Indonesia - ODN VAT/Tax invoice -Special requirement.

Appreicate your help and advice to handle this requirement.
We have implemented the indonsian ODN functionality for issuing ( Domestic -Tax invoices -VAT serial no ).
Currently it works as below when an invoice cancellation process takes place.
for ex:
VF01- Invoice creation - 915069944 - VAT /ODN # -> 0109001455609098
VF11-Invoice cancellation-940003647 - VAT /ODN #-> 0109001455609098 ( cancellation will not consume new ODN - will be same as original invoice).
VF01 - Invoice creation - 915069945 - VAT/ODN # -> 0109001455609099 ( Revision invoice).
The problem is when a revision invoice is created, then ODN number is consuming a new ODN # for a revision invoice (55609099).
The requirement is when a revision invoice is created, we would need the same ( original ) ODN number (55609098) to be consumed and not to consume new ODN (55609099). Additionally, we also need to notify that this is a revision invoice by changing the ( STATUS CODE) to 1 from 0.
That is for the (Revision) invoice 915069945 - the expected VAT/ODN no should be assigned as - 0119001455609098.
I was checking over several notes 1033737 / 1578519 /1856053/1839112. This one 1033737 says that we may not be able to change the status code at all from 0 to 1 .
Two things:
1. How could we stop system consuming a new # (ODN) ,when a revision invoice ->( further to cancellation invoice) is created.
2. If option # 1 is possible, then how could we change the status code from 0 to 1.
Is there a standard functionality in which we could acheive this by any chance, since i couldnt find more details on this topic any where.
Else, Will it be feasible if going for an enahcement for acheiving this without disturbing any of the other ODN's. ex(Italy).
How best we could handle if we go for enhacement. We are using same SD (Invoice) and FI(Accouting) numbers as same sequence no's.

I am not sure why you have used Invoice no. as tax Invoice no. (faktur No.)
SAP has given standard configuration to generate faktur no. for each invoice. Separate number range has to be maintained for the same.
Tax Invoice number is populated in the Reference field of Invoice and same is copied in Accounting document.
For changes of status code on the basis of Customer tax classification we have implemented customer exit where we change the first two digits appropriately based on Customer tax classification.

technically i do not think tht can be done. but even from functional part its incorrect in the sense tht the values on which tax is calculated in purchase may be very different from tht in sales. so we may never get the correct picture.

Multipe number range for indonesia tax invoice no.
Hi All,
I have one question to confirm with you all:
Our indonesia office need to print out tax invoice when billing document is created.
The format is TTS.BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN , and only TTS is fixed, the other 13 digits changes.
And we can only get one number range from tax office for almost one month's usage, which means we can not maintain the number range for one whole year in one time.
Question 1: How to maintain mulitple of number ranges for one year:
I'm thinking if we can maintain different number in table "V_OFF_NUM_ID"
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 900 ID0114 01
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 901 ID0114 03
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 902 ID0114 04
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 903 ID0114 05
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 904 ID0114 06
But the "code 2" is same sometimes, so I have to do so
2014/01/01 – 2014/12/31 900 ID0114 01

But if so, I don't know when the billing date is after 2014/03/28, and the number "03" is not used up, system will pick number range of 04 or 03?

The SAP standard use new tax invoice no.
How to realize it?

However, from 04/2014, the requirement changes
TTS.BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN
Before: Only NNNNNNNN changes and SAP suggest using one number range
Now: BBB-YY.NNNNNNNN changes, and there are quite a few number range per each year.
Can not get one number range for one whole year.
Therefore, I raised my question as above. However, I think I have answer to my question, just I'm looking for one more perfect solution if there is:

Hello, I am working to configure NL VAT tax for the Netherlands. I have applied the EBTax Configuration Library and completed additional required setups. For Payables, the standard tax rate is being applied to each invoice upon creation. Per business requirements, the tax rate is situational or should be optional, (sometimes Reduced rate, or Exempt rate applies or both). Looking to eliminate default tax rate, having all available for a single transaction. I need a more manual entry approach, providing the user the ability to apply taxes as they are applicable. If anyone is working toward similiar goal input would be appreciated.

Indonesia Tax invoice ID_TAX_INVOICE print in Indonesia language

My requirement is I need to print the Indonesia tax invoice in Indonesia language. In the smartform ID_TAX_INVOICE the backgraound graphics is used and the GRAPHIC is ID_TAX_INVOICE(se78). When I download that one I have checked this graphic is in English language. So I am not able to print it in Indonesian language.
But the down load graphics says that"The original tax Invoice is in Indonesia.This is a translation version only". So tell me where and how can find the transalation version of ID_TAX_INVOICE graphic.

Please try changing the language in smartform into your req language (i.e ID Indonesia ).
smart form form attributes -> Language attributes -> in translate tab -> into selected language and select Indonesia , and activate the form and check it.
Please make sure that Indonesia language is installed.

