Why don't apple products have a messenger like black berries's bbm , so we can chat send images videos .

as far as I know.
As long as the app is available in that countries app store. I use it all the time to communicate with family abroad, as it uses an internet connection it doesn't cost me extra even for picture messages.

IPod / iPhone / iPad (Store issue)

I would like to suggest adding a tab or an option to view which applications you have previously downloaded and/or purchased within the iTunes app store and on our iPod, iPhone, iPad, or even mac computers.
This would not only help us "consumers" (life-long beta testers) troubleshoot issues with missing apps after an iOS upgrade, reset or some other foreign issue, but help us track our purchases and finances. Having to sniff out and search for this information is time consuming and frustrating.

Apple implemented my suggestion as outlined above for these devices. However, needs modification. Those modifications to be able to select multiple applications that were purchased for the user to either re-download or delete from history. A similar option within iTunes. Though iTunes needs a serious overhaul to manage idevices better!

Extract iPod/iPhone/iPad images from iTunes?

Does anyone know where I can find the large iPod/iPhone/iPad images that are displayed in the Summary tab of the Sync screen?
Are these hidden somewhere within the iTunes file?

They appear to be hard-coded into the application binary and not available. I can't find them anywhere in the resources in the bundle, anyway.
For what purpose do you need them? Perhaps if we knew what you wanted them for, someone might be able to come up with a suggestion. Note that the images will be copyrighted by Apple and not usable in any public setting (web site, another app, a publication, etc.) without a license from Apple.

ITunes continue where iPod/iPhone/iPad left off.

I was wondering if it's possible for iTunes to continue (in my case the iPhone) where the iPod/iPhone/iPad left off.
Example:
I'm driving home and streaming Playlist "ABCD" over Bluetooth to my radio.
When i arrive home and turn off the engine and the radio turns off, the iPhone is at Playlist "ABCD", Song 368 of 412, at 2:16 (m:s).
Now i go to my PC, press play and it continues right where the iPhone stopped. Playlist "ABCD", Song 368 of 412, at 2:16 (m:s).
I would like to know if this is possible, and if so, how do I configure it to do so.

It sounds as though you are doing something wrong or at least that something is going wrong. Are you saying that content synced to your Apple tv disappears every time you unplug it and requires resyncing again. Do you have to set it up again or does the content just disappear.

It's ok to pilot Itunes Music from all the Mac at home but with the Ipod or the Iphone or the Ipad, no sound go out ! I see the icone airport on the 3 devices, the music plays but i can't hear it on the amplifier-tuner deck. I buyed AirportExpress to leasten the music on the amplifier-tuner deck also from iTunes on my computers, but also from my iPod/iPhone/iPad without iTunes from the computers ... Thanks for your reply, however, I do have the j2se version tag set and when I have a Java Console window running along with my download the first line in the console window indicates it is using JWS version as 1.6 but the second line in the window indicates it is using JRE version as 1.5...I would like for both of them to be the same. So, I am getting the correct java version but something is happening with the JWS using the version from 1.6. Here's a snippet from my jnlp file:

Synching place in audiobooks between multiple iPods/iPhones/iPads

Is it possible to have your place in an audiobook by synched via the "cloud" in such a way that you can use several mobile devices and pick up where you left off no matter which mobile device you were using? This might also be useful for movies or iBooks as well.

If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer or with more than one library you need to change the update preference in the iPod Summary tab to "Manually manage music and videos" and click Apply (this option isn't available for 1st or 2nd generation iPod shuffles which aren't designed for use with multiple computers). The content of iTunes and the iPod are not syncronised in this mode so the two can be different. You can directly access the content of the iPod and play it through iTunes and you can drag and drop whatever you want to the iPod from either library:

Something else to be aware of when using an iPod in manual mode is that the "Do Not Disconnect" message will remain on the display until you physically eject the device: Safely Disconnect IPod

Problems removing music from iPod, iPhone & iPad

I have deleted some purchased songs from my itunes library but they still appear on my ipad even after syncing! How do I delete them from my device too?

To remove all the music from an iOS device go to Settings > General > Usage and tap Music (you may need to scroll down in the list). Swipe across "all music" and tap DELETE. This will remove all the music on the iOS device.

There is no simple job description or position that would fit. The jobs of design are generally split among many people and roles. You might try viewing the existing jobs; that might give you some clues as to avenues of education and job experience to pursue. Viewing the Design jobs might give you at least a start:

IPod/iPhone/iPad - iTunes Store App Top 100 previews...

Whenever I preview a song in the Top 100 list or switch to another song to preview, it crashes. But it only does this when I view the list vertically.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

You need to copy everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your old comptuer to your new one.
The ipod/iphone/ipad are not storage/backup devices. They simply mirror the selected content of your computer. The sync is one way - computer to ipod/iphone/ipad. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
You can sync to one computer/library at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current contnet and replace with content from the new computer.

ITunes Diagnostic Doesn't Find Audio CD or iPhone/iPad - Help!

I’m having issues with iTune to recognize my iPhone and iPad. My iPod nano (G5) is recognized. I’ve run diagnostics with two failures (No Audio CD Found, and No iPod, iPhone, iPad connected). A month ago everything was working. What happened? I’ve spend many hours following the instructions that’s on the web without success. BTW – the music list that’s on my ‘test’ CD is displayed in iTunes and can be played. It’s very strange that the diagnostic shows a CD/DVD issue. I don’t have a virtual drive. 'Importing the CD' works cleanly - no problems.
I am at a loss. Any suggestions, phones numbers?

After trials and tribulation I found the fix to the iPhone issue.   I removed the USB connect to my external drive (buffalo backup). After booting up, iTunes recognized my iPhone and iPad. Major issue resolved. iTunes diagnostic still doesn't find the Audio CD/DVD, but seems to function correctly. I will following other discussion topic "Error 2510 regarding CD/DVD drives"

Iphone/ipad 2 wont charge

for about a week now, neither iphone (we have two) or my ipad two will charge. when pulled in to charge it says something like "accessery not supported". my husbands charger is a walmart store bought, while my phone and ipad are pulled into my mac laptop or a apple charger. we are able to get intermintent charging but. its like stand on your head, hold one ear load and do a dance to get it to work.

A little history first. When I first got my iPhone 3GS it changed with everything, my iMac and a variety of chargers including an iHome I got for a present. Around the time I uploaded a firmware patch to the iPhone, the one that corrected the signal strength meter for cell reception, I started getting warnings about being plugged into an unsupported charger. At first they were intermittent and I didn't pay them serious attention because unplugging & plugging the iPhone back in usually resolved the issue. Unfortunately it got progressively worse. I would get the message every time and I could only get the iPhone charged by leaving it plugged into the fairly new iHome almost all the time. I had tried everything including cleaning the contacts, blowing air on the contacts, resetting the iPhone, powering it on & off, everything. I finally decided to try one more thing. Since most of my chargers were at least a year old, with the exception of the iHome, I decided to buy a new charger. Not just any charger but one rated to charge the iPad. Well it worked. I got the unsupported charger message the first time I plugged it into the new charger but I just unplugged it and plugged it back in again & haven't seen it again as long as I'm plugged into the new charger and it's been 3 weeks. The curious thing is that the iPhone will now charge on the iHome OK & I only see the message intermittently now. The iPhone also seems to charge a lot faster now than it used to when plugged into the new charger.
By the way, if anyone is interested the charger I'm using is the Griffin PowerDuo 10 watt charger for iPod, iPhone & iPad. It comes with both a wall & car charger & cable.
