Inventory and Ontime delivery report

hi  friends,
As per our client requirements they want to develope an Inventory and an Ontime delivery report in BO on top of Oracle database.
Situation is some thing like they have ECC 6.0.and they want to collect all inventory and ontime delivery data at one place.According to me that could be one Ztable in which we can gather all data.Apart from that they are going to use Data Integrator in which they can directly fetch the data from R/3 system(They dont want to have BI system) and put all data in Oracle DB.On top of ORacle BO person can develop BO reports.
My question is how to fetch all data at one place and what are the tables going to be use.
kindly help me out as its very important project.
Thanks
Abhishek

You can also use MC$6 or MC$K.  The only requirement for these to work is to configure a grid (t-code MCFC).
MC$6 and MC$K will show how many PO's were received early, late and on-time per your parameters for early, late and on-time (as configured in MCFC).

  • Report on Vendor Ontime Delivery

    Hi
Is there any Standard SAP report available on Vendor Ontime delivery, which is report showing deviation of PO delivery Date and GR date
we need this report to monitor vendors
    Thanks

there is no such report on PO level. you have to develope it yourself.
SAP only captures and evaluates this only on aggrgated levels per month.

  • Using SQVI to generate report of open and released delivery schedule lines

    All,
I'm using SQVI  to generate an excel spreadsheet for some buyers to show open released schedule lines because they are a 1 line item per scheduling agreement company.
I used the logical database MEPOLDB instead of a table joint and pulled fields from EKKO(vendor, SA #,&purchasing group), EKPO(Material Number), EKEH(schedule line type), and EKET(delivery date, scheduled qty, previous qty).
Does this sound like I'll get the results I want on paper as long as I use the right selection criteria, because the report I'm getting isn't quite what I expect? I am unable to identify which lines are authorized to ship vs. trade-off zone, planning, etc. in the report thus far.

    Hi Mark,
I have faced same requirement. I am not sure about transporting to TST and PROD. I done by this way.
After generating SQVI program in DEV , I assigned that program  to a transaction and tested in DEV. Later i have regenarated SQVI in Production. then I assigned the generated Program to same transaction in DEV. And transported the Tcode assignment of program to Production..
About authorization , if its not sensitive report, BASIS can restrict at transaction level.
    Regards,
    Ravi.

  • Delivery report shows status of Pending for external address. Email sent to both internal and external addresses.

We have an Exchange 2013 on-premise server and seem to have an issue with emails sent to internal and external users at the same time.
The issue came to light because someone sent an email to 44 recipients, of which one was internal. None of the external recipients received the email. I checked the delivery report in the EAC and found the internal email marked as 'Delivered' and all of
the external ones marked as 'Pending'. I checked the queues and there were none. I did some testing and sent an email to just one of the external addresses on the list, it arrived. I tried sending the email again to all of the recipients, the external ones
all showed 'Pending'. I tried it again, but this time excluded the internal email address and all of the 43 external emails were immediately delivered.
So it seems that the issue only arises when we are sending to both internal and external addresses.
I then tried a test email to one internal address and one external address. The Delivery report says that the internal address was delivered immediately, while the external address is 'Pending' and gives more information saying: 'Message delivery is taking
longer than expected. There may be system delays. For more information, contact your helpdesk.'. To add further mystery to this, the email was actually delivered.
    So, I have two concerns:
First is seems that some emails sent both internally and externally are only arriving internally. This is a huge problem because I don't know how many have been affected. There may be many lost emails we don't know about.
Second, it looks like I can't trust the delivery report. It says pending for some emails which didn't arrive, but it also says pending for some which did arrive. That is no good at all.
For info the server is running Windows Server 2012. I have run a Microsoft Update to check if there are any to apply and the only Exchange one is a spam filter update, which I doubt has any bearing but I will apply when I get chance.

    Hi Neil,
According to the description, I find a related KB on Exchange 2010:
    https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2694474?wa=wsignin1.0
It has the similar situation as yours.
This issue occurs because a function in a message tracking component tries to obtain the information for the recipient instead of the external recipient.
Please try to upgrade to the latest Exchange update to check whether this issue can be solved.
Also please check whether Throttling has been set.
Please run "Get-TransportService | fl" to check the MaxOutboundConnections parameter value.