VAT Tax determination- question about "Requirement" for Table-Is mandatory?
Hi everybody,
I am having problems to determine the appropriate VAT tax percent in some cases in Mexico.
In Mexico for billing at the border with other countries the VAT tax percent is 11% and for billing inside the country the VAT tax percent is 16%. For determine the VAT tax percent the sequence access is MWST and is assigned to the condition type MWST. For cover the border cases we create a table 989 with the fields: Distribution Channel/Plant and VK11 is fill out with this information. With these parameters is possible to determine successfully the VAT percent of 11% at border sales point.
The problem that I have is related to the u201Crequirementu201D assigned to the table 989: Distribution Channel/Plant. This table has assigned a standard requirement number 7- Domestic Business and when billing to a customer with address of MX (Mexico) as LAND1 at general data section of customer master data, the VAT tax percent of 11% is obtained successfully, because all the fields of the table are filled. But when billing to a customer with address of US ( United States of America) as LAND1 at general data section of customer master data, is not possible to obtain the correct VAT tax percent of 11% even all the fields of the table are filled.
I do not know if the problem is the requirement number 7- Domestic Business, but if I change for the requirement 8- Export Business then the opposite is occurring. For US customers the VAT tax percent is determinate successfully and for MX customers not, because the fields of the u201Crequirement u201Care not filled.
So, I am wondering if:
1. Would be necessary to create a new requirement for combine the 7- Domestic Business and 8- Export Business requirements or exist one like this? I do not need to conditioning anything
2. What happen if I left in blank the requirement field, I mean if I do not assign anything. I was doing testing for both customers and the VAT tax percent was determined correctly. But I do not know if is correct do not assign a u201Crequirementu201D to the table of the sequence of access MWST.
Thank you in advance for your help!OK I think I understand but here is where I am at now. I originally created a regulation that requires a license when shipping to certain countries out of the EU. I set the regulation as an Export reg did all the necessary config and was able to assign licenses automatically where needed.
Has I was testing the solution I could not find sales docs or deliveries for some of the materials and finally found out they are being moved on NB PO's.
So I changed the reg to include imports etc., classified with import control class etc. but I am seeing a couple things that don't make sense and tells me my config isn't quite right.
I finally do see that the system at least recognizes the new legal reg in the screening now. before this it had not. But it is still telling me it can't find any relevant country.
The other thing the document itself only shows under Display Existing Export Documents even though in the log it says it's an import document and when I go to the Import log there is no data.
Before I realized there was a note to change the Import to export on transfer I assigned the PO types to export orders and I am thinking that's why they are showing in the export list but I woul have tought that it would say it's an export doc which it doesn't.
Any ideas? -

as i know, the main thing you should consider is, that starting from R12 you will
be able to import invoices only through the Payables Open Interface.
basically, Invoice Import is used by OA to create invoice (from expense reports or from Oracle Projects). for standard invoice import, i've ever used Payables Open Interface.

I am trying to generate tax invoice output for the billing document at that time system is generating the following error message " Enter tax rate for position 000010 document 6111000019".Actually I have maintained the Tax condition records correctly and it's showed in billing document.Please let me know any one have idea on this why its throwing the error message and stoping me to generate the VAT invoice output.

Tax invoice not show in assignment field of billing doc & ref doc of FI doc

Does anyone know how to able to display Tax invoice numbering at the assignment field of Billing doc and reference doc header field in FI doc generated by posting billing doc. Also post through POS IDoc?
I have change SD config to correct the existing non vat billing to be able to record vat billing. The result seem ok when I enter regular billing, system generate FI doc with Psk01 customer, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax. This shows Tax invoice number at reference doc header and assignment field at output tax line item. Assignment field of billing doc is also display.
But when entering to billing with a dummy article (same meaning as material master) that was set up to GL acc, I found that the FI doc after posting billing show a billing doc number instead of Tax invoice number at reference doc header field. This result is same when post thru POS IDoc as well. (FI doc is Psk40 Cash on hand, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax)
Out put tax acc has sort key as 009 - external doc number

Project delivery not able to punch tax invoice

we are running on project scenario.
we deliver the material against project through tcode : CNS0, that time document type is LP.
when we go for tax invoice through VF01 system shows error. that no document type assign to LP docement type.Hi
Check in transaction 0VLK for your doc. type LP, whether default order type is assigned there or not. If it is blank, maintain DL there. Order Required field should be filled with P.
Check and revert.

