INVOICE NOT SHOWING IN CUSTOMER A/C

hi all,
pl help me out on the issue...
I had made two Sales order against which made the invoice .I had got the invoice number also,but when I am going in the ledger of customer it is not showing there.also,if I checked this in VF03 it is showing does not exsist.
Then from where I got the invoice number??
second, when I process this in VF01 then system is allowing me to make the invoice again..

Goto VOV7 T.Code,Select your item category.MAintain the the completion rule as "B".
Save.
Goto VA03,Enter your sales document number here.
Click on document flow or press F5.
Check whether the invoice is created or not.If it is created then check whether the accounting document is generated ornot.If it is not generated then release your invoice to ccounting using VF02 or VFX3 T.Code.
If there is any error in this process then log will be created.Check the log.
For your customer all the open invoices and cleared ones in FBL5n T.Code.

In transaction code DSWP while Creating <b>New Solution</b> system not showing field Customer Number in Solution Information.

Search Box is not showing in custom master page

I am using "Office 365 Enterprise E3 Trial"
and have created a custom master page for my public SharePoint
site .
I have added Search snippet from the snippet gallery but the search
box is not showing in the master page .I am not able to find the reasons .

Calendar Lov not showing in custom forms on EBS 12.1.1

Hi,
Previously i worked on Oracle Forms 6i but at present i am working on Forms 10g (Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)) with no patch.
I build the custom forms and compile that in custom top on EBS 12.1.1 but the calendar lov is not showing.
Build Step.
Used TEMPLATE.fmb for scratch.
Field name -Order date, Item Type- TextItem, SubclassInformation- TEXT_ITEM_DATE, DataType-Datetime, FormatMask -DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS,
List Of Values- ENABLE_LIST_LAMP, Validate Form List- No
Add 'KEY-LISTVAL' trigger in ORDER_DATE field and write 'calendar.show;' Trigger text but it's not working.
If Above steps apply on forms-6i then calendar lov populated on EBS 11.5.10.2.
I know this is very old topic and found lots of post for this topic but none of them help me.
Could any one help me if anything i missed for Forms-10g with EBS12.1.1 ?

If you implemented the Calendar LOV in EBS12.1.1 through forms 10g then please give me your steps.
AS per my understanding the below is the required steps.
1. Item Type - Text Item
2. Subclass Information - TEXT_ITEM_DATE
3. Data Type - Datetime or Date
4. List of Values - Enable_List_Lamp
5.Add key-LISTVAL trigger and written calendar.show;

The Customer not showed in customer form

I am in a problem .
I used hz_party_v2pub.update_person API to update the customer first name and last name .
It updated already on table hz_parties and i checked it .
But when i query it from the customer form ,it not showed me any customer ...
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy??

i got solution from my issue , as above given MRP per unit value picking from MRP per case value,
here if MRP per unit value is more than 3 digits(ex: 1000 rs/-) then value not appearing in excise invoice ,for this my ABAP r has done program variant changes for numeric length increased for MRP per unit field

ERS invoice not showing in SUS

In ERP when MRRL is run for PO's which are for same vendors, it creates one invoice for these PO's. In sus when we look it is not showing these invoices as it has two Po's linked to it. what needs to be done in sus to correct this problem.

Check Idoc IDOC "GSVERF01" is used for this purpose.
ERS Invoice from ECC is transfered to SUS system for display purpose to Vendor in MM-SUS scenario.

Invoices not showing up for clearing with F-32

Hi,
For 2 customer accounts we have similar issues.
Customer 1:
FBL5N: 1 invoice and 1 payment received which perfectly match.
F-32: only the payment is displayed, no trace of the invoice, unable to clear
Customer 2:
FBL5N: 4 invoices and 1 payment received which perfectly match.
F-32: only the last 3 invoices and the payment are shown, no trace of the first invoice, unable to clear
We have checked on the customer master data (company code), but couldn't find any differences with the customers for which clearing is working fine.
Also checked the setup of the related provisioning accounts and they are set to Open Item Management.
Could you please help us out or indicate what more we need to check?

It is clear from your message that the issue is due to base line date changes.
The first thing is that I don't understand why base line dates were changed that many times. Even after receipt of the payment also dates were changed........just imagine the need for change.
Then coming to the issue for customer 2 it is clear that the base line date:31/12/2009 is in future date, hence it won't appear in open item process.
But in the first case on 29.09.2009: Baseline date from 17.03.2009 to 31.12.2009 then on
28.10.2009: Baseline date from 31.12.2009 to 31.12.2008 were changed. In this case check in the accounting document and see which base line date is appearing. If the date is 31/12/2009, then it wont appear in f-32.
If the doc date baseline date appears as 31/12/2008........we need to analyze further.

