Bonjour,
Je vous contacte concernant un problème décelé dans Adobe Reader,
lors de l'impression de documents PDF, l'impression se lance plusieurs fois alors que le nombre de copie est réglé à "1"
y a t il un paramètre auquel je n'ai pas pensé qui pourrait régler ce paramètre ?

Converting multiple WordPerfect 9 documents into 1 PDF

I'm new, hope it's the right place to post and get some insight.
Does anyone know that Adober Acrobat X Standard support WordPerfect 9 PDF conversion? We would like to convert multiple WP 9 documents into 1 PDF file. However, I did not see such option available from the selection list... that is when I try to convert/select multiple documents, the list does not give me the WordPerfect as the source file type... Any suggestion is welcome.

Corel's WP has not been and is not supported by Acrobat.
Back in the day Corel used an in-house routine to create PDF.
A few years ago a news release discussed Corel using a Nuance routine.
Current news release speaks to Corel's PDF Fusion.
So, yes PDF can created out of WP; just not with Acrobat.
To learn what PDF creation or post-processing features Corel has or does not have you'll want to visit Corel's web space.
If you want amped up PDF manipulation / post-processing you'll want to consider Acrobat Pro.

Unable to print multiple copies of documents on Win7 machine with Office 2010

Since upgrading to Windows 7, I have been unable to print multiple copies of documents in any MS Office 2007, 2010, Word Pad or Adobe Reader 9. I also experience the same problem if I print from Word Pad. The issue appears to be associated with the Collate Option in the Print Dialog box. If the Collate box is checked, I only get one copy of the document. If I uncheck the Collate box I get as many copies as I choose. The problem is that with the Collate box unchecked, I have to collate multiple copies by hand, and with 10 – 20 copies of multi-page documents that can be quite a chore.
The ironic thing is that MS Visio 2003, on the same machine, prints and collates as many copies as I choose, with the Collate box checked.
I can print multiple copies of Word 2003 documents from my wife’s Win XP machine to the same printer, but not from my Win 7 machine with Office 2010.
My printer is an HP LaserJet 1320nw and I have downloaded and installed the latest printer drivers from the HP Web site.
Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, are you aware of a solution other than unchecking the Collate box?

I have the same issues with my LJ1320. I have Office 2010 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. However, my printing problem is more widespread since I have been unsuccessful at printing multiple copies of all types of documents, not just from Office 2010. For example, I have the same problem trying to print multiple copies from Internet Explorer.
I also have other problems printing from Office 2010 that you may not have discovered yet. I cannot print Excel spreadsheet grid lines from Office 2010 if those documents were originally created in an earlier version of Office. I tried saving them as Office 2010 documents and also using compatibility mode but nothing worked. These same documents print fine on the same printer from my laptop which uses Windows Vista and Office 2007. Also Excel spreadsheets originated in Office 2010 print nicely.
Looks like HP has a few bugs in their printer drivers.
I note that HP released a new Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL5x64 on Feb 18, 2011 (Version 5.2.6). Have you tried it yet?

There are two ways... i think the Help offers one solution, else do a search on Google (that's how i figured it out).
Alternatively, there's a plugin you can buy called 'Multipage'... just do a search for it...

Multiple physical inventory document active for same material-storage locat

hi experts,
I am using transaction code MI31 for creating physical inventory document for all materials at a particular warehouse(storage location). User is selecting direct generation of of PI documents in the transaction. If by mistake he presses execute button more than once system is creating as many copies of physical inventory documents. As per ERP system logic it sound very wrong to have multiple physical inventory document active for same material-storage location ( no batches or special stocks exist ).
Is there a message number or some standard setting to prevent such occurrence.

Syetem won't create again physical inventory document, if allready PI is active for the same part number, plant, storage location & batch/valuation type.

how would i go about taking multiple files from documents and make them into 1 master file? I want to put all documents associated with this project together for easier access.

From the finder window, click File, click new folder, you can drag all documents into that Folder making it the master folder. You can ajso drag folders into the Master folder, and have them as sub-folders if you wish to do that. Either way they will all be in one master folder.

Referring multiple ECC Billing documents in a COmplaint

My client has a scenario where in it is required to refer multiple invoices (/billing documents) created in Ecc while creating a complaint in CRM. We have configured the settings properly and now it is possible in the current system to refer a single ECC billing document as reference while creating a complaint transactions
However, it is not possible to provide multiple invoices as reference during complaint creation. Is there any standard way to achieve this?

Problem with multiple versions of documents being published with 001, 002, etc.

I am using Contribute CS3. I am having a problem with multiple versions of documents being published on the sever with 001, 002, etc in the name. So that I end up with 2 or 3 versions of a document on the server. Does anyone know why / how Contribute is doing this? Thanks for any help you can give.

How can I split up a 248 sites document into multiple 8 sites documents?

Hi, i made an really big indesign document (248 sites, >300mb). The print guy now doesn't want that. He wants multiple 8 pages documents (yes open indesign documents - not pdf or something).
How can I do this without messing up my whole document?
I also have another question.. I once made a task in InCopy for testing purposes, but now i don't want it anymore. I deleted the folder where it was in, and now i keep getting an error at the start of the document that the task isn't there anymore. How can i complete delete this task out of Indesign, so that he doesn't even search for this task thing.

