IHs6 webgate installer for AIX5.3 and Redhat4

Lockbox and the kit do not have IHS6 webgate installer for AIX5.3 and Rehat4.
The 10.1.4 support matrix says that webgate is supported on IHS6 webserver on AIX5.3 and Redhat4.
It would be much appreciated if you could let me know from where I can download IHS6 webgate installer for AIX and Linux4

i got another error when i installed the Webgate 11g on 64bit linux platform . The OHS can not work again . The error in the log is
can not load webgate/bin/webgate.so into server wrong ELF class:ELFCLASS32 .
i don't know if WebGate 11g could support 64 bit linux platform ?
any suggestions is appreciated.

Is there any way to create an installer for Mac OS and Linux OS once a stand alone application is created? I have created an executable application that I want to distribute to Mac and Linux users (different applications were created in the respective OS). I was wondering if there is any way to create an installer? I think there probably isn't... If the user were to simply download the Labview Run-time Engine from ni.com would they be able to run the application or is it more complicated than that?

I think Shane tried to say, that it is on the Mac OS X installation DVD, NOT the LabVIEW for Mac OS X installation medium. And that could very well have changed in recent Mac OS X versions as well. They used to have Xcode on it too, but that seems gone as well.

Wu-ftpd installable for solaris 10 and solaris 9

I could see only "proftpd" is available http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/freeware
But I am looking for the "wu-ftpd" server which is compatable with Solaris 9 and Solaris 10.
Any one help me from where I can get the "wu-ftpd" installable for solaris 9 and solaris 10 sparc server.

I too saw that the ftp version used in solaris 10 by default is wu-ftpd, but I am not sure about it, because when I tried to ftp to my solaris box the version it is started is not "FTP server (Version wu-2.6.2(5)".
I have got the wu-ftpd installable. But I could not get the proper document for configuring the same.
Question1: How to stop existing ftp service and start newly instlaled wu-ftpd in Solaris 9 and Solaris 10 servers?
Earlier solaris 8 version I change the ftpd version in /etc/inetd.conf file and give HUP signal to inetd then this new wu-ftpd version will be used.
Question 2: It always starts the system inbuilt ftp server and also I am getting ftp log in failure for any user which I add newly or even existing users.

Separate Palm desktop installs for Palm M505 and its apps and Palm Treo 680 and its apps on same Windows XP computer?

I'm trying to do a workaround. I've got a Palm M505 that has a terrific keyboard that hooks up to it. This lets me write documents in a very portable way. The Treo 680 never had the equivalent, really full-sized external keyboard made compatible with it. So, I want to create documents on the M505 but otherwise mostly use the Treo 680.
Here's the rub. When I tried to sync both devices to my Palm Desktop version 4.1.2 for Windows XP, it didn't work. Hotsync tries to synchronize apps that won't work on the M505. Also, the versions of Documents to Go are very different (5.x versus 8.x).
I would love to have a separate Palm Desktop installation for each device, so I can have a nice desktop environment for each by launching them separately. But, the Palm Desktop installation "wizard" shuts down and won't give me the opportunity to do a separate Desktop install.
Any ideas other than buying an ultra-small laptop and dropping this kludgy scheme? For instance, if I were to copy the installed files from one directory to another, would this work, or would it not be set up in the Registry?

Okay. Stubbornness pays off! I was able to beam documents between my Palm M505 and Treo 680, avoiding the need for complicated syncing of both Palms to my laptop machine. I was also able to beam documents from both Palms to my Dell Inspiron M300 laptop, running Windows XP Pro.
When beaming between Palm devices, the results were better. In the M505, Documents to Go version 5.004 doesn't translate documents into Microsoft Word format but into something it calls Word to Go. The Treo has DTG version 8.003, which is able to read files in Word to Go format and save in native Microsoft Word for Windows format.
However, even when beaming a Word to Go (old format) document directly onto the Desktop of my Windows XP machine, it gave me a document I could open, with the text I'd input following a bunch of characters Word obviously didn't understand. If I add the file from my desktop to the newer Documents to Go version on my laptop, I expect it will translate it into a Word file when it syncs to the Treo but haven't tested that. In either case, beaming between Palm devices is the easiest solution and completely solves the problem.
For any readers who are interested, the reason I've so stubbornly tried to solve this problem is that I'm a fast touch typist. My old Palm M505 plugs directly into a wonderful, old Palm Portable Keyboard that is full-sized. Because it's a hard-wired connection, I can type fast. That old keyboard compresses into the same folded footprint as some new foldover external keyboards. It does this even though much bigger by folding in an accordian-like fashion, with four flat surfaces folder together. That keyboard design now exists in some of the keyboards sold by IGo corporation (their old name for it was Sierra Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard). But, they were unable to figure out how to handshake their Bluetooth with the odd Bluetooth configuation in the Treo 680. Why Palm made the Bluetooth library different in the Treo 680 from other Treos is a mystery to me, but enough of this tangent. Some interested in this workaround may be curious for similar reasons.

