Intercompany Sales Incoming Invoice references

Hi,
We have customized intercompany sales delivery related process.
We have completed SD steps successfully.
1.       Sales Order Creation
( Sales Org. 0001 in comp Code 0001, are delivered to customer from plant LY02 in comp code 002)
2.       Delivery
3.       Customer billing document
4.       Intercompany billing document
5.       Auto Incoming Invoice creation with RD04 output type
Now, what I do not understand is purchasing process that company code 0002 should create Purchase order, statistical goods receipt and incoming invoice.
I have searched oss notes and forums they all talk about incoming invoice creation with RD04.
I also completed EDI steps successfully that are triggered after RD04.
But it is not working now because I don’t have PO document yet.
I have 3 questions about this process.
Is it possible to create PO automatically?
If it is not how can I create PO document manually with reference to intercompany sales order? so RD04 finds PO and posts incoming invoice.
when should I create PO?  (after creating sales order or delivery document).
Should we create statistical goods receipt document with PO reference ?
Thanks…

I have not completed the process yet.
I need an advice who have achived this before.
As I said before I customized delivery related intercompany process.
All SD steps are working fine
I have one sales order, one delivery, one billing document in delivering company
I have one billing document in selling company.
Now, I need a PO and Incoming Invoice in sales company.
how should I create PO?
which acc. assingment category should be assigned?
Should I set Goods Receipt Indicator?

    Dear Krishna,
Lot of document numbers are available not only "belnr" , so try all document nos(xblnr..etc) and pass it to resb table.
    Hope it will be helpful.

  • How to Restrict Return Sales Order with reference to a cancelled invoice

SAP Standard is allowing to create Return Sales Order with reference to a cancelled invoice which practically should not be allowed.
Has any body worked on this problem and what could be the possible solutions so that return sales orders can not be created against a cancelled invoice.
    Kindly share your possible solutions.

Hi Standard Process will not allow to create a Sales Order With Cancelled invoice,
Kindly go through at Copy Controls
    T.CODE:VTAF
in that some body might have maintained between S1 invoice to RE Sales Document.
Remove the settings then u will be not able to create Sales Order w.r.t to Cancelled Document.

  • CREATE SALES ORDER WITH REFERENCE TO INVOICE USING RECORDING

    Hi,
I wanted to know if it was possible to create a sales order with reference to an invoice using recording(SHDB transaction). If there is some other method please explain the method in detail(Its very urgent)

    Hi,
You should be able to use BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 instead of doing a BDC and you can populate the reference document in the relevant header field.

  • Reference Co.Code (COBK-REFBK) - Intercompany sales within the same CO Area

    Hi gurus,
    this is the scenario:
    - One Controlling Area, eg CO01
    - Two Company Codes, eg FI01 and FI02
    - An intercompany sales flow
    - A service order (CS order) as controlling object
All costs and revenues generated by both company codes are accounted on the unique service order created from the very beginning of the intercompany flow.
    Eg:
    - Cost of goods sold (booked by Company FI02)
    - Revenues for intercompany sales (booked by Company FI02)
    - Costs for intercompany purchases (booked by Company FI01)
    - Revenues for sales (booked by Company FI01)
In CO standard report, eg KOB1 or S_ALR_87012993, all costs and revenues are shown. Checking deeper each single document you see that Company Code in CO documents is always FI01, while in FI documents the Company Code is recorded as the example above.
Checking deeper, you see that in CO documents you have (in COBK and in COVP) the detail of the Reference Company Code (that means the Co.Code of the reference FI document).
I'd like to use that information in order to segregate costs and revenues to have a view of the margin under a company code perspective.
Does anybody know if i can use in some way that field (REFBK), maybe through painters?
    Thanks,
    Enrico

    Hi Enrico
I did some research... Fileld REFBK is not part of any reporting structure in GRCT
GRCT is the house of all report painter structures...
If you refer structures CCSS and RWCOOM in GRCT - It does not have table COBK (REFBK is part of table COBK)
May be you can try to add table COBK in the structure.. I dnt know whats the process of doing that..
If you use line item reports, you should be OK as REFBK will be available there...

  • Sales order with reference to the invoice

How can we create a sales order with reference to the invoice

    Hi,
    1. Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
    2. Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
    3. Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
    Note
You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
    4. Maintain and determine conditions
The system determines the prices and the value of individual items. If necessary, you can process these. For more information, see Structure linkPricing.
    5. Perform credit check
SAP R/3 executes a credit check based on the results of pricing in SAP CRM. The result of the credit check is confirmed in SAP CRM, and saved as the credit status at item level. For more information, see Structure linkAutomatic Credit Check.
    6. System replicates sales order
After the sales order has been saved in SAP CRM, complete and without errors, it is replicated for logistics processing in SAP R/3. Order data is transferred together with confirmed scheduling lines to SAP R/3.
    7. System receives sales order
After replication to SAP R/3, you can change the sales order in SAP CRM and SAP R/3. You can find more information on this under Structure linkData Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise - SAP R/3
    8. Send order confirmation to customer
You can send the order confirmation either electronically, or in print to the customer. You can find more information under Structure linkSales Order Confirmation by E-Mail.
    9. Monitor status of order

  • MIRO-Incoming invoice

    Hi Experts,
I got couple of doubts with regards to MIRO..
1)Which doc no should be in the  reference field?
2)this particular invoice is meant only for shipment services ryt?.....let me explain the scenario am working....we deliver goods from different plant of another company code say xxxx......vendor yyyy of xxxx will render shipment service to our customer, so here miro will contain the details of shipment service of the vendor correct me if this understanding is wrong........so invoice for the goods which xxxx is delivering  has to be created seperatly thats called inter company invoice am i ryt?......
3)with which document we will cross check the incoming invoice?.....
4)whos invoicing party?.....the party who is issueing the invoice?...here vendor should be the invoicing party is it ryt?
5)can any one send me the steps to create MIRO document?....

