Illustrator CC 2014 says it's up to date but it isn't

Creative Cloud says the Illustrator CC 2014 is up to date but the very latest upgrade won't update. I've tried uninstalling the app, removing the OPM.db file and reinstalling to no avail.

Try
_ Empty your temp folder .
_ Delete the "AAMUpdater" and "AAMUpdaterInventory" in:
MAC :
<Startup Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe and /Users/<user name>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
WIN :
C:\Program files\common files\adobe and C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe

Why does syncing iCal need Safari Safe Browsing Data? How can I turn this off?

"Safari Downloading Safe Browsing Data" is just some data that is synce with the computer. To turn off on the Mac go to System Preferencs>iCloud and turn off Safari

The iPhone 4, which is what you show in your profile, can only run up to iOS 7.1.2. You cannot update that device to iOS 8.1.3, the most current iOS.

APP says upto date, but it isn't installed!!?

Hello, I was using adobe edge for work and I went to look at some tutorials online. I saw that the program had been update with new features in the tutorial video I was watching so I figured it just didn't update for me in creative cloud (even though it said "upto date"). I then figured to delete and update. So I deleted edge and clicked download in creative cloud online (not the mac tab) and it just opens the creative cloud icon and edge says it's "up to date"!!?!! I restarted my computer and that didn't work. I looked at a fourm and deleted the OMP.de (whatever isn't called) file and restarted my computer and opened creative cloud, logged in and that didn't work. I don't know what else to do and I'm freaking out because I'm using it at work!!! Help!

E61, Updater says it's up to date, but it's not!

Hello, so I purchased a Nokia E61, unlocked, sim free, the code is: 0538289, this is the code everybody seems to have a problem with updating. As some of you know, the Updater believes the 1.06****** is up to date, but we all know there is a 2.****** available, why isn't this code supported, will it be temporary? should I go ahead and return the E61 from where I bought it?
I mean, I don't mind waiting a month or so as long as I can start updating like EVERYONE ELSE, but if Nokia won't let me update this phone for good, then I don't want it, can ANYBODY please shed some light...

The code is legitimate, as for Nokia releasing v2.x for it, I couldn't say as I do not know.

This could happen and has happened before, however in 99% of the cases on this board are when people upgrade and they lose their language, usually their handset was from another market and the updater restored the original configuration. Over the summer I downloaded a beta of an iTunes program for Mac. Eventually that program expired so I needed to download the real iTunes. I did, and it was fine up until about a week ago. I was told that I needed to update my iTunes. I said, yes, Download the new iTunes but Apple Software Update says i'm up to date! I think it's because I don't have my original iTunes anymore? How can I make it so that it recogznies my application again? Also, my screensaver for iTunes Album Art claims it can't find my library now? What should I do?

Yosemite is an upgrade to a completely new OS and not an update of what you currently have.

I am trying to put songs onto my brand new iPhone. I have itunes version 10.6.3 and it says that I need 10.7 or earlier in order to sync the IPhone, so I found that download, attempted to download it, but now it says you need Mac OS X 10.6.8 or better. I'm running 10.5.8, can't find anywhere on the website an option to update my computer to 10.6.8, tried the software update option and it comes up saying my software is up to date. Correct. When you purchase devices, they would have stated the OS they needed to work, on the box. This can be overlooked, but it is very important to check when purchasing.
You current OS, is so old, that they technology build into the new devices, is not something your OS understands. It didn't exist when your OS was created, and therefore you need to upgrade the OS to work with the newer technology of these devices.

Itunes updated to 7.0.2 and I can load up my own CDs onto my ipod nano. I can buy new tunes on the internet and they load into my itunes library but the purchased tunes don't load onto my ipod - I keep getting a error message that my ipod software is out of date. I've tried uninstalling itunes but keep having the same problem. My ipod preferences page tells me I have software version 5.1 on the ipod. I can see the buttons for update/restore, but this whole section is grayed out and the buttons don't work. What can I do?

When you come back, try this.
Click on control panel/admin tools/computer management/disk management/right click on the iPod to re-assign the drive letter.
Choose something lower down the alphabet, say 'M' or something similar.
The iPod can be confused by any other storage devices assigned a similar drive letter even though they may not connected at the same time.
If the device manager is empty, see this: iPod not appearing in Windows device manager.
It's a long shot but worth a try.

I recently cleared and updated my ipod touch. Now when I download applications many of them will not install. A message appears saying they cannot be installed due to needing an upgraded operating system. When i check for updates it says my ipod has the most recent update. How do I get the 4.3 which is what most apps on itunes have as a requirement.

I'm guessing you've got iPod touch 2nd generation
iPod touch 2nd generation only goes up to 4.2.1, so you'll need a newer generation...
iPod touch 3rd generation only goes up to 5.1.1
4th and 5th generation both go up to iOS 6.1.3, wich is the current latest version.

Look in your Applications folder for the new version.
Remove the old icon from the Dock and drag down the new one for ease of use.

Adobe Application Manager says InDesign is up to date, but it's not installed?

I had a trial version of InDesign and Illustrator, and the application manager insists that both are up to date, so I cannot install them. However, neither of these programs are installed on my computer anymore. How can I fix this?

Did you run the uninstallers for InDesign and Illustrator? Just deleting or dragging the applications to the Trash will not remove them.
On Windows uninstall from the Control Panel. On Mac OS X uninstall from Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.
If you have uninstalled then run the Adobe Cleaner Tool which you can download from here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. Have it just cleanup InDesign and Illustrator.
