In the USOBT table Field 'Low' is fetching wrong data

Hi All,
I am generating a report for the basis, in that am fetching data from USOBT table there is a field 'Low' . Its not fetchng correct data for the field values like WERKS, VTWEG etc. actaully the values r populating like $WERKS,$VKORG ..... in the database table also the same values r appearing . i Have checked even f1 help in the transaction there it is coming with values .in the F1 help its showing only dataelment WERKS_D.
PLease tell me how can i retreive its actaul Value .Is there any other table i need to search????

Problem Resolved by using the table USR12.
Its capturing the org values.

Hi Satya,
These are the steps you've to do.
1. Enable the change document flag in the data element level for the fields of the tables you want to monitor.
2. Go to transaction SCDO. Create a new change object, and add your table to this object. After generation, you'll get a function module.
3. Call this function module in the table maintainence generator screen, after the data is saved to the database table. This function module automaticallly writes the changes, with the old and new values, and the fields that were changed to the tables CDHDR and CDPOS.
4. You can keep track of the changes made to the table by monitoring these tables.

How to know the corresponding Table-fields in R/3 for fields in BW

Hi,
We need to enhance the extractor for 0CUSTOMER_ATTR. We have added some new attributes in 0CUSTOMER in BW and we want to know the corresponding Table-Fields in R/3 from where we can populate the values.
The list of fields in BW is as follws. All are 0CUSTOMER attributes.
I am searching on the internet. If you know any link/place where I can find the corresponding fields, please let me know.

If the source fields in R/3 are standard, you should be able to find the mapping in the help documentation. If its extension field, then you got to see which extractor (based on the base table extension) suits the best and extend it accordingly else create a new generic extractor.

can we track the changes made to the custom table field values. if yes..plz specify how it can be done.
Example: if i changed the value of field 'NAME' of table 'YYHCUSTOMER'. i would like to know the old value and the new value of the field. For this, I set the flag 'LOG DATA CHANGES' in the technical settings of the table 'YYHCUSTOMER'.

Power Pivot Slicer options not showing in the Pivot Table Field list

Excel 2013. In all the tutorials I watch when you create a Pivot Table using Power Pivot there are Slicer options in the
Pivot Table Fields list. Slicer Horizontal, Slicer Vertical These do not show for me. I see Filters, Value, Row, Column only. Is there a setting I need to turn on? When I click on PowerPivot
at the top, the first icon on the bar is Manage Data model, not Powerpivot as I have seen on some of the youtube tutorials. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for trying but it's not what I am after. I understand how to use Slicers with pivot tables. My question relates to Pivot Tables created using PowerPivot. Directly under the Pivot Fields list on the right is a section where
you choose what you want to pivot i.e Filters, Values, Rows, Columns. These are standard with any pivot table. When I watch videos on PowerPivot there are 2 additional options in the section. Slicer Vertical, Slicers Horizontal.
The video comments they only show in when creating a pivot table using PowerPivot. These 2 options are not there for me. I don't know why. It maybe the version of office I am using which is Microsoft Office Plus 2013. I'd like them
included. Appreciate you taking the time to help.

DD02T Table contains the SAP Table Texts.
DD01L Table contains the Domains
DD01T Table contains the Domain Texts.
DD03L Table contains the Table Fields.
DD03T Table contains the Table Field Texts. (Language Dependent)
DD04L Table contains the Data Elements.
DD04T Table contains the Data Element Texts.
DD05s Table contains the Foreign Key Fields

For ur question use table DD03L or DD03T.

Totals for the internal table field in alv

Hi Gurus,
I have an issue in displaying the totals in alv.
I have an internal table with the three fields like below.
scrap_code_001 like afru-xmnga, " Scrap Reason Qty.
scrap_code_002 like afru-xmnga, " Scrap Reason Qty.
scrap_code_003 like afru-xmnga, " Scrap Reason Qty.
In the output table which i am passing to the fieldcatlog is having the three above fields with values 10,3,4 respectively.
I am looping at the internal table

Please check if value fields i_fieldcat-ref_fieldname and i_fieldcat-ref_tabname regard to numc or curr type.
EX: i_fieldcat-ref_fieldname = 'WRBTR'
I_fieldcat-ref_tabname = 'BSEG'.

Conversion of a string output and store them into the internal table fields

Hi,
I'm writing a program in which I'm populating the values generated in TCODE- 'AL11' I'm able to retrieve the data in string format but I've to break the string and put the values in an internal table. The internal table has fields of various lengths and no specific position where I can use a delimiter and use the Split command.
Kindly provide me suggestions how I can break the string and assign the values in the fields of the internal table.

My problem is that first table control data is getting loaded in the table fields BANKS, BANKL, BANKN, KOINH, BKONT . But next screen ('SAPLBANK' '0100' 'X'.) is not getting called and BANKA data is not getting filled..

As per the recording, first BANKS, BANKL, BANKN, KOINH, BKONT table control data should be filled and next screen should be called and then BANKA data should be filled and again cursor should come back to screen ('SAPMF02K' '0130' 'X'.).

I think you'd insert/add a new column adjacent the one you want to convert, let's say you want to convert the responses in column "J" so you insert a colulmn to the right "K", in cell "K1" you'd put "=UPPER(J1)" and when you hit "Enter" column K would be populated with the data from the cells in column J in all caps. You could then hide column J to keep the form cleaner and all new responses would be reflected in all caps in the new column K.

How to Make the Name 1 field in cost center master data as compulsory

We have requirement from the client to make the Name 1 field in the adress tab of the cost center master data as a compulsory field when the cost center master data is accessed through KS01, KS02 T code.
There is also existing cost center master data in SAP system for which NAME 1 field is blank. How the issue of the existing master data can be dealt if there are no data NAME 1 field in the existing cost center master data.

Blank field getting converted into wrong date

Dear All,
I have one date field in SAP table in which there are some entries and some blank entries.
when Proxy is sending this data from ECC blank entries are converted into 00000000 and through XI in file
this
00000000 entry for date getting converted into wrong date like 30.11.0002 in file.
I have taken data type as string do I need to take data type as date.
My doubt is if there is no entry in table why it is convertng to 00000000 and after passing from XI why it is converting into
30.11.0002 .

Can we Sum the Values in the Qualified table Fields??

Hi All,
I have a requirement where..Each material has multiple UOM's, So designed it as Qualified Table.
UOM is a Qualified table.
UOM Type is NON Qualifier.
Weight Qualifier - Integer field
Length Qualifier - Integer Field
Now in main table there is a field called Net Weight.
I need to write a validation which checks Whether Sum of ''Weight'' in Qualfied table is Equal to ''Net Weight'' for that record.
So if there are 5 UOM for 1 material, then the validation should check whetehr the Sum of all 5 Weights in QT is equal to ''Net Weight'' Field in Main table!!!
Did anyone faced a similar issue, If yes How did you solve it!!

Net Weight = SUM(UOM.Weight)
Here SUM is the standard function thats u need to select from list of functions.

Disable Table field cells based on Row Data

Hi,
Need to disable cells of a simple table based on a row level value. For example: if the column6 value for 3rd row is 'A' disable column2 for the 3rd row (No User entry can be made). This behaviour would be same for all rows having column6 as 'A'.

Please check the Switcher Bean. You need to associate an attribute to the Switcher. It would have multiple cases (items under them). Based on the value of the Switcher attribute appropriate Case is selected.
In your VO you can write a decode logic to set the value of Switcher attribute based on the conditions. The selected case can have disabled items and hence you can get the behaviour of your choice.