  • Inventory and reports question

We are wanting to use the inventory and reports piece to help keep
    track of
licensing. After doing an inventory the report shows every .exe and
    every
version that was ever installed it seems. Some of the programs that
    show up
are no longer installed or they have the executable but never ran it.
    So we
look at it and say user x has this installed when they might not have
    it
installed. Is there a way to JUST get what is actually installed? I
    have
not used ART or Crystal reports, but I would think they would just
    help
organize the information that Zen supplies, so I would think that ZEN
    would
have to be able to differentiate between what is installed and what is
    no
longer installed, not the report tools. Am I wrong? Will Crystal or
    ART be
able to seperate this info, or is there anything else that will help
without having to use a totally different inventory program. Any input
    is
    appreciated.

We are having a similar problem. Often, even if the software has been
uninstalled, it still appears on the computer's inventory. Another
problem we have found is that the Zenworks inventory does not always report the version actually being run on the computer. For example,
    we
were specifically trying to find out what versions of CorelDRAW we are
using, but we came up with multiple computers running CorelDRAW
    version
1.0. Obviously we are not using version 1.0 on any of our computers,
    but
no other copy of CorelDRAW was listed as being installed on those
computers. We're preparing to do a physical inventory of these
    computers
to find out what's actually there, but do you have any suggestions for
remedying this problem from the remote side of things?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

  • Physcial inventory and varience report.

    DEAR Sir,
Please advise me abt physcial inventory and varience report.

    Hi,
Comparing the company's book keeping quntity of material with sap material quantity and if any differencesbetween book keeping  quantity and sap quantity used to post them in sap.
    Steps in Physical inventory;
    Create the Physical inventory document(MI01)
    Enter the count (MI04)
    Post the difference(MI07)
    The inventory procedures are...
ANNUAL INVENTORY, CYCLE COUNTING, CONTINUOUS INVENTORY, ZERO STOCK CHECK, SAMPLE BASED PHYSICAL INVENTORE.
    THEVariance report:
The variance needs to be analyzed for the difference in the qty at book and physical level. Once it is analyzed the changes can be done in the count sheet for Qty and UoM.
The Finance department to check and reconcile the difference between the physical and book count runs this report.
If required based on the variance, recount is initiated and the physical count checked before investigating and clearing the difference.
To run the variance report in WM level : Logistics-Logistics execution-Information system--warehousePhysical InventoryWith Bin Inventory Management-Different list of open Inventory Documents
    Transaction Code LX17
The Finance department to check and reconcile the difference between the physical and book count runs this report.
If required based on the variance, recount is initiated and the physical count checked before investigating and clearing the difference.
    To execute LX17, Enter
    Warehouse number and Inventory record.
I hope this will give more clarity to you. Thanking you.

  • Software Inventory and Reporting Services Seems Broken..

    Some basic info...
Server 2012, SQL 2012, SCCM 2012 R2. All products up to date. Enviornment has been running for about 2 weeks, with all the test clients being brought in a few days after server install.
I went to run the report "Computers with a specific product" two days and when I went to select my product, there were no values, as if the inventory process wasn't working. I verified in client settings and also saw that hardware inventory data
was coming back. I can run any of the hardware related reports and they have data.
I did add a couple inventory classes (Installed Executable & Installed Software) to see if that would help, but it did not. I've forced policy updates and run inventories again, still blank. Looking at InventoryAgent.log, it appears everything looks
good. I see the 4 software classes reporting back.
There is probably something simple that I'm missing, but I can't found out what that is.
Edit: Forgot to post the InventoryAgent.log file... http://pastebin.com/AkTWQurp

This goes back to the basic definitions of what the two different types of inventory actually do. Software Inventory is actually a file inventory and by default in 2012 collects *nothing*. To have it collect information about exe's, you would add *.exe (preferably
scoped to just C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (X86)) to the software inventory configuration. This enables ConfigMgr to gather data from the PE header of the exe files which in turn is used for the report you called out (and others listed as Software
    Inventory).
The question though is do you truly want information about exes or do you actually want information about installed applications? Just because an exe exists does not mean an application is actually installed. That's where Add/Remove programs information
potentially comes in. Information in Add/Remove Programs is *not* collected by Software Inventory though -- as mentioned Soft Inv collect file information. ARP data is collected via WMI by Hardware Inv in ConfigMgr. To get this info, use one of the reports
that lists info from ARP. This is collected and is available by default.
ARP isn't the end all be all either and that's where Asset Intelligence comes in. AI is a layer of intelligence on top of Hardware Inv that collects additional details and adds reports that takes the raw ARP data and combines it with other evidence to give
you better information about "Installed Software". The AI reports are conveniently under the AI folder in the reports. AI is not however enabled by default so you must enable it.
Finally, even AI is not perfect because, as we all know users aren't actually the only bane of our existence but so are vendors who do non-standard things. That's where third-parties like BDNA come in come that provide even better interpretatin of the raw
    data collected by ConfigMgr.

