In production order checking the errors

Hi Experts,
In production order i have created two new tabs.
So if all the errors is rectified means while adding some errors while come"Product Number is missing" "dud date is missing"
so if all the condition satisfied means all errors is cleared then only the document will add
that time only i want to clear my matrix which created in new tab.
in which event i should add the matrix.clear()
what is the coding for that

Production Order Settlement with error

Dear Experts!
I am facing with problems like this:
Production A was created in 11.2010, then user posted materials costs into this order is 10USD, and the total input cost of this order is 10USD (no GR in this month).
In the end of 11.2010, when running T-Code KKAO and CO88 for this production, the system posted accounting document such as
Dr. WIP: 10 USD (BS acc.)
     Cr. WIP Inventory Change: 10 USD (P&L acc.)
In the end of 12.2010, user run KKS1 and CO88, the system posted for both postings in 1 accounting document such as
Dr. Production Variance: 10 USD
    Cr. Production Output: 10 USD
Dr. WIP inventory change: 10 USD
    Cr. WIP: 10 USD
And for my question, how could the system post like above while there have no GR postings in 11 & 12.2010, i also double checked in the system and I not found any postings of GR for this order.
I also tested in DEV system, in the 12.2010 I posted GR and then reversed this GR in 12.2010, I changed the status for this order in TECO and then run settlement for one production order, but the system does not allow post accounting document in KO88 ( the system got Runtime Error SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC).
Please help me to find out the reason for above error and why user could post variance settlement in 12.2010.
I would be very appreciated for any suggestions!

In the period 01.2011, user changed the target quantity of this order from 10 PAA to 20 PAA after they ran settlement for period 12. Postings in period 12 as follow:
Dr. Production Variance: 10 USD
        Cr. Production Output: 10 USD
Dr. WIP inventory change: 10 USD
       Cr. WIP: 10 USD
At the end of period 01.2011, this order has status REL, when they run KO88, the system shows this message "Status DLV/TECO was reversed after settlement of period 012 2010". They try to reverse the settlement posting (posting in 12.2010) from T-Code KO88, but they received this message from the system:
Invalid posting period (please check your entry) Message no. CK122
Then I search in the forum with solution to apply SAP Note 1135678. But it still not working when I try to reverse the settlement postings by KO88.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Costing the production order for the configured material

We are trying to cost the production order for a configurable item. But the system is not calculating any cost in the production order. Sales order related to this configurable material is costed. What additional setting I need to cost the production order for the configured material ?

If your SO is costed, thats enough from a System's perspective... Planned cost will be the sales order cost estimate because SO saves the Chars required for the Configurable material
Planned cost in Prod order depends on the Costing variant you have assigned in the order type... Check the error log if there is any error in cost calculation in prod order

Can not delete a Production Order is the Sales order item is rejected?

Also did you try by choosing Function in the menu (CO02 transaction) & try to set deletion flag or Technically complete?
If so did you get any error message ?

I am trying to create a Import Adaptive Webservice Model. I am using the WSDL:

I am getting the below error when I choose WSDL source as UDDI or file (I am not using any logical destination)
"Error in loading the WSDL file. Check the error log for more details."
Where can i see the error log? And what is the solution to fix this?
I am able to create the model if i save the wsdl locally on my machine and choose Local File System or File as the WSDL source. But at runtime this fails as the application tries to read the WSDL for metadata info and it looks into the application server for this file.
I also tried creating the old webservice model. And it is able to create the model. But I feel I need to use the new model as this one is deprecated.

please try this may it would help you out, try to create a model for you Web Service using Web Service Model (DEPRECATED)

Production Order in the Past

Hello everyone!
Good day! Im new in PP module. I am creating a production order where the production target is last week (Sep 20, 2009) but the system does not allow production orders in the past. Instead, the scheduling finish date is automatically saving on Sep 25, 2009 (i am using a Backwards scheduling). Is there any configuration guide in which i can allow certain number of days for the production order in the past? Thank you.

You can changes the settings in OPU3 and also you can do it in CO03.
If you want to restrict the user for backward scheduling except for some cases then you can do this in CO03 other wise it is better to do it in OPU3 transaction. Both cases you need to enter max days for back dated scheduling.
For doing it is CO03 follow the pat from order header data screen.
Menu...
Order>>settings->scheduling parameters.