Installer for JAVA application and JVM

Hi all,
I want to install a java application(server side). I used free version of InstallAnywhere to do this before. But since my installer may need more complicated operations, like search the registery and detect if they have installed the JVM and Tomcat. if not, suggest them to install, etc. My company do not have the enterprise version of InstallAnywhere, but the InstallShields.
I am not sure which tool I should use for such installer, InstallShield or InstallAnywhere/ or any other suggestions?

I go to Bestbuy store and make sure it's compatible with the Viper Responder LC3 5706V 2-Way Remote Start and Security System. Bestbuy print out the document everything say is compatible with my vehicle. and then I make an Appointment on July 31, 2015, 01:00 PM 4 Hrs162 SANTILLI HWY EVERETT MA Confirmation Number: VRJF2718. it is the lady help me to install it. she say it take 4 to 5 hours to finish. I said I wait here at Bestbuy out there until finish installation. After more than 5 hours. I come in the Bestbuy mobile installation there. and the lady tell me my car is broke fuse link. The vehicle will not start. and also she said she did not touch anything. I ask why the fuse is broke if you did not touch anything. she said the fuse broke all the time. It is normal. My car less than 1400 miles. just like new. My all family use Toyota. 6 year never broke the engine fuse. She try to tell me the fuse link broke is not because the installation process. She try to tell is not her responsibility. She said already call Woburn Toyota repair on Monday. I m so worry about my car. I take the subway to Wellington station and walk to Bestbuy on the next day. and then she tell me the car has to tow to Woburn Toyota to repair. on August 4. I went to Bestbuy with my friends. We talk to the Geek Squad manager I think his name is Jason. He tell me the car can fix and pick up today about 1PM, I called Woburn Toyota and they tell me pick up my car. after pick up my car. I have to go back to Bestbuy finish the remaining installation because the viper already installed in my car. About 2:30PM. Tom said it take about 20 to 30 minutes to program the key. after Program the key. It has problem to start the engine. Sometime the engine start only a few seconds it shut it down. He don't know how to program the key, the key has the code has to match the car. Tom keep try and try to start the engine until the car battery is dead. and then use the jump starter to charge the battery. and keep try and try. I don't remember how many time he try to start the engine. it make me very scare. I ask Tom many time about the compatible. He said yes. about 6PM. I talk to the manager, I said do you think will tow my car again. He tell me to talk to Tom. I told Tom I have to use my car tomorrow for work. I paid to much for the cab. And then he take out the Vipers. Wednesday 4:40am in the morning. I drive for my job. I found out the automatic light is not on. it has other issue. The Auto switch is on, but the automatic light is not on. me and my friends went to Bestbuy again and talk to manager. First He said is not my responsibility. You already pick up the car. I m telling you. no one will know the automatic sensor will broke if not drive at night or dark place. I have my KDLINKS X1 FULL HD WIDE ANGLE CAR DASHBOARD CAMCORER WITH GPS install in my car. The installation day is July 31. All drive load recorded. July 31. I drive my friends to China town and get in the Tunnel and then go back to Bestbuy get in the tunnel again. It show the light automatic on. No any problem when I drop on Bestbuy. I have alot Evidence prove. No one touch my new car. Only Geek Squad. I lost money because the Viper Responder LC3 5706V already used. It can't return it. Also I lost time. wait long time in Bestbuy, 4 hours job it take 5 days. I have no car to use. I have to paid the cab for my job. I have to drive my car to Woburn Toyota to see what is broke on 08/7/2015. After 5 hours long wait. The Toyota said Tom forgot to connect the wire. They said the first time broke the big fuse link and tow to Toyota repair. It is the big problem. It broke because they start the engine more than hundred time. I know because I took the chair and wait inside the second time with Tom. He try to start my engine between 5 second. I know what is troubleshooting. but if you try to start the engine 3 time and not work. You will know is sometime wrong. You have to find out the problem and maybe get help. Not just keep try to start the engine on the remote. I tell Tom even you try thousand time. it could be the same. I know I complaint the first time when they broke my car big fuse. but please don't treat my car like that. I want to ask you. if you take your car there for installation. You wait there more than 5 hours and your new car is broke by them. and you have no car to use for your job. Are you happy about that. Second time he said only take 30 minutes to program the key. It take me wait there 5 hours. He forgot connect the wire. If you don't believe, you can call Woburn Toyota. Everyone know Bestbuy broke my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Bestbuy should reimburse my lost. I lost time and money. The Viper I can't return to other retail store because it used by your company. It fail to install and broke my car. I try to call Geek squad 18004335778 two times and talk to different people. they just hand up my phone after I tell my stories. They never give me the solution. and I know I post the message here may not helpful. I will keep try other way to tell my stories to other if Bestbuy not give me the solution. Error in Plugin Installation For MS Office 2013 on Windows 8 and 8.1

We have developed an installer for MS Word and MS Excel plugins. So far it has been working fine for MS Office 2003, 2007 etc. but since I have upgraded to a Windows 8.1 machine with MS Office 2013 installed, the plugin installation is giving error.
The installation fails and an error dialog appears with Error Code Type: Error, Error:1, Owner:30a.
The installer works well for MS Office 2010 on Windows 8/ 8.1 machine or MS Office 2010 on Windows 7 machine.