The correct answer is that you need to find a new printer, but you can use the Move Pages command in the Pages panel flyout menu to move pages in chunks of 8 into new files. Rename the A master page first to preserve it (identically named master pages and styles will be redefined to use the definitions in the receiving document), and move the pages "before" page 1 in the new file so they don't switch sides of the spread. Delete the blank page 9 after moving. You'll also need to set the start page number for each file (or you can let ID do that by combining them into a Book (.indb) afterwards.
This is going to destroy hyperlinks and cross-references, if you used them, the TOC or index if they need to be updated, and it's going to do bad things to threaded text across the document breaks.

Multiple Goods Issue documents for single delivery?

I am getting multiple goods issue documents for single delivery.
In a order there are 3 line items, and one delivery is created and 3 goods issue documents.
What is the probable reasons for this.
The requirement is for one order with n items there should be one delivery document and one goods issue document.
Inputs requested.

Since you havent put the issue in details, I have listed my guessses.
This may be happening due to mainly these three reasons. Please answer them and get back to me.
1) The three Good issue may be happeneing due to split delivery active for the item. If yes then correction should be in the Material master.
2) the availability check scheduled is set in that way. If yes please configure the availability and transfer of requirement.
3) Scheduling of the goods throught that particular shipping point. If yes then please conficgure the shipping tab in Logistic Execution.
Please let me know if the problem persists and award points if solved.

Are you sure? I believe the mail program only previews the first page for you, but sends the whole attachment. Try opening the attachment (e.g., select and hit spacebar for a preview of the whole thing, or by double-clicking it, or control-clicking then "Open...") You should see the whole document.

hello prgc37, you original problem was likely caused by a fault extension that you have installed. can you try to [[Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems|reset firefox]] and see if this can address the issue...
otherwise such connection issues are also often caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please remove all program rules for firefox from your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

Can we generate purchase requisitions under networrks, for external procurement, by assigning multiple purchase requisition document types in configuration? If answer is yes, how?

in config you can only assign one PR doc type to order category .. for having multiply doc type based on network type u can use the below exits ..

Any way to turn OFF that stupid saving of multiple copies of documents?!

I would love to know who thought it was a good idea to add this WITHOUT a way to turn it off!! So when you're in a text document (or any other kind of file that you can make changes in) you can go into the Time Machine icon on the status bar, select "Enter Time Machine" and there will be multiple versions of your document from various states auto saved so that you can go back to a previous version of your document for whatever reason. This can be a great thing, EXCEPT when you have no choice in that matter!
I DO NOT NEED a hundred copies of every single document I have on my computer because I happened to do a lot of tweeking to minor lines of text or make numerous very minor changes. And before anyone asks (because I am SO sick of answering this question twenty times a day) I DO NOT have a time machine hard drive OR Time Capsule connected to my computer in any way at all, (under normal usage. I do have a Time Machine hard drive I manually connect every few days to back up my computer, I just don't ALWAYS have it connected because it's a laptop) these multiple copies are being saved into my computer and taking up valuable hard drive space and there's no way to shut off this feature. I just called into Apple and the only thing they said was "Well it doesn't take up very much hard drive space" completely failing to see the point that I don't want it to take up ANY space because, again, I DON'T NEED A HUNDRED COPIES OF EVERY DOCUMENT IN MY COMPUTER!!!
Does anyone have any idea how to shut off this "feature" because it is utterly stupid. in System Settings -> General I checked "Ask to keep changes when closing documents" and I selected "None" in the "Show Recent Items for Documents, Apps and Servers" but it still saves multiple copies of my documents. Can anyone help me figure out how to shut this off and delete the multiple copies? Not all of us are hysterical computer users opening up random documents and slapping the keyboard with our open palms requiring the ability to go back to multiple pages of the same document, some of us actually KNOW how to open up something, make a change and save it. We don't need the computer to constantly save multiple copies of everything we do so there needs to be SOME way to shut this off. What about my final cut, Aperture, Motion and any other program that make files? Am I going to have a thousand copies of every single video I ever edit from this point on? (cause anyone who does video editing knows there will be MANY tweeks and changes to those) What about Pages, Numbers or Keynote? How much room on my hard drive is going to be wasted storing hundreds of copies of hundreds of documents every time I wanted to change a graph colour slightly, or add tax into a spreadsheet, or change a decimal point in a presentation? Adding this without a way to shut it off was the most ridiculous thing I've seen! Thanks to anyone that can help.

Actually, there are two mechanisms by which Mountain Lion does this, both of which are on by default (for laptops; only one of which is on by default for desktops).
You mention going into the Time Machine icon in the menubar? Good news - that one's easy to turn off.
To do so, you need to open Terminal.app (Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app) and copy/paste this line into the Terminal window:
sudo tmutil disablelocal
press 'return' on your keyboard and enter your Admin password. Note that the password does not echo to the screen, so type carefully.
The second mechanism is what Apple call 'Versions'. The bad news is you can't turn Versions off; the good news is it's only enabled on certain Apple apps like Preview, TextEdit, XCode, Pages, Numbers, Keynote etc. The only way to avoid Versions, therefore, is to use alternatives such as Skim (for Preview), Tincta (for TextEdit) and LibreOffice for Pages, Numbers, Keynote (alas, I don't know of an alternative for XCode).

Amount comes multiple times against document number

I have a query in my report that where the A/c Document numbers have the multiple line items, it goes in loop..means it print the value multiple times like: -

It is taking the 5500004345 value 5100, in the 5500004346 document number.(saw in debugging time)..
But when it have the single document number, it is showing the correct value...
