To my knowledge the apple ID you registered your new mac to received all the included apps. Try using that apple ID and see if it works.

This is happenning everytime I boot up my computer (win 7). If I click on any other windows during the "updates", the CC Application Manager disappears . Afterwards, if I try to open the Application Manager, nothing happens (it just won't open).
Earlier in the week I spent about an hour chatting with support because I couldn't download Apps at all. We went through the process of using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and I thought everything was fixed, now this.

I think I have it figured out (not 100% certain yet). I did follow the suggested route and was led to a solution: openning regedit and navigating to a file called inProgress, then deleting that file. The file wasn't there so it ended up being a dead end.
Last time I got the updates notification, I wrote down what programs needed updates. I decided to chance unistalling then reinstalling Prelude since it's a program I never use. I also uninstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Then I signed into Creative Cloud with IE, since this might be a Windows issue, and I downloaded Prelude which reintalled the Creative Desktop App. What resulted is that Prelude is now called Prelude CC, insted of CS6. Somehow I must have missed an really important update at some point. Upon launching the CC Deasktop App, Prelude is no longer one of the pending updates, also, all the pending updates are CS6.
I'm assuming that I just need to reinstall everything. I don't know for certain at this point because I don't have time to reinstall everything today, but hopefully this will be resolved after updating all my CS6 programs to CC. If not I will start a different topic or chat with support after I have a better idea.

Bought a new Mac Pro, purchased a Firewire to Thunderbolt adapter, then hooked up Epson Stylus Photo R2400 printer but the system preferences does not see the printer. Started, restarted, hit the " " to add a printer but no go.

When you switch from USB to FireWire, you have essentially installed a new (i.e., different) Printer.
In the Add-a-Printer dialog, delete[-] the existing Printer queue which is set up for USB. Then, with the Printer connected via FireWire, Add [+] a new Printer queue and it should set it up correctly this time.
To go back to USB, you would have to delete and re-add in a similar fashion later.

Get some apps from someone else, perhaps? You can check by doing a "Get Info" on your apps; that will show the account under which they were purchased.
Oh, and just to clarify so I'm not barking up the wrong tree, what exactly is iTunes saying? Is it showing the number in the icon indicating that there are five apps to be updated but showing the screen that says "No updates are currently available"? Or is it giving an error message somethign like "the item you requested is not available in the iTunes Store"?

Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

Try this:
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.

App Store shows update available but will not display the update or tell me that there are no updates...

There is a badge with the number 1 on my "App Store" icon, but when I go to see what needs to be updated, the App Store does not display the app that has an update nor does it say that there are no updates available. Basically the place that tells me these things, is completely blank. I have the word "Updates" at the top of the screen and I can see an icon on the bottom right corner area that has the cirlce with a down arrow and the word "Updates" with a badge with the number 1 in it.
The iPad 2 has 6.1.2 for the iOS. I have already closed the app out completely by closing the app in the multitasking section and then restarting it. This does not correct the issue. I have also restarted the iPad 2, however this did not correct the issue either.
If anyone has seen this and knows it is a glitch in the software, and that Apple is aware of it, please let me know. If anyone knows how to correct this, please let me know. Thanks.

You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

iCloud storage doesn't affect the available storage on your device. It's for backing up your device and syncing your data, so you can recover the data if needed.
You probably need to import photos/videos to your computer or another destination (like a photo kiosk & burn CDs), and then delete them from your device. Or, delete some unused apps from your device.

App Store icon shows updates available, but all apps up to date

Just bought Iphone 5c, second day, App store icon shows updates available, but PC, store and other Iphones show none. Tried resetting, updates to ios 8.02, synching, going through each app individually to see if there is an update, no luck.
Wnen I reset, the icon shows a badge with 7 updates available. I opened App Store, bottom right (update icon) showed the same. Tapped it, the update screen appears (as normal), and the 7 on the update icon disappeared, screen says UPDATES All apps are up to date. However, on the home screen, the App store badge still shows 7 updates.
Anyone else having the same prob? What is the fix?

Tried that, tries a soft reset, and a hard reset, no luck. Funny thing is, my other iphones and IPad work fine, its just the Iphone 5.

Sidebar show 19 App Updates Available, but cannot download

I have had my Ipod 16GB touch for 2 years. I recently downloaded some new apps and sync'ed my Ipod and went on vacation. Once on the plane, I noticed that none of my new Apps were on the Ipod and many of my old apps were gone from the Ipod. When I got back home, I went to sign in to Itunes, and my account had been deleted. I couldn't recover my password or anything as it said my user ID did not exist. I re-entered all the information, and I can now download new stuff, but in the sidebar, it says there are 19 updates available, but when I drill in, it says there are no updates available. When I click on "Cathy's Ipod" and go to the applications tab, there are many Apps not click for syncing, when I try to click them and re-sync, it briefly pops up that it is syncing the App, but does not complete, and when the total sync is complete, the box goes unchecked again. I am at a loss here. I am afraid to reformat the Ipod as I had to create my account again and afraid I will lose all my Apps I have paid for.

I DID do a password change a little while back, but I would not think that should create a problem.
That's most likely your problem, as apps are DRM protected & tied to the account that was originally used to purchase them for all updates or to re-download them should that need ever arise. Contact itunes support to straighten this out:

FIrst it showed 2 updates, but I kept getting a popup that it couldn't download the update. So I had to search in my list of books which books had updates. I just deleted all the books that had an update message. It kept showing 2 updates available, until I deleted every book I could find that had an update. But now it keeps showing a 1, and I can't find the corresponding book, and I keep getting a popup that it can't download it, even when ibooks is closed.

Paypal never sends messages like that. It sounds like a phishing attempt. Go ahead and delete the message, but report it to Paypal so that they can take investigate.
