SMQR transaction code. But even though the inbound queue doesn't appear in SMQ2 (which means that it is processed successfully) it doesn't call the method EXECUTE_ASYNCHRONOUS. Can anyone help me whether I need to do any settings to run that method?
Also can anyone help me, after the inbound queue is successfully processed in SMQ2 transaction, what would be the next step to watch what exactly that queue has done?

For Queues, you can go to SMQR and check for the register queue. Select and double click on it. If anything is stuck up then you can see in it. Even same with SMQ2

Distributed queue usage with custom queue listeners in cluster

Hi,
Can someone help in solving the issue. We have a web application which will create consumers(threads in infinite loop) for an inbound queue(name comes from DB table) and after doing certain process result will be pushed to outbound queue(name comes from DB table).
When application runs in single managed server(without clustering) every thing works fine.
If I want to deploy the same application in two managed servers (with are under same cluster) which talks to same DB how to handle above scenario
1. Create 2 JMS servers one on each managed server(on different machines)
2. Create queue one for each JMS server
3. Create distributed queue and add above two queues as members of it
4. Create connection factory and target it to cluster
After creating above instrastructure(similar infrastructure will be created for inbound and outbound queue), can I use distributed queue JNDI name to create listeners(threads) to read messages? Or do I need to create listeners for each individual member in the distributed queue?
I know that while sending message to distributed queue, I can create sender on distributed queue and weblogic automatically takes care of sending the message to appropriate member in the DQ, but how it works for distributed queue?
Also, want to know how can I access distributed queue? For example, if managed server 1 is accessed by http://10.11.134.24:7001 and managed server 2 is accessed by http://10.11.134.25:7001. which URL I need use in JNDI context provider URL to access distributed queue? can I use any URL will it make any difference?
Generally for servlets/JSPs we create proxy server to access it through cluster, instead of directly using managed server URLs. But how it works for distributed queue?

          Yes.
          It turns out that if replicate local queue jndi name in cluster is set to false
          the message did not get forward :(
