ISG prepaid on service

Hi all!
i have got cisco 7201 with ios c7200-a3jk91s-mz.122-31.SB13.bin
This cisco works as pppoe terminator.
I need configure it for 2 services:
1. LOCAL, this is local traffic on my network w/o any limits
2. INTERNET, this is external traffic to internet with prepaid traffic 10megabyte. When limit is depleted all traffic to internet must redirect to my web server
Volume quota must setup via radius (FreeRadius).
I read http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2sb/isg/configuration/guide/isbprpd.html
But i do not understand how i can do it in my case.
Can anybody help me?

  • Does a LIVE person ever pick up for Prepaid Customer Service?

In 2013 I got a prepaid phone for my 84 year old mother and put $100 on the account. She passed away in late March 2014 and I have been trying to cancel the phone ever since. I went to my local Verizon store and was told nothing could be done until the account was 6 months old (June 2014). I went back last week and now they tell me I have to call Customer Service for Prepaid phones to handle the account. I CANNOT get a live person to answer the phone. The automatic customer service is horrible and it keeps hanging up on me. Can anyone tell me HOW to talk to a live person???

First, I would like to give my condolences for your loss twinsmommary. I'm sorry you have not had an opportunity to speak to a live person about your account. You can try calling our 1-800-922-0204 number to speak to our post paid department and have them transfer you to a live person in the Prepaid department. Additionally, our store reps can call Prepaid to get a live person. Keep us posted.

  • Samsung N150 - can mine be unlocked for used with Chuang Hwa Telecomm's prepaid data service

The netbook is marketed as global ready, and has a SIM slot.
I have owned this for about a year.
Next month, I plan to travel to Taiwan.  Chuang Hwa telecomm has a prepaid 3G data plan 500NT$ for 7 days that seems to be a very good deal.
Question is if the netbook (or the Gobi chip) needs a unlock code to use with a foreign SIM.
    Does any one know?
Better yet, has anyone used Chunghwa's prepaid data plan?

    Hello alin43:
Yes, that 3G prepaid data plan does sound like a good deal!  When using another carrier's 3G SIM, you must first unlock your global device.  If your device and line of service qualifies for the Unlock, this would be handled by Verizon Wireless Global Support Team.  They can be reached M - F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time at 800-711-8300.
Let us know if this answers your question, and well wishes on your trip next month!

  • Why does Apple not support prepaid phone service?

I was wanting to ask someone from Apple this directly. I have a prepaid phone from ATT and they said that the way that Apple sends data doesn't support the prepaid service. I was just wondering why they did that? If it was intentional? And if that will change any time soon or in the future?

Then you're in the wrong place.
FWIW, I think it is supported, but not sure.

  • I need some customer service - prepaid replacement device

I've spent 2 hours on the phone both Saturday and today. I've called *611, (800) 922-0204, and the specific prepaid number. I can't email anyone because my phone doesn't work and they tell me to call. When I called I got transferred around and nobody could help me, until someone said go to the store. I go to the store and they told me to call. I called and surprise, nobody helps me - I was put on hold for 30 minutes and the original voice came back on asking for my 10 digit mobile number. Now when I call it just says "Sorry we are unable to connect your call" as if I've called too much.
My prepaid mobile device, an iPhone 4s that I purchased maybe a month ago, no longer has a functioning speaker. It is a hardware problem as the two-button reset and factory reset did nothing. I would like to be sent a replacement device as I am well within the 90-day warranty. Can someone please reach out and contact me to help me with this? Don't give me a phone number unless there's going to be a person picking up on the other line please, I can't deal with the machines I know the menus by heart now. I'd love for someone to call me and help me deal with this.
    Thanks

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is primarily a customer-to-customer forum.  Verizon reps do sometimes respond, but when they do, it's often days after a post is left, and they only respond to threads marked as a question ... this one isn't.  And if you post in a new thread to mark it as a question, that's against the forum's Terms of Service.  Also, the reps rarely respond to pre-paid questions, they usually just refer folks to the prepaid Customer Service number.
Have you tried taking the phone to wherever you bought it from and discuss the issue with them?  I don't know if it'd be different for a pre-paid phone or not, but I've heard/read that people get good results when they take their Apple phones to Apple when they have issues ... maybe you could at least call your nearest Genius Bar?