    Hi,
A company arranges direct delivery of the goods to the customer from the stocks of another company belonging to the same corporate group. Ex- Company code A orders goods through its sales organization A from Plant B belonging to Company code B.
The condition type IV01 in intercompany billing document represents revenue to the Supplying Company. But its corresponding condition type PI01 in the billing document to the end customer is shown as a statistical item meant for information purposes. Condition Type VPRS in the intercompany-billing document indicates cost to the supplying company code. The use of two different condition types in Intercompany billing is necessary to ensure that data is transmitted correctly to the financial statement (Component CO-PA)
Specify purchase order no as reference and date so that price in the PO will flow to the MIRO document.
    Regards.

  • Credit Memo Request for intercompany sales process

    Hi Experts
I try to find SAP notes regardsing the credit memo request for intercompany related issue but I can
not find any nates. The customer return the goods with 2 different
    scenario :-
    -Return with credit
    -Return with replacement.
Can anybody explain how this 2 scenario perform in the SAP
intercompany sales process. Appreciate for your help. Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Jennie Tan

    Already answered
Enter IG (internal credit memo) as the billing type for intercompany
    billing for order type RE.
    Cust-Sales/distrib-Transactions-Billing-Intercompany billing-Order types
Intercompany billing always refers to a delivery
    Processing flow will be:
    1. Create returns request invoice receipt (with or w/out reference)
    2. Create returns delivery and goods receipt
    3. Create credit memo invoice receipt for customer for 1.
    4. Create internal credit memo for 2.
Therefore you must make the following entries in the document flow
    for billing documents:
      Target BillType        DlvType              ItemCat
    a)    IG                  LR
    b)    IG                  LR                    REN
    Parameters for entries:
    For a) Copying requirement:  14  Dlv.-rel.header IV
Copy item no.: x  (Check and decide yourself)
    For b)Copying requirement: 15 Dlv.rel. item IV
          Data VBRK/VBRP      : 1  Inv.split (sample)
          Billing quantity    : B
          Qty/itm val.pos/neg : +
          Pricing type        : G

  • Intercompany Sales Flow

    Dear Friends,
I want to implelment the intercompany Sales flow.
What I want to know is the concept of getting the same pricing as in Intercompany PO to flow in the Intercopmany Billing.
Is this possible to achieve, as we usually have different pricing procedures for Purchase Order and Intercompany Billing.
Can anyone help and guide me in this regard.
    Best Regards,
    Harsh

    Hi,
intercompany billing is one of the scenario.
    Business case: -
Customer orders goods to company code/Sales organization A (Eg.4211/4211).Sales org 4211 will accept and punch the order in the system with sold to party as end customer code in the system. Company code/sales org B (Eg.4436) will deliver the goods to end customer and raise an intercom any billing on 4211 with reference to delivery. This can happen only after 4211 raises invoice to his end customer to whom the material has been delivered by 4436.
    SPRO Customization required:-
    1. Assign plant of delivering company code (Eg.SI81) to sales org/distribution channel combination of ordering company code (Eg.4211/RT)
    2. Maintain intercom any billing type as IV for sales document type OR
    3. Assign Organizational Units By Plant (Eg.SI81/4211/RT/11)
4.Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization (Eg.4436 will create customer master for 4211 company code and that number will be maintained in this relationship:-4211/231)
    5. Automatic posting to vendor account (Optional)
    6. Maintain pricing procedure determination for 4211/RT/A/1/RVAA01-For customer sales and billing
Maintain pricing procedure determination for 4436/RT/A/1/ICAA01-For intercompony billing
    Master data to be maintained:-
    1. Create end customer master in company code/sales org 4211/RT/11
    2. Create customer master for 4211 company code/sales org in 4436/RT/11
    3. Maintain PR00 as price for end customer-Active in RVAA01
    4. Maintain PI01 as price which has to be paid to 4436-Statistical in RVAA01
    5. Maintain IV01 as inter-company Price-Active in ICAA01
    Process:-
    1. Create OR with sold to party as end customer.
    2. Plant to be selected is delivering plant belonging to different company code. With this selection system will treat this order as intercomany sales.
    3. Pricing procedure is RVAA01
    4. With reference to this order delivery will be created from the delivering plant and post the goods issue for this delivery.
    5. Ordering sales org will create billing document F2 with reference to delivery for end customer.
    6. Delivering sales org will create intercompany billing IV with reference to delivery document.
I hope this helps you.Reward points if solution is useful.
