Is it possible to restart jobs defined using BMV0 with these errors?
Hi All,
I have got this direct input job defined in BMV0 and scheduled as an event related periodic job. The job gets restarted when the errors are 'system_cancelled' , 'Dataset cant open' etc., but when the job errors are 'Session cant be protected', 'error due system shutdown',the job is not getting restarted and its giving a message 'A job with the same name has not yet ended'.this message is getting displayed when the job gets cancelled....If I check in SM37 , its cancelled and the error in the job log is 'error due to system shutdown' or 'session cant be protected'.
So Is it possible for this periodic job to get triggered even when the latter set of errors occur?
When the event triggers agin, the job gets restarted if the error is 'system_cancelled' but if they are the above set of errors, the job gets cancelled again and the message in the job log of sm37 is a job with the same name has not yet ended.

That's the problem I had, and I resolved it by recreating the whole thing via SQL Script and getting rid of all those \" things. I think that is preventing SSIS from looking up the precompiled binaries for your Script Task. So you should edit the command
line manually:
/FILE "D:\yourPathGoesHere.dtsx" /CONFIGFILE "D:\yourPathGoesHere.dtsConfig" /CHECKPOINTING OFF /REPORTING E

BenQ XL2420T 120 HZ / 3D Ready - May I use this with my iMac?
Hi.
My Philips 190B monitor that I have been using with my iMac in Extended Desktop mode recently died so I'm looking for a replacement second monitor.
I also own a PS3. Well, actually I own two. One is sick at the moment.
I would like to replace the Philips with the new BenQ XL2420T monitor. Use it with my iMac as I did with the Philips (possibly for gaming too) and use it with one, or both, of my PS3s for gaming and 3D Blue Ray movies via HDMI. Thinking forward I am likely to get into 3D gaming too.
The BenQ has a 120Hz refresh rate and I wonder if the ATI Radeon HD2600 in my Mac can handle this? It's late 2007 vintage.
Or with the BenQ XL2420T monitor am I being too ambitious?
My Philips is currently connected to my iMac using DVI -D by means of an adapter.

Looks rather nice to be sure. It's got DVI-D so it ought to work with my iMac without a problem. My current monitor is (was) connected this way by means of a small adapter.
BenQ say it has it has HDMI 1.4 so it can work with consoles. Doesn't say 3D though, so I assume that is a 'no'. Strange that 3D should be omitted when all the consoles can handle this.
In fact I have just downloaded the extra info from BenQ ad the spec looks reallly impressive. I assume that D-Sub is what they call VGA now. I need VGA in case I ever bring my old PowerMac 6500/300 out of mothballs. Yes, the white Benq looks like a great second monitor for my iMac. I'm virtually certain now that it doesn't have 3D but now I'm not so sure about the desirability of having that facility. I'm intrigued by what they say about the 'Reading Mode'.

PGI using Stock with Special Stock Indicator "E". (STO)

We are in the process of creating Stock Transfer.
While doing PGI the System is displaying the following message:
Only 0 EA of material 1103DGC22LB 08062009 available
When we executed T Code MMBE, we found the Stock exits with Special Stock Indicator "E".
Is it possible to do the PGI using Stock with Special Stock Indicator "E"?
Or what would be best possible to handle this situation.

PKIf the stock has special stock indicator E. then you can see this in MMBe as Sales Order stock. If you dispaly the details, then you can see the Sales Order number and item for which the stock is assigned. Unless there is some reason that you want to take this stock from the sales order (for example the sales order is to be rejected), then you shouldn't take this stock as you will be unable to fullfill the sales order. If you want ot borrow the stock, then you could do a transfer as advised by previous person from sales order stock to own stock and after you get replacement stock transfer some back to sales order stock, to fullfill the order. If you are using MTO then you could also create a new production order assigned to the sales order to make the stock in the special stock segment.