  • Date Wise Pending Delivery Report

    Hi all,
I need a pending delivery report as per the date which user enters. For ex on a particular date what were the pending deliveries and total pending stock which was to be delivered.
Is there any standard report or any Function module available. If not, is there any logic by which we can fulfill this requirement.

VL06 gives same data as VL06O/VL06i and gives only real-time delivery status (you can't look at 07/10/2011 date & see what delivery documents were pending PGI, only can see latest delivery status as of now for that date).
So, If "historical" data is needed for past date and status of delivery documents at that time, then need to go with BI report or similar reporting tool where you can set specific parameters like take snap-shot of table(s) of open deliveries due for PGI but not PGI'd on specific date/time.

  • Delivery Report Pending? (Nokia 5200)

Ok yeah i know what pending means, that is not what i am asking. It says i have pending delivery reports on all the messages i have sent from my phone, but i know for a fact they have been sent (tested it with a phone in the same house). If i am correct, i should get at least a delivery confirmation, and that it should stop saying the message is pending. Am i misreading what the phone is supposed to be doing, or is something wrong?
For those who aren't sure where i am looking, take these steps; Menu, Messaging, go down 6 to 'Delivery Reports', and when in this section, it says the name it was sent to and the time it was sent (without selecting the report), BUT it says 'Waiting'. What is the waiting? I would have thought if it was in the folder then it has been sent, but it doesn't make it clear enough.
Thanks in advance for anyone that can help!

    Hi,
According to your description, I understand that message cannot be delivery to all internal recipient when send one newsletter to 4 internal DG and external account, however external users receives fine.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Pending means either the destination for the e-mail message hasn't yet been found or the message could be pending approval.
I want to double confirm whether the 170 users could receive the message or only can’t receive this message.
Is there error message get back to sender after some time? Please try to send message to all 4 DG and try to reproduced this issue.
Then help to collect relevant event log and
    protocol log for further analysis.

  • Delivery Report (Pending)

I'm having some issues with some emails in a pending state and I can not see why?
on the delivery report I get the following: -
Pending 27/05/2014 17:31 ExchangeServer1.domain.local The message has been transferred from ExchangeServer1.domain.local to ExchangeServer2.domain.local. 28/05/2014 09:27 ExchangeServer1.domain.local No further information is available about this message
because the logs are no longer available.
Most of the recipients received the email but there are 7 that are on Pending?
Any ideas on how to track why these are set to pending?

    Hi,
According to your further description, I understand that all distribution group members have reveived the message successfully but the delivery reprot indicates the message is still pending for 7 recipients.
Please check whether the issue can be reproduced in your Exchange server. If there is any third-party program in your Exchange server, please disable it to have a try. Also have a test to verify if the issue only occurs when sending messages to many distribution
group members. How about expanding the distribution group and directly sending messages to 50 users? If there is any event logs about it, please collect them for further analysis.

  • Delivery Report - Pending (Internal)

We're having an issue where users that are members of various distribution groups are not reliably receiving messages. We have a newsletter that is sent out weekly by one user. They use 4 internal distribution groups (some of them nested) plus external email
addresses that add up to around 1170 recipients. We have around 280 internal users. Of those 280, around 100 are delivered, and 170 are not delivered but show as "pending" in the delivery report. External users seem to be receiving messages fine.
I tried doing a trace on myself, as I didn't receive the newsletter that was sent out yesterday.
    $Temp = Search-MessageTrackingReport -Identity lorraine.user -Recipients [email protected]
    [PS] C:\Windows\system32>$Temp | %{Get-MessageTrackingReport -Identity $_.MessageTrackingReportID -BypassDelegateCheckin

The missing message was not in the list. It should have been the first result.
Here is an example of how one of the pending delivery reports look like:
    Pending