This is problem conclusion provided by IBM:
This issue is no longer reproducible in V6R2012x.
Installation checks have been modified to throw an error only when none of the Office applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are installed. This error will not occur if one or more of the Office products are installed.

Problems running installer for JRE

hello,
i tried to run the online installer for the JRE, and it waited for 5 seconds, and displayed a message:
"Please refresh the page to restart installation"
I tried refreshing the page and trying to restart the installation, but the message keeps repeating every time i try to install JRE. It's an endless loop.
So i downloaded the offline installer, but when i tried to run it, nothing happened.
So... Yeah. I'm looking for some help.

Installer for my application requires LabVIEW 8.2 to be installed

I am trying to build an installer for my application, and I can use the installer successfully on any system where LabVIEW is already installed. However, when I use it on a fresh system, I get a message that says "You must install LabVIEW 8.2 or later on the system before you can run this setup."
I am including the LabVIEW run time engine in the installer. Is there anything else that I am leaving out when I build the installer? Is the installer supposed to work on a fresh system that does not already have the run time engine installed?

Office 365 ProPlus App-V 5.0 Package installs Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote even though they are not selected for publishing

I have created an App-V 5.0 Package for Office 365 ProPlus using the documentation provided here:

I am able to load the App-V Package into my SCCM 2012 SP1 environment and deploy the package to a test machine
Within SCCM, I have configured the deployment type to only select a couple of applications. Notice that Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote are not selected.

For my deployment type, I only selected Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Looking at my test machine, those 3 applications now show up in my start screen.

I don't see any of the other Office applications be default on my start screen, so I would think all looks good. If I type another Office application, lets say access at the start screen I get, "No apps match your search."

But if I type Lync, Outlook, Infopath or Onenote, it shows me that those applications are available, and I can launch them as an App-V application just as I could Excel, Word or Powerpoint, the applications that I wanted to have available.
This is not what I was expecting when I went through the trouble to create an App-V package. It looks like almost all of the apps become available on my client machine, all App-V is doing is making the application button in the start screen a little
harder to find.
What is interesting is that for the applications I did want published, I can search for them by just entering a few letters of the application name, and they show up with the 2013 version label, see below for an example search for Word.

For the applications that I did not publish but still show up on my client, I have to type in the full name of the application for the launch button to come up. For example, I can't type lyn and expect to see Lync, but if i type lync I will get an
option to launch the application. The same goes for Outlook, Infopath and Onenote, and when you do type in the full namke of the app, it doesn't show the version number like Word does as Word 2013, it just shows Lync, or Outlook, or Infopath, or
Onenote.

Can anyone from Microsoft confirm that this is expected behavior. If this is to be expected this is pretty disappointing, because a main point of the App-V package is it is the only way to limit which applications are deployed via Office 365 ProPlus
but from what I can tell, it really isn't limiting anything beyond the start screen for most cases.

Have seen a couple threads regarding this but unfortunately nothing that solves my problem thus far!
Right now, our developers are using the Domain Admin account to promote their website code using MSI files. I'd like to change this as I feel the Domain Admin account should be on lock down and only used when absolutely necessary, pretty common. The
same goes for my account too, I would like to absolve as much use of the Domain Admin as I can.
Problem is, when they run installers from their own accounts, they receive this error: You do not have sufficient privileges
to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and then retry this installation
The accounts they are using are part of the Built In Administrators group and the Domain Admins group... I'm not sure what other permission you'd need in a domain? We've gone as far as explicitly giving them local admin access on this server and still
nothing changes.
Is there a Group Policy or something that I can change to provide install rights and possibly remove these accounts as Domain Admin and more along the line of Power User?

I am able to login to the Web, but when attempt to run the installer, it ask for a password and it does not work the password I used to login in the web.

I am new to Adobe Cloud, received the invitation from Adobe, create my account and I am able to login to the web. When Attempted to download Photoshop desktop, I was asked for Name and Password, the name was populated but I have to enter the password. I am using the password I entered at registration but it does not work and the Installer does not run.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS version 10.9.3.

I was hoping to see if anyone could help me out with this. I recently bought a new laptop, and obviously, I was stuck a few days moving everything from my old one to my new one. So when it came to install the Adobe Acrobat Standard 9 in the new computer, I noticed that the installer here at the Adobe Web Page is not accepting my serial number for that product. And additionally, I don't see the installer for the Premiere Elements 8 and I don't know if the Photoshop Elements 8 installer in the web page is gonna do the same thing like the Acrobat Standard 9. Inquire of whom? Apple? Seems to me your carrier is giving you the run-around. They are the ones who provide the service, so they should be able to tell you the plan specifics. Get on the phone again with them and insist on an answer.