How to use value in a drop-down list box as "With these Values" parameter?
Hello, new user.
I have a drop-down list box on Page 1, upon which the user can choose a study number. The List Box is named "P1_STUDY_NBR".
Then I have a list, one entry of which goes to my master-detail form, which is Page 6. I would like it to go to the study number that the user choose on Page 1.
In my target on the create/edit list entry, I put in "Page in this Application", "Page 6", then in Set these items, I put in
P6_STUDY_NBR
My question is what to use in With these values, where I want the contents of the P1_STUDY_NBR. I tried:

and that does not work. If I put in one of the study numbers, like 336-00, then it does work, but I want it to pass the study number the user chooses in the list box. How do I refer to the contents of P1_STUDY_NBR?

Timer job defination not visible in central admin
Hi,
I have created timer job and added feature ans sheduled it weekly in the code.
I have deployed it successfully by right click on project=> deploy.
I can view this .wsp in the manage Farm Solution as Globaly deployed.
Also I can see the feature in my site collection feture as active.
I checked GAK also it included the timer job dll.
I m in Farm Admin group. I restarted Timer service and admin service many times.
BUT still I am not able to view my timer job defination in the central admin.
Please suggest any solution.

sai.yes, you can use ldapmodify to add objectclasses. You should modify cn=schema and follow the objectclasses and attributes syntax. You can check config/schema directory in any dsee instance for examples.
Other way is adding objectclasses editing directly 99user.ldif schema file whereas dsee is down. -
Printer is overprinting old jobs on top of new jobs. Using a Mac with OSx and a HP photosmart for over a year. this just started happening.
RReset printing system again and the restart in Safe Mode . This will clear some caches,to do this hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup tone until a progress bar appears, after it has fully booted restart normally and add the printer.

in .net we can create user defined contol in which i can put more then one control and,, can use it as single control when needed,, but,, how this possible in labview,,
actually in my program i have a tab control and,, in that tab control there are 8 pages,, now there are 5 different kind option selection for each page lets say "a" "b" "c" "d" "e",,,,,.,. so,, when i select "a" configuration for tabpage 1 should show.. "a"(control collection) on tabpage1....and,, same should b possible for all 8 pages............................. this can possible if its possible to create user defined contorl in labview
while in .net its very easy task i m confused here,..,.
i put these controls in another 5 different VI,,,, and tried to call in subpanel but,, i dont find the solution,,,

I'm not really sure of what you need but you CAN customize you control in LabVIEW, it is not hard, you just have to know how it works
Sometimes being good at another programation language confuse you more than it helps because you try to do as you are used to... the difficulty it to "translate" functions from a language to another.
I do know how frustrating it can be when you think "Damned, it would take me only 5 minutes to do that with language a and after 10 hours with language b it is still not working "
You have to get in LabVIEW way of thinking, I wish you good luck !

When I download some lectures from iTunes U, sometimes the link breaks and the download gets interupted.Then when the download is resumed it starts from 0 KB and not from the KB amount that was downloaded when the download was interupted.Is there a way to resume the download from the point it was interrupted?Well I'm using 9.0.3.1.5 and I STILL have this same problem.
Not sure if location is a factor, but I'm a US resident with a US iTunes account but I spend most of my time in Asia and I know a LOT of folks in India, UAE, etc with it. Everything else in iTunes works perfectly fine, except resuming non-purchased downloads.
On Apple Support I could only find a solution related to Purchased downloads, but not individual unsubscribed podcasts you clicked GET on or free iTunesU content. These still go back to zero with no option to resume only restart.
I mean, every quality download manager for your web browser gives you a consistent experience in resuming almost any download except very few servers on the Internet with specific policies to not allow resumes. If there is no solution just silence, either this is one of those mysterious come-and-go bugs that are hard to replicate or maybe iTunes is conserving bandwidth by discouraging resumes of free content it doesn't make money on. Especially 100MB+ files from folks in places with reliable but slower "3rd world" connections. So I would with a half bitten lip throw an answer your question as NO, it is not possible.
I do hope someone who thinks they have a solution steps in to say Yes, it would make a lot of people very happy. -

so MT_1 can be mapped with MT_2 or not having different namespace.