Printing Tax invoice billing address on last pg only
Hi Guys
Still I have some minor problem printing on the backside, my requirement is
I have a tax invoice for which management want to print the billing address .
This billing address should also display on the invoice as well as print on backside of last page.
1. If there are 10 pages invoice the billing address should print on backside of 10 page
and not on all.
2. If there is 1 pages invoice the billing address should print on backside of 1 page only.
I was having 2 pages in my smartform and now I have added back pg with info billing address
window and text.
I did the following setup as below
1. first - Print mode is D AND OUTPUT FIRST -> BACK .
2. back - next with print mode D and BACK -> NEXT.
3. Next - next with print mode notheing and NEXT -> NEXT
Out of 4 pages it is showing 1/5 and the billing address is printing on backside of third page but
not on the back side of last page and if it is page 1 or 2 it is not priting on the backside of last page.
could any one help me please

Thanks for your answers, I have done but what is happening , In smartforms under Pages and Windows I have created FIRST AND NEXT Page and under First page there are so many windows and out of which one info is having BILL TO PARTY window .This is a billing address which has to be display on each page of invoice along with the details and subtotals that is fine no problem . but they need only bill to party to print on Last page of the Invoice and rest pages should print as it is on each page so that when they fold it the posting address can be seen on the last page .
so when I the last page is printed wheather it is 7 or 17 page , the billilng address should print at the last page example , it can be more also eg if it is 17 page on 17 page at the back side I want to print the billing address not on all pages

NEXT
LAST -> I try to add window in this last column but it is ignoring while printing..

China - Custom Tax, VAT Tax Handling

I have the problem of Import custom tax and VAT tax for puchasing.
It is Domestic Sales scenario. Need to purchase material from oversea vendor.
Oversea vendor sell mateiral to China company RMB 100 per PC.
Mainland company needs to pay custom for custom tax 20% and the custom tax is non-deductible. Custom tax is 100*(20%) = RMB 20.
Then, Mainland company needs to pay China government VAT tax(17%),
VAT tax is 100(1+custom tax)(VAT tax)-100 = 100(1.2)(1.17) - 100 = 40.4
So, VAT tax amount = Material price * custom tax * VAT tax
In PO, I use ZOA1 custom condition type to input Cutom tax amount for Custom tax and input Tax code for VAT tax.
When good receipt, RMB 120 post to Material stock account. RMB 100 post to GR/IR. RMB20 post to custom account
It still be fine.
When do LIV, RMB 100 clear GR/IR. RMB 17 post to VAT tax account becasue it use RMB 100 as base amount to calculate VAT tax. RMB117 post to AP vendor account.
Actually, mainland company only pays RMB100 to oversea vendor and the Tax amount should be include Custom amount. Corrrect VAT tax amount is 100(1.2)(1.17) - 100 = 40.4 (use RMB120 as base amount to calculate VAT tax), but not only RMB 17 . But, in LIV payment to vendor now is RMB120. It is not fulfill the requirement of mainland company.
Do anyone have experience about China Import purchasing material. And, would share how to settle the payment of vendor and how to make use (Material price + Custom tax amount) as base amount to calculate VAT tax amount?

The reason for asking a seperate invoice for service tax may be because the client wants to utilize the service tax.
Other wise there is no need to create separate invoice for service tax. Invoice can be created from VF01 with service tax condition type included in the pricing procedure.

Korea Tax Invoice - Urgent !!!
Dear Experts,
In Korea, we have a standard SAP transaction RFKRREP to reprint/cancel tax invoices. Is there any we can display the following:
a) How to display the cancelled tax invoices (any t.code/ table/report transaction)
b) Who has cancelled the tax invoices?
c) what all SD billing documents are included in the cancelled tax invoices?
People who might have worked on Korea Tax invoice issues, please respond as this is very urgent.

Use
If you cancel a tax invoice, the program deletes the tax invoice number from all of the commercial invoices covered by the tax invoice.
Once you have canceled a tax invoice, the R/3 System does not reuse the tax invoice number. So I donot think it will be possible to see the list of cancelled invoices.
However as a workaround you may try the Tcode RFKRSUM and select the exempt VAT invoice radio button.

Defining CST Tax, Vat Tax
Hi all,
I am defined CST Tax, Vat Tax in SD-Log-Taxes.( Cust Tax Classification, Mat Tax Classification). Accouting point of view i want to show the entry to my client. i have taken key combination Cust, Reg Del Plant, State, Tax Clas Cust, Tax Clas Material. how i can proceed further in the same time FI people integration also required. pls help me complete picture in this regard.
from FI , SD point of view (The result is how the accounting entries should happend regarding Taxes)

For Tax Procedure follow following path,
SPROFinancial AccountingFinancial accounting global setting Tax on Sale and Purchagecheck Calculation Procedure
(click)--Define procedure(Double click) and select your Tax Procedure and add these two condition as we did it in Pricing procedure also create and assign Account Key.
Then use Tcode: FTXP -- press enter-- put IN in country field-- name Tax code in TWO Digit-- enter and fill the detail in appear
boxgive the percentage against Condition type as desiredclick on TAX ACCOUNT ans assign the relevent G.L. Account.