  • How do i find an account number on a prepaid phone? i want to switch services and they need an account number

i am trying to switch my pre-paid phone to another service and they asked for an account #, i do not know where to find it

I'd suggest contacting Prepaid Customer Service and asking them:
    Customer Service - Prepaid
Dial *611 from your cell phone

  • Unable to activate new phone on my prepaid account

I have a replacement phone to add to my existing prepaid account. I followed the directions via the phone number to activate it online. However, I get a message "My Verizon is temporarily unavailable as we work to improve our system to serve you better. We apologize, please try again later".  I have been trying this for several hours.  There was no Live help available for prepaid customers. So I contacted Live help via the sales page (knew they'd be there). They sent me to prepaid customer service (supposedly), but after waiting online for 5 minutes, I was informed by that rep that she could not access a prepaid account and gave me a second phone number to try. I asked if this would connect me with a person and she said yes.  However, it sent me to an automated message that gave me 2 choices- go back to main menu or hang up!  So, I dialed the 3rd phone number- provided in my phone's manual.  Entered my current number, phone MEI & SIM numbers and it automated response says that it was sending me to a customer service rep- then I get a message that I was disconnected and needed to redial that number- which I didn't have!  Worst most ineffective, fraudulent service I have ever encountered.  I have funds sitting in my prepaid account being held by Verizon and cannot activate the new phone with my existing number.  How do I activate this phone? If my only option is going to a service center- then Verizon should be telling existing customers that instead of deliberately giving out the wrong information.

It doesn't.  I was able to load in phone information(MEI/ SIM) and the prompt said it was sending me to a customer service rep, but it disconnected and I only got a message saying to redial that number (that I was robo- forwarded to).
I have attempted online, live chat, called *611, *22898, 555-294-6804, 866-893-7723, and 877-777-5759. Nothing works.  Will head to verizon center and have them clear phone so I can return. Will probably switch to a new carrier and another new phone.

  • Having trouble with CS5 tech support in India: want to contact US support or customer service

I am sorry to post this question, but I have tried everything else I can think of to solve my problem. I think that I am suffering from a minor bug in updater. When I run it, it seems to install everything except Embedder 3.1[sic?]. I called tech support to report the issue. I reached the service center somewhere in India. A very polite individual ran me through an extensive (over an hour) series of diagnostics, including uploading a log of my problem. He had no solution, but said it was not either my hardware or software. I figured that the bug would be reported, and Adobe would get back to me sooner or later with a fix.
Unfortunately, the service center does not seem to have a procedure in place to deal with a problem for which there is no known cause, or solution. Three days later, I received a follow up call. Another hour on the phone, running diagnostics. Same result as before. Three days later, another call from a level 1 tech support representative. Same questions. At this point, I requested to speak to a supervisor. A week later, I tried to explain to the supervisor that they needed a procedure to programmers, or someone who keeps track of unsolved bugs. Guess what, I'm getting called again by level 1 tech support, with the same diagnostic routines. Speaking of infinite loops.
No one will put me in touch with someone at Adobe, in the US, to whom I can report the procedural issue. I really appreciate the follow up, but the pointlessness is driving me crazy. If I decline to run the same diagnostic for the fourth time, they want to close the case. I have been using some of these products since Photoshop 2. I am at least marginally competent on a Mac. Can someone tell me how to contact Adobe in the US to give a real live person feedback on what I perceive to be a procedural problem. Every number I try puts me back in India. Finally, and with all due respect, most of the representatives, while very polite, have trouble speaking and understanding English (especially colloquial English words like "sure", "OK" and "right").
Bottom line, I would like to speak to someone in the US about the tech support service. Their effort is good, but the results are driving me crazy.

I realize this. When calling prepaid cus service it only gives you the option to input your #. If you dont the system hangs up on you. When I input my number the system doesnt recognize it and hangs up on me.

  • I just bought my prepaid phone and set it up, but I was fiddling with the settings, and now it won't text, call or connect to the internet. I assume I messed something up in the settings, but I have no idea how to fix it. Any ideas?

