No. Replacements are always the same as what is being replaced. No back camera now means no back camera after replacement.

- Reset. nothing is lost.

We get new shipments in to stores all the time, but I can't make any specific promises about when it might be in stock at a store near you. Not possible, there is a physical switch inside the headphone port, when the headphone jack is plugged in the switch is open and disables the iPod speaker and Bluetooth networks. Cheers.

I have a new Ipod touch gen 5. It shows up under my computer but not under devices in the side bar like it should with Itunes 11. I'm running the latest firmware for my new Itouch and the latest Itunes. I hope I don't have to uninstall my itunes as I have ALOT of music on it. I dont wanna lose it all. Ipod touch Gen 4 not recognised on PC Win XP Pro

I have just got Ipod Touch Gen 4 and connected to PC but PC doe not recognise Ipod therefore cannot setup. I have updated Itunes to V10 and also did Win XP SP3 update and still no luck. Tried restarting Ipod. This is my 1st Apple product and already hate it as it is not working easily with PC. I'm sure that once it all gets connected I will be fine but finding it very frustrating so far.

I have a new iPod Touch. I also run Windows 7 on my desktop PC. I have tried to post pictures from my PC to the iPod. But the only way you can do this that I know of, is to create a subdirectory on the PC and put all of your pictures that you want on the iPod in that subdirectory. Then you must use iTunes to synchronize the PC subdirectory with photos on the iPod. But I want many subdirectories to organize my pictures on the iPod. Can you do this??, it doesn't look to me like you can!??
