i have an ipod touch and i want a new ipod classic but not all of my music is on my itunes library if i brought the itouch to the apple store could they transfer everything? thanks

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases. You can transfer itunes purchases from ipod to itunes: File>Transfer Purchases

Using the same Apple id and Password you should be able to download purchased apps without being charged again.
I download to an iPad/iPad2/iPhone3 & iPhone4 with no problem.

Ive had an iPad for a year or so, it's got tons of music on it. I recently got myself an iPhone. I read on here about how to set up a completely separate library using my same account (as my iphone couldn't possibly hold the same amount as my pad I thought it made sense!). Okay, try launching iTunes while holding down the shift key (again) but this time, click "Choose library". Browse to the location of the old library file. The default locations of the library file are inside the iTunes folder described in the following table:

If you have all of your content in your iTunes library then you can simply backup the old device, then restore that backup to the new one. Otherwise see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Easy, just restore the new iPod from the backup of the old iPod. You should be offered this restore option when the new iPod is first connected to the computer. All your videos. music and apps have to be in your iTunes library since they are synced to the iPod and not in the backup. You will have to enter new keychain items like passwords since they only restore to the same device unless you use an encrypted backup.

Since the last couple of updates to Mac OS, the screen saver function has regressed in features. I have not been able to get the program to recognize pictures in nested folders--something the program did without problem in earlier versions of the OS. No, downgrading from any version of iOS to an earlier version is not supported.

If the iPhone is still under warranty, you make make an appointment at the Genius Bar for them to evaluate the phone. If the phone is out of warranty, you can decide if you want to purchase an out of warranty replacement, $149 +tax for the iPhone 4 in the US, or you can Google for 3rd party repair.
Apple does not repair phones on site, if something is wrong, they replace, either warranty or out of warranty.