I messed with basically everything in the Display Settings and Phone Settings, trying to get it back to the same display I had on my old phone. But now it won't do anything?
I literally just bought it and activated it within the last 30 minutes. If someone has an idea as to what I did, that would be great. Thanks so much in advanced.

  • Please help. How do I speak with a live person to purchase a replacement phone for my prepaid account? I've tried  two verizon stores,

several verizon customer service numbers and have been on hold and transferred to the wrong department too many times to count. For some odd reason, no one is available to help.

The Prepaid customer service # is 888-294-6804, and I believe the sequence is 1 (English), mobile #, then options 4,6,4 to get to a real person.

  • Problem to use data services on different telco device

    Dear Readers,
I've bought a used BlackBerry Curve 8900 of telco Starhub Limited (Singapore).
I found the trackball faulty & managed to get a replacement set from Starhub as it is
    still under warranty.
The new device carry the following PIN & IMEI.
    PIN : [removed personal information]
    IMEI : [removed personal information]
I brought it back to my own country (Malaysia) & use it with my current Telco, Maxis.
    I'm able to make/receive calls & send/receive sms.
Then I went along to register this device to use my telco (Maxis) BIS service.
I managed to register this device to my telco BIS but however I wasn't able to use
any data services at all ie. emails, browsers, applications & even wifi.
My device only shows upper case GSM network on its screen & no gprs or edge.
Throubleshoot cames & I found there are entries in the device host routing table.
Whenever I try to register the entries this error will appear.
"Registration message queued. It will be sent once data coverage is available"
I called my Telco many times on this problem & hasn't got a clue what is going on
Their BlackBerry technical assitance also spoke the same tone.
For trial & error I went to purchase a Starhub sim & activate this device with Starhub prepaid
BlackBerry service & to my surprised the data services came alive!!
The device is showing upper case GPRS on its screen & I'm able to use all the data services.
Thinking that this device PIN might be hooked to Starhub wireless network I called them up to release it.
I got a big shock when they told me that this device PIN wasn't hooked to their BIS service.
Not giving up I went back & try to register this device with my Telco (Maxis) BIS service again & this error came.
"The information you have provided is not valid for this service provider"
I got so upset & has been losing sleep as both telco are unable to tell me what is the problem.
I'm paying for a unlimited BIS plan with my Telco (Maxis) & unable to use any data services.
Went off to spend my Christmas losing sleep!!!
Can anyone out there tell me what is going on??
I would also be very grateful is someone is knowledgeable enough to guide me how to hook
this device with my Telco (Maxis) BIS & use all the data functions.
Lastly not forgetting I wished all readers a belated Christmas.

    Dear Readers,
I've got my BlackBerry alive & kicking!
For the benificial of all, I will post what I did here.
First of all I called up Starhub to cancel off my prepaid BlackBerry
    service with them.
From the information given by Starhub I figured out that my device
is hooked on Maxis BIS but working on Starhub data network.
I've called up Maxis & ask them to release my PIN then reset my BIS account.
They told me to do a hard reset (battery & sim off) for 10 minutes.
When I turned it on after 10 minutes, to my surprised upper case GPRS appeared.
From my own analysis these few days the only clue I for the cause of this is
probably I register my BIS too early even before the data service is activated.
Other that this I can't think of any possibilty.
Welcome all to share their view here.

  • Does anybody know how to add $$ to somebody else's PrePaid account

Trying to add money to a friend's pre-paid account. It use to be easy on the Verizon site, now it is the equivalent of sitting through a 3 hour lecture that you leave feeling like the life has been sucked out of you.
I am trying to give money (revenue) to Verizon for someone's account. I don't need to know their PIN, or their password or shoe size, just want to say, here Verizon is some money to put on this specific cell phone number and you make a profit along the way.
I would think this would be a very easy transaction for Verizon, give them money and they take it, so bill is paid before they have to provide any service. I can put Thousands of dollars on my kid's college bookstore and everything else cards without needing their password or PIN, so why can't Verizon do this anymore?
How can this be done WITHOUT having to have someone's PIN or Password?

I would call in to prepaid customer service with the phone number and explain the situation to them. Maybe they can take a payment for you?  I know that I have called and made a payment for a family member's post pay account and they were able to take my payment. They just couldn't give me any personal info
