Install creative suite 4 onto "D" drive?

I want to install cs4 onto my "d" drive as i do not have the space on "C" drive how can this be done?

You need to uninstall each and every bit first. Naturally, consecutive installs will merely update existing stuff and be locked into the existing file paths. If nothing is on the system, you can choose a path on the page where you select the app components (near the bottom).

Installing creative suite 5 without disk drive

Hi - I need to install Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium on a new computer with no disk drive.
I have the installation discs (and serial number)
This is the site you're directed to in order to download the software online (with your serial number).
The site let me download "DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg" to my desktop.
When I click on the .dmg file, I get this message: The following disk images couldn't be opened, Reason: image not recognized.
(I also keep finding advice to download a free trial of CS5 and then use my serial # to convert to full ownership. But any link that says 'download' CS5' takes you through a maze that always lands you on info about CS6.)
Help?

i assume you have a mac.
if so, your dmg file is probably incomplete/corrupted. check its file size against the listed file size.

Install creative suite 4 "Install Fails"

I am trying to install Creative Suite 4 onto my "D" drive, analizing sytem works ok and I select the programs i want installed.
Photshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver plus essential programs required,but after 10% the install program reports that it cannot install the items i requested?
Any suggestions guys?

Installing Creative Suite 6 on a second computer despite not having a disc drive

Hello,
I was wondering if I would be able to install Creative Suite 6 on a second computer despite only having the disc and not having a disc drive. To elaborate, I purchased Creative Suite 6 with the disc to utilize with my iMac this past year. It worked correctly, as expected, since I have the capable disc drive. Now, the problem arises as I'm looking to purchase a MacBook Pro to take my designs mobile, but the MacBook Pro's no longer come equipped with CD/DVD drives. So my question is: is there a way I would be able to utilize my serial number or something of the sort to download my Creative Suite 6 onto my second computer, the MacBook Pro? Any help is greatly appreciated.

make sure you're using the adobe cleaner, not crap cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
copy the installation files to a desktop folder and install from there.

Install problem when installing Creative Suite 6 Master collection?

Has anybody had this problem when installing Creative suite 6 Master Collection? It says: The product you are trying to install in not an Adobe Genuine Software and appears to be counterfeit. I have received the product directly from Adobe. It will validate it then start to install then stop and give me the above error. Help.

If you are still experiencing difficulties please try copying the install files from the DVD to your desktop and try installing from there. The error still indicates that the installation files have become compromised. If you are installing from the DVD this could indicate either a problem with the media or your optical drive.

Problems installing Creative Suite CS4?

I had to have a new hard drive fitted on my intel iMac. When I tried to install Creative Suite Design Premium CS4 I had the usual problem of the installer hanging up at 90%.
I have spent several hours with Adobe Support trying to resolve the problem. Even they do not seem to be able to find a solution? At the moment I have a clean instillation of Snow Leopard 10.6.I have not downloaded any updates or installed any other programmes and am still the same problem.
Does any one have a solution?

I did a re-format of my hard drive and went to install Creative suite cs4 gets to disk 2 out of the 5 and will not accept the others it keeps asking for disk 2 to be put into dvd drive. How do I get Creative suite installed? Help please. Of the two disks that installed After Effects is working with some of the other apps. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc did not. I checked the disk and it looks good no scratches. Help appreciated. I have run Adobes clean app and the air Adobe Support Advisor.

You cannot install CS5.5 Windows onto your Mac.
You must either purchase a new copy of CS6 for your Mac or join the Creative Cloud (and pay the monthly fee).
If you join the Cloud you can then install CS6 (and soon version CC) on both your Mac and Windows for the same membership fee.

How do I re-install Creative Suites?

I had to wipe the hard drive and need to re-install Creative Suites Premium. When I enter the serial number, I get a message that says the page is no longer available. I chatted with someone from Adobe who said that the progam is no longer supported and he referred me here. Please help.

Install Creative Suite CS4 on iMac 1.25GHz PowerPC G4 from DVD

Hi everybody,
I am trying to get my old iMac up and running again and I would like to install Creative Suite CS4 from the DVDs I have got.
The problem is that the computers DVD-drive doesn't recognize DVDs anymore (it's an iMac 1.25GHz PowerPC G4, 20" flat screen).
Any suggestions?

There's no 64 bit TWAIN so you need to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop. Personally I'd recommend that you use the scanner software as a standalone application and forget TWAIN, which is rapidly becoming obsolete and more or less abandoned everywhere. All it does is call up the very same scanner software, only from within the PS UI, and tying up Photoshop in the process.
