pls help me Cancel Billing ,Material Document(PGI),Delivery,Sales order.
so when ever given to billing number cancel to all the document
plz send to me code and suggestions.
    plz it is urgent.
    advanced thanking you.

you can do that from VF02 - application menu - billing document - cancel.
if you want to do that from program use standard bapi's to cancel BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CANCEL1... also please reffer to transaction code BAPI for more bapis to reverse pgi - or you can write a BDC to reverse pgi - tcode is vl09.
i dont think you cancel  order but you can delete depending on your config. check out in application menu on va02. use bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to reject the items in sales order.

  • Billing without Sales Order

    Hello All,
I would like to know, Is it possible to generate a billing document from the system without a sales order or a delivery. If so how can i do that because my client wants to be able to generate an invoice for their customer without having a sales order.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
Yes we can create billing document without any refernce.
    use BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE.
We are using this BAPI, we are able to post billing document without any reference.
Billing is happening in external systems, and we are uploading those billing documents into SAP.
    Goto SE37, enter BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CREATEMULTIPLE press F8.
Pass the values in BILLINGDATAIN table. salesorg,DC,division, Document type, ORDBILLTYP is 'FX' . sold-to party, material, qty and other informaion.
Maintain pricing information in CONDITIONDATAIN table. enter condition type and condition value.
    E.g PR00 100,
Select Newline for second condition type. maintain another condition type and value. Go back
    Execute it .
You will get document number in success table.

    Hi Rakesh,
You have to check the tables in R3 and then compare with the Datasources in BW.
    For Examples
VBAK table in R3 for Sales Order on BW-2LIS_11_VAITM
VBRK table in R3 for Billing iin BW-2LS_13*
Check for that day how many sales order were there in VBAK table and there in BW.

  • Invoice Receipt document (TABLE RBKP) based on Sales Order (table VBAK).

    Hi Folks,
I have to find Invoice Receipt document (Table RBKP) based on Sales Order (table VBAK).
Please tell me how the two documents are linked.
    Thanks,
    Punit

I don't know table RBKP, but I would start by seeing if I could find the value of RBKP-BELNR or XBLNR as the next document in table VBFA.  If found, then you know how to read VBFA forward from sales order (VBAK) to VBFA with correct next document type, then to RBKP with the document number....
Don't know if this will work, but this is the first approach I would take.

  • Direct Delivery Sales Order - Function Module for Purchase Requisition

    Hello Experts,
When we creat a Direct Delivery Sales Order at Production Plant  then one Direct Delivery Purchase Requisition automatically gets generated at the Distribution Warehouse. If anyone knows the function module which actually generates this Direct Delivery PReq, then request him/her to please let us know.
    Thanks and Regards

    Hi,
Whatever Function Module's given are for or  above 4.6C versions.
       I want for 4.6B version.
At the same time, the returned tables should return more than 1 Pur.Req number as the FM's mentioned returns only 1.

  • How can i make PO number field as a mandatery in sales order

    Hi Friends,
can any one help me for the following requirement
how can i make PO number field as a mandatery in sales order
    Thanks
    Nitchel

    Hi
You have to include the "Purchase Order" field in the Incompletion list.
Purchase order field is a Header data in the Sales order.
So you have to create an Incompletion Procedure for Sales document Header.
There include the field "Purchase order" field, assign the "Status group" to it.
You may activate the error/warning check box.
Assign the Incompletion Procedure to your Sales document type.
Go to Sales document type VOV8 and activate the "Incompletion message" field so that without entering PO number you can not proceed.
Now whenever you will create an order (using the order type where you have assigned the procedure), you have to fill up the PO field or else you can proceed.

  • Custom fields in additional data B not displaying - Sales Order

    Hi gurus,
I added some custom fields to the addtional data B tabstrip in sales order screen, but they didn't display. This is in the client's system. BUT in our own system it works perfectly. The screen has been activated.
Maybe it's because of the version difference?
    Anyone experienced this before?
    Any suggestion will be great.
    Thanks

    Resolved by myself.
For those who would have the same question, please refer to SAP note 386694.

