Internal Orders - Order Group

Hi,
How can we determine.... a particular Internal Order belongs to which Internal Order Group. Any specific reports or tables?
Thanks

Hi Shelina,
The best way is probably to use T-Code KOH3 then via menu Extras -> Check and Help Functions -> Find in Group.  There you type in the Internal Order number you are interested in and you will then get the list of Order Groups for that IO.
This will only give you the group that the IO is actually assigned to but you can see the usage of that group by clicking on the usage button and it will list up the above hierarchy.

Gudmundur

    Guys,
    Issue is resolved.
    Earlier in 11i in ASCP, instance Org defintion is setup for only the required Inv org.
    But in R12 we need to define for all the available Inv organisations.

  • Internal Sales order not using Price List, Price Showing '0'

    Dear All,
    In the Internal Sales Order, why the list price is not used from the price list, why do we need to set the cost to get the price?
    Plz Clarify
    Thanks
    RSM

    Hi,
    Internal Sales order is nothing but selling the goods between 2 inventory organizations under same operating unit.
    This inventory Org is always within the operating Unit/Business group.
    Hence Item Cost defaults in the Item Cost and not the item Price.
    If Items are sold to external Customers then Item Prcie will be seen in the sales orders.
    iBut yes,upon customization we can still see Item Price in Sales Orders.
    Thanks

  • International Purchase Order

    Hi Everybody, I want to know what parameter define a purchase order as an International Purchase Order. If the answer is the vendor, then, what parameter define the vendor as an International Vendor.
    Thanks in advance.

    Dear Magno
    There is as such no standard setting in SAP for international purchase order .It depends uopn the business scenario and configuration that is required. For purchase from foreign vendors you can differentiate ,
    1. By different pricing procedure.
    2. Vendor schema group in Vendor master.
    3. Different account group for the screen layout and manadatory data feeding required.
    4. Sepaarte Purchase Order for the purchase from these foreign vendors.
    5. you can also go for different purchase group.
    On the basis of above you can go for a complete separate purchase order for foriegn vendors purcahse.
    Hope this soves your problem

  • Customize Internal Sales Order workflow to interface to AR

    Hi,
    I would like to generate AR transactions for our internal sales orders created from internal requisitions. I tried by adding a ship-bill-workflow, but the interface-to-AR activity does not get started. This gives me the impression that the internal order ignores the workflow that I have defined for this transaction type, and uses something else instead.
    I am wondering now how could I customize the internal order workflow? Has anyone ever done that? Which workflow shall we customize to get what we need? Or has anyone any other ideas?
    Thanks in advance,
    David.

    Hi David,
    Assuming you are using Order Organizer did you check which work is being invoked at the Order Line Level from Tools -> Workflow Status at Line level.
    Thanks.

  • Create Sales order from Internal Purchase Order using IDOC

    Hello Friends,
    I have requirement to create Sales Order from Internal Purchase Order Using IDOC.
    Backgorund, we have already configured IDOC orders05 to create Sales Order from external Purchase order from Inbound IDOC, and it is working fine.
    Now we have new requirement to create Sales Order from our own Purchase order, i.e. When PO is created in one plant corresponidng sales order automatically must needs to create in another Plant with respect PO.
    I m trying to design a solution for above problem as follows,
    1.create an Inbound Idoc from PO, by creatiing one new message type on PO save.
    2.Process that Inbound  IDOC same as it is from external PO.
    3.Once processed Sales order will create.
    Please help me in step 1. to create Inbound IDOC from PO.
    If you want any further clarification please write me.
    Thanks,
    Mahesh

    I had done a similar scenario before and we achieved it through SAP XI. The problem is with the control record. When we create a ORDERS IDOC from a PO the control record will be for outbound transmission. We sent the file to XI and XI resent it back with some data parsing and a new inbound control record. This way it went neat outbound and inbound.
    I'm not sure what kind of architecture you have. If you have to do it within your ECC/R/3, then you could create the outbound IDOC to a new port and write a fresh RFC to pick it up from the same folder and create a new control record for inbound processing.
    I haven't tried this; but there is a "processing w. trigger (inbound)" option on the outbound process code. May be you can explore into that a bit more.
    I'm sure there could be better approaches to handle this within ECC so if you stumble on any, do write back. I would like to know to update my knowledge .

  • In-House Cash - Create Internal Payment order

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to create a In-House cash Internal Payment order (T-code IHC1IP) using a custom program. We will submit a flat file containing all the information required by IHC1IP, like:

    Currency
    Amount
    Payment Note

    Can anyone tell me if there is a standard BAPI for this purpose? If so what is the name of the BAPI?
    Thanks

    Kalyan,
    >Can anyone tell me if there is a standard BAPI for this purpose?
    For  the following alone - Bank Area,Debit IHC account,Credit IHC account,Posting date,Currency Amount,Payment Note, I doubt it.

