Install and Start OC4J

Question

I unzipped the oc4j.jar under d:\jdeveloper\j2ee\home. So under the prompt (d:\jdeveloper\j2ee\home),
For installation, I typed:
start java -jar oc4j.jar -install
It never asked me for a password or somthing like that.
So I tried the: java -jar oc4j.jar -install
My NT4.0 does not accept the option (-jar).
Then I tested the starting of OC4j by tying:
start java -jar oc4j.jar
or
java -jar oc4j.jar (NT4.0 did not accept this way)
And finally I tested using the web
http://<Here is my machine's hostname>:8888/soap/servlet/soaprouter
It says page not found.
For correctly installation and starting of the oc4j, what should I do?

First of all, thanks to respond to my question.
Yes, I am using Jdeveloper 9i. But when I tried to create an Application Server (under the Connections)of the System Navigator, I always failed the testing.
1)For the Authentication Page:
What should be the user name and password?
(I tried admin)
2)For the Connection Page
URL ormi://167.167.189.49/ (This is my local machine)
Target Web Site : http-web-site (This is the default)
3)Local Directory where ...: D:\jdeveloper\j2ee\home (This is where my jdeveloper installed)
I never pass the TEST successfully.
What is the right way to do it?