Tax invoice not show in assignment field of billing doc & ref doc of FI doc

Does anyone know how to able to display Tax invoice numbering at the assignment field of Billing doc and reference doc header field in FI doc generated by posting billing doc. Also post through POS IDoc?
I have change SD config to correct the existing non vat billing to be able to record vat billing. The result seem ok when I enter regular billing, system generate FI doc with Psk01 customer, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax. This shows Tax invoice number at reference doc header and assignment field at output tax line item. Assignment field of billing doc is also display.
But when entering to billing with a dummy article (same meaning as material master) that was set up to GL acc, I found that the FI doc after posting billing show a billing doc number instead of Tax invoice number at reference doc header field. This result is same when post thru POS IDoc as well. (FI doc is Psk40 Cash on hand, Psk50 Revenue acc, output tax)
Out put tax acc has sort key as 009 - external doc number

OK I can clear it now. Just set tax category to Dummy Article to be Full tax then Tax sequence number is running.

Assessment - Planning Page will not show in Custom MSS Role

I have gone through the Notes/Docs for setting up OBN for Performance Management and have implemented the same.
Now if I go to the Standard MSS role and try to open up Assessment > Click on 'Create' for Succession Planning, it works fine by showing up the Talent Assessment window where it can be completed.
Now, we have a custom MSS role copied from the standard one and I have included the same Talent Management workset (with the page, folder inside - just like the standard role).
But when I try the same scenario as above (Z_Manager_role > Talent Management > Assessment (from Service Map) > Click on Create under Succession Planning), I get the following error.
There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_HumanResources": object "employee". For more information, contact your administrator.
Why would it work on the standard role and not the copy? Any directions highly appreciated.
FYI. We are on 7.01 SP8, SAP_MSS 600 SP18

Sorry for not getting back earlier. I had opened a message with SAP. It looks like the problem has to do with Navigation Targets in my custom MSS role - so that is narrowed down now.
The following prerequisite applies: You must include the navigation targets (for the portal pages mentioned below) in your role.

Drag and relate filter on AP Invoices not showing post dates past Dec2010

Hello experts,
Using the following version: 2007A (8.00.178) SP:00, PL:44
The customer is getting the following issue.
In drag and relate bringing up AP Invoices, the latest AP invoice is for 21/01/2011. When the customer tries to filter by posting date, the drop down list of dates only goes down to 27/12/2010.
Using drag and relate for other documents such as the credit notes this issue is not seen and the date goes into 2011.
Can anyone tell me how I can solve this issue or if this is a bug with the version the customer is using ?

It might be version related. Try on a high version. PL44 is too low.
Check period indicator too.

Refundable deposite value does not show in customer balance

User had created a miscellaniuos reciept in AR to record once of the customer refundable deposite. At the period end it was noticed that the amount remain in the cash clearing account. But user need to show the refundable depotice on the customer balance. User had passed a Journal entry to transfer money in to refundable deposite account. But Customer balance is not updated. Is there a mathod to show this refundable depostie value in the customer balance.

A Miscellaneous Receipt cannot be associated with a customer account. In your case i think you should use a Credit Memo with the accounting of the journal entry.

SD invoice not showing the Ecess and SEcess

Hi SD consultants,
I am executing a depot sale scenario.
I craeted a SO, Delivery and billing in VF01. When i check the billing doc ina ccounting view it is not picking the ECess and SHEcess.
Where as in SO i can see the ECess and SHEcss .
Wht could the wrong.
Also after invoice creation i am creating excise invoice in J1Ij and refering the factory invoice . I need to know is setoff will happen ( Monthly utilisation in depot level because we r charing ED from customer )

Safari does not show Gmail Custom Labels on sidebar

I am missing Gmail labels I've created. Sidebar shows the color codes without text or label names. Does anyone have the same problem? I am using Safari 6.05.

As you have said there is really no data, there is no point restoring from a backup as junaid has suggested. Make sure that iCloud synching is on (sign in with YOUR Apple ID on iCloud) Settings>>iCloud>> Make sure everything you want to synch is ON..Notes>>Contacts etc.
This data will get synched. When you sign in with your APpleID/iCloud the contacts..etc will get pushed back to the phone. Before you restore as new do a backup to be safe but do not restore from it afterwards.
One you have restored as new, the phone will be as it came "out of the box." followo the instructions on screen to set it up.

Old AP Invoices not showing up for a user

Hello,
Working on EBS:11.5.0 windows, the problem is that a specfic user can not see the old invoices while other users are able to see the old invoices. The problem has occurred yesterday, everything was working fine before that.
Any help on this regard will be highly appreciated.