  • ORDER BY/GROUP BY in XSL/T

    SCENARIO 1:
    Hello all!
         I have got an XML file which contains a list of products. I transform this file into an HTML page using an XSL stylesheet. The XML file looks like the following:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <products>
         <product id="40117" date="20030228">
              <issuer code="A-08244998">MECALUX, Inc.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 4117 description</description>
         </product>
         <product id="31007" date="20030228">
              <issuer code="A-19728222">REDBERRY TECH, Inc.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 31007 description</description>
         </product>
         <product id="4844" date="20030227">
              <issuer code="A-94847402">JYL SOFT, SA.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 4844 description</description>
         </product>
         <product id="3711" date="20030227">
              <issuer code="A-74185296">SOFTEC, Inc.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 3711 description</description>
         </product>
         <product id="566" date="20030226">
              <issuer code="A-08244998">MECALUX, Inc.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 566 description</description>
         </product>
         <product id="41621" date="20030226">
              <issuer code="A-74185296">SOFTEC, Inc.</issuer>
              <description>This is product 41621 description</description>
         </product>
    </products>
    I would like to order the file by date and then by product id. So the list I'll generate in HTML would have a heading with the date of the products (from most recent to oldest) and then another subheading product-id / Issuer name ordered by ascending product id, like this:
    ---------------- DATE: 2/28/2003 ------------------------
    Product-ID     Issuer Name
    31007 REDBERRY TECH, Inc.
    40117 MECALUX, Inc.
    ---------------- DATE: 2/27/2003 ------------------------
    Product-ID     Issuer Name
    3711 SOFTEC, Inc.
    4844 JYL SOFT, SA.
    ---------------- DATE: 2/26/2003 ------------------------
    Product-ID     Issuer Name
    566 MECALUX, Inc.
    41621 SOFTEC, Inc.
    To sort the data from within the XSL stylesheet I'd use:
         <xsl:apply-templates select="product">
              <xsl:sort select="@date" data-type="number" order="descending"/>
              <xsl:sort select="@id" data-type="number" order="ascending"/>
         </xsl:apply-templates>
    I'd like to write only once the date heading for each product with the same date. Template "product" would output the information of the current product, formatting it as an HTML table row.
    MY QUESTION: How can my stylesheet "remember" the date of the last product processed to know whether I should output a new heading with the date of the current product? The idea is to code the "IF" statement and the use of variable "last_date" but I don't know how in XSL/T.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.
         last_date = ""
         WHILE there are products DO
              product = GET_NEXT_PRODUCT
              IF product.date != last_date THEN
                   WRITE_DATE_HEADING( product.date )
                   last_date = product.date
              END-IF
              WRITE_PRODUCT_INFO( product )
         END-WHILE
    SCENARIO 2:
    Let's supose the following XML file. I'd like to generate an HTML page
    with a list of products ORDERED BY product description and GROUPED BY
    category name.
    The listing would look like the following:
         Category 1
              product-description [product-id], isuer name
         Category 2
              product-description [product-id], isuer name
         Category 3
              No products at stock
         Category 4
              product-description [product-id], isuer name
    MY QUESTION: The XML file may not be ordered by any criteria. How could I order and group the data in this case? Would it be simpler/easier if the XML file were ordered (or semi-ordered) in any way?
    The XML file would look like the following (note that there are no
    products of category 3):
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
    <stock>
         <categories>
              <category id="C1">Category 1</category>
              <category id="C2">Category 2</category>
              <category id="C3">Category 3</category>
              <category id="C4">Category 4</category>
         </categories>
         <products>
              <product id="40117" date="20030228" category="C4">

         </products>
    </stock>

    Scenario 1
    How can my stylesheet "remember" the date of the
    last product processedYou can't do it this way, a stylesheet doesn't support the concept of global mutable variables.
    But you can apply a test on this axis "preceding-sibling::product" to see if exists a previous product with the same date.

  • Issue with the Internal sales Order

    Hi
    We are trying to populate the customer information in the internal sales orders.
    We are updating the Customer_ID, Customer_Number, Customer_name information on the iface header table...and we are submitting the Order Import concurrent program...even though customer information is not populated....
    Could any one sggest on this....
    Regards,
    Krishna

    Why are you updating the interface record?
    You create and approve an internal requisition (IR)
    You run the "Create Internal Orders" concurrent program.
    This program reads the IR details and populates the Order Interface table.
    Then you run the "Import Orders" concurrent request.
    That program processes the interface record and creates the Internal Sales Order (ISO). All the information Oracle needs to create the ISO (such as customer name, number etc.) is already in the interface table or is derived by the Import Orders program. You should NOT update the information.
    Hope this helps,

  • What is the Purpose of Internal Sales Order in OM

    Hello All,
    Compared to normal Inter-Organization Transfer (Direct&In transit) in which business scenario, Internal Sales Order(ISO) Cycle would fit ? (In Manufacturing , Distribution etc.,)
    what is the (main) purpose of going for Internal Requisition (IR) - ISO ? & usage of Transfer Credit account in Inter-Org Transfer?
    Please share your implementation experience ?
    (if any)
    Thanks, Jay

    The most important 1st thought is ::
    Ques 1. Why ISO over Direct-Org transfer ?
    Ans ---- Direct-Org transfer is immediate 2-way txns where ... there is no concept of In-transit Inventory & its tracking(s).
    Source-Org Sub-inventory ~ issues out
    Dest'n-Org Sub-inventory ~ receives in
    which is very much like Sub-inventory transfers with the difference that its Inter-Org
    Ques 2. What is this concept of In-transit Inventory ~ Inter-Org transfer v/s ISO ?
    Ans ---- Yes both ( Inter-Org transfer or ISO ) have this concept of In-transit inventory & its tracking(s).
    Ques 3. Now the question is -- Why then ISO over Inter-Org transfer ? How ISO rules above Inter-Org transfer ?
    Ans ---- ISO is requisition based. Now using which we can have booked Sales-Order.
    Using their desirable shipping dates Planning, Replenishment & Reservations can be done. You just cannot do this Inter-Org transfer.
    Also the cost-price of Source-Org goes into the Dest'n-Org. Whereas in ISO you have both provision same cost price our using price-lists / modifiers ?
    No doubt !! ISO is very scalable route.