Two production orders at the header level one for one single requirement

Hi Gurus, Please provide me your valuable suggestion on the issue.
*Client wants to have a only two production orders at the header level one for one single requirement .*
1) Manufacturing Order u2013 In this order for Finsihed prodcut system should pick all the assemblies whcih are manufactured inside i.e depending on the material type.\
2) Assembly order u2013 In this order system should pick all the assemblies whicih need to be assembled also procured or subcontracted items in this order against depending on the material type.
It means for Sales order of 5 EA there is going to be only 2 order ( MFG & assy order).
For Example.
L45-7000 is the header material now client wants only two production orders one Manufacture order and anothe Assmebly order , thet dont want to use Phantom assembly concept and also multiple production orders for SFG.
Please confirm if this requirement can be mapped in SAP ?

Hi Shishir,
As soon as each order is related to only one material, if your manufactured (or purchased) assemblies are of different materials, you will have a separate order for each material rather than a single order for all manufactured assemblies. I don't thing all your assemblies are of the same material - thus I would say no, it is not possible to map your requirement.

Unexpected Failure:Error Initialising Loader. Please check the error log".

I am using Iplanet Enterprise Web Server 4.1 on Solaris 7. I am trying to create a collection to index a few files.I am getting the following error whenever i try to do so.."Unexpected Failure:Error Initialising Loader. Please check the error log". I can't see the Loader error log as this file is not being created.
I also had same error show up for reindexing an exisiting collection.
Any idea what might be wrong in my configuration ?

This appears to be a permissions problem. I do not know exactly what, but if you set the plugins/search directory and everything in it to world-writeable then the error goes away.
e.g.
chmod -R 777 /opt/netscape/server4/plugins/search

How to check the error log in sharepoint 2013 online (office 365)

I'm working with sharepoint online instance. I'm developing a sharepoint app using Napa 365 but its giving me some error with the correlation ID. Where i have to check the error log to get the actual error description?

Closing a production order in the previous financial period.

I am hoping somebody can help me with a Production order question. We have recently upgraded to SBO 2005a SP18, I know, just catching up
we have an issue when closing Production Orders at the end of the financial period. Assume that the period end is on the Sunday (end of period 2), The production from the Friday does not get booked into the system until the Monday morning (next period, period 3).
We can adjust the date of the production receipts and bookings on the Monday morning to show as a posting date of the Friday (period 2) but when we close the production order the there seems to be no way of closing it in the previous period (period 2), the transactions get posted in the current period.
We have played with the changing the periods but our testing so far has been without success.

Using standard SAP when we create a standard Prod order, say for 100 units. The status is defaulted to planned. we then change the status to released. once released we have an addon that we use to book production.
The addon uses the production receipt and issue as well as other stock positngs all against the production order. At any point in time we can see how many units have been completed and what componenents have been issued against an order.
once the order is complete we change the staus manually from released to closed. this process then generated a whole bag of journal entries. It is these journal entries I need in the previous period if I am in to the new period.
Our SAP parteners say that the only way to do this with the addon is to reverse all of the journals created when closing the Prod order and re-create them in previous period but this would be a significant cost to us.

Creating production order it gives error

I am using PP01 order type for production order we have two plant and i hAve maintained NUMBER RANGE in CO82 and also in OPJH. but when i create production order in CO01order type PP01 for one plant 1000 it gives ERROR - number range not defined same i am creating for another plant 1020 it create order production order.
Please guide me where i mainatined number range of production order for indiviual plant

Check your order type has been assigned to plant and also validate the number ranges as well.

I could convert planned order to Production order (Using transaction MD04).
While trying to release the order, and saving the change, I am getting a runtime error.
Surprisingly, same exercise was performed with no errors by previous batch.
The details of the error are as follows:
What happened?
The exception 'CX_SLD_API_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere
along the call hierarchy.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

Production Orders - Setting the Deletion Flag

Our company is at a point where we need to begin setting the deletion flag on old production orders so that our settlement process does not time out. I have read countless posts on the subject but I am still lost on how to proceed.
We do not currently archive any data (future project but not in the immediate future), so I am left wondering:
If I execute PPARCHP1 directly and only set the deletion flag, will I be able to make use of the archiving process at a later date without problems?

Hi,
Yes you can proceed to use PPARCHP1 to set deletion flag for the production orders. Normally all order types will have a residence time of 1 month, which means you have the option to revoke the deletion flag during that one month.
So for your need, you can run the report & set deletion flag, check the residence time for the order type in OPJH, if it says 1 month, then after 1 month you can run the same report & set the deletion indicator.
Then based on the time specified in residence time 2 you can proceed with the archival process after the completion of that time.

1. check that the material is assembly or production related. if yes then the account determination setting for KOFK condition type should be there.
2. see that the customer and material account assignment groups in the billing document created. if it is missing then we need to add.
3. please check the process say if i want to create a credit memo , i have document type zcr, where u have created with some CR .
