Is xpath.js still part of spry?

Question

Looking ath the changes to SpryData.js between v. 1.6.1 (0.45) and v. 1.7 (0.49)
I see that use of the Google XPath library (part of AJAXSLT) is now optional, and Spry Will try to handle the "80% case"

The (unofficial) distribution i've found at https://github.com/3rd-Eden/Spry-Configurator does not seem to contain xpath.js
Since i have been working on extending XPath and XSLT support in Spry (e.g. XSLTPanel / XSLTDataSet) which requires the AJAXSLT lib:
Can anyone confirm that xpath.js is no longer part of Spry (2.0) as distributed with Dreamweaver?

The links to the samples on http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/preview/ are all dead.
Do you know of any working sample links?
Doesn't mention it explicitly, but says you can link to xpath.js, i assume that xpath.js is now optional.
Is xpath.js still included but not linked or has it been completely removed from the spry distribution?
So when using more advanced xpath expressions (i.e. when using axis selectors and node predicates) spry users should now include the following files from the AJAXSLT project