  • Reserve stock against one particular sales order and issue the same

    Hi,
My client wants that he should he able to reservestock for a particular sales order only, so that during availability check, the stock is not issued against any other sales order.
I have tried to do stock reservation by using t-code MB21, then the stock gets transferred from Unrestricted stock to restricted stock.
When i Do the PGI, it is still reducing the unrestricted stock and the reserved stock is unaltered.
My client is not a manufacturing unit, they are basically into only trading of goods.
Can some one please suggest what steps can i do?
Also if tehre is any alternative to accomplish the same?
You can mail me any documnettaion regarding the same, is any on       [email protected]
    Thanks'
    Priyanka

see when ur changing the stock from restricted use to unrestricted use then
its fine but as u mentioned while doing particular moment type you want the stock to get reduced from restricted use but not from unrestricted use
for this u need to change the moment type from 651 to some thing else because the moment type 651 will reduce the stock from restricted use and allocate to the customer
so maintain a diff moment type for ur particular order type ( means this particular order type has an itme cat which detrmines a schedule line cat in thth schedule line cat maintain a diff omnt type instead of 601)
    well try 231

  • Service order - components to be billed thru sales order?

    Dear PMCS experts,
I have a requirement where service order-components are to be billed thru sales order (thru special stock indicator).
I am giving below the process flow:
1.Pr raised in notification-service order through components tab using as "Non stock Item), and the pr is converted to PO,
2.User does MIGO/GR for the same po. and after migo/gr, costs are booked in service order. movement type used is 101.
My requirement, the migo/gr is to be using movement type 101 with special stock indicator, how this is possible, so that after
migo/gr, the costs are booked to service order, and components quantities are appeared as special stock indicator (W or any
       other special stock indicator)
3.I raise sale order in notification and take the same components in sales order manually. after sales is created, the i wanted to
do  pgi for the same components using using special stock indicator with storage location. Actually this stock is virtual stock
      pgi  thru vl01n.
Kindly help in customising settings in PMCS module, materials/components -account assignment settings,  so that the service order after migo/gr, the special stock indicator is activated along with 101 movement type.
    pl help
    thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Srihari

    Hi,
It seems that you are in need of Resource related billing (RRB) with external material.
    1. Create Service notification
2.Create service order , plan your materials ( stock and / or non stock) ---> triggers PR for Nonstock items
    3. Procure, GR and book the cost to the order.
4.Create Debit memo request (DP90), will generate sales document for consumed components.
    5. Do the billing
If this meets out your requirement, create DIP profile setting and assign it the Service order. POST elaborately  your requirement with an example for further clarifications.

  • Migrate Open items - Sales orders/ purchase orders and unbilled deliveries

    Hello All
Can you please tell me the best practice to migrate open sales orders, purchase orders and deliveries due for billing at Cutover to the new system?
Also how can the historical data be migrated? What all comes under historical data?
    Many Thanks
    CM

The way the sales order data is migrated is largely dependent on the number of orders you are intending to migrate. 'Best practice' would suggest you do the following:
    1) Do not migrate any completed orders (they should be kept as 'read only' in the legacy system)
    2) Get the business to close as many orders as possible before the cutover
    3) Stop entry of any new orders during the cutover the period - hold them back and enter them directly into SAP.
Once you have a manageable numebr of orders to migrate you really have two options:
Upload the basic order into SAP (we have usually done this from a spreadsheet using ALE or some similar tool). The basic data is confirmed to order type, order number, order date, customer number, material code and quantity. Any data in addition to this is then added manually to the system by the users e.g. pricing info (this is really important as pricing data is really difficult to map). To do this you will need to have sequenced this correctly e.g. ensuring that the data and config for both the materials and customers are all already in the system before you load the orders.
The second option would be to load them all completely manually - which is why I said at the beginning that really, the best approach is determined by the quantity of orders you need to migrate.
I am sure other people will have used other methods but these two are the ones we usually use.
(edit) P.S. you must remember that 'open' sales orders are any orders that are not yet billed so even if an order is delivered in your legacy system if it has not been invoiced you MAY need to migrate it. But as I metioned at the beginning - it would really be better to complete that order (i.e. bill it) before you close the legacy system so that it does not need to be migrated.
    ========
For deliveries - again, there is no simple fix for this. Because the migration of a delivery demands the migration of an open sales order, the best approach is probably to load the sales order basic data, get the users to complete the sales orders (as described above) and then run the delivery due lists or manually and individually deliver each sales order item.
You cannot migrate ONLY the deliveries, you need to migrate the preceeding order(s) as well. But, again, if you take the approach of closing as many as possible in the legacy system, it will be much easier than migrating them.
