ISupport "Contact Us" loads with No Data Found

We are using 11.5.10.2 and when users log into the iSupport Individual User responsibility homepage and click on the "Contact Us" link, the page loads but there is no content. They are presented with a message that states:
>>No data found. Please enter initial values.<<
Where do I enter these initial values?

We recently upgraded to 4.1 to resolve some of the issue found in 4.0. I have a form that populates a collection....it had previously worked in earlier versions and now I receive the following error when I try and SAVE.

We recently moved from apex 4.0 to 4.1. I have an application that makes use of collections. All was working in 4.0, but now I am having problems with 4.1. I would be happy to move place application in more convenient spot, but need specific instructions as I am not certain how to do that.

The collection appears and I am able to add rows to this collection. The problem is when I SAVE. The following is executed (and again, works fine in 4.0).

Transction data loading with master data as key?

I am trying to load the transction data with master data as a key.ZEMPID is my masterdata which having attributes ZEMPNAM and ZEMPDES .My transction data contains ZEMPID.ZEMPSAL and ZEMPAGE.I could create the master data and also load it successfully.But when I tried to create the infosource for trasctional data I should get all the attributes whatever I have given it for the ZEMPID.This I am not getting.Also While creating the cube if I select the infosource then in chraracterstic tab I am not getting my characterstics(master data+attribute).Please any one help me.

You are talkin abt transactional data and saying that not created cube/Ods ..
Let me put the things again
1. When you load master data you create infosource ( direct or indirect), All the attribute will be automatically comes in the infosource...when you define application component in master data tab in infoobject maintenance it is ready for data to be loaded. Search for application component in infosource..u will get the flow
2. When you load data in infocube only transactional data goes in it.....master data presents in master data tables...In infosource you define what are the field which need to be present in cube.......so you will be able to include only these objects which are present in cube dimensions + attribute which are defined navigational in the cube....
Master data attribute will never be pushed automatically....only componding object are pushed automatically.....
If you want to load attribute of ZEMPID then make them navigational in cube or add them in one of cubes dimension...

BeginDDL is failing with no data found ORA-01403

It appears to us that running the AlterVersionedTable command to drop an index has caused an issue for one of our tables that is versioned.

Any ideas?

So how do we create the index again? AlterVersionedTable does not allow for creating an index and beginddl is failing. Oracle suggested to disable versioning but we are still getting no data found.

How to trigger process chain when datasource is loaded with new data? PUSH

Hi all,
Till now we use the pull method to load data in BW which is done manually......but we would like to work with the PUSH method where whenever new data is loaded in the datasource an event is triggered which inturn triggers the process chain...
how is this possible? can we do this on a timestamp on the datasource to trigger the event?

The case is slightly different. I am working on Bank analyzer data which is residing in a source system defined to load the results from the Results DataBase, a part of the Bank analyzer.
If it was R3 we have the standard calling procedures...but now the data in not in R3 but in Bank analyzer.
I am keen to look at some procedure to push the data automatically whenever an end user execution is done at the BA level into the BW.

How to edit PSA and continue the load with corrected data from PSA.

Hi,
Can you guide me on how to edit data in PSA and then continue a load?
i.e. if you can provide me with the steps on how to fix a load problem if a load fails. The load fails and Monitor shows red, so how do I fix them in the PSA and then allow the load continue with the corrected data into the data target.

First select that request then turn to Red and delete the Request , delete the qeruest then system allow to edit the psa data ,selete psa then selet packet then selet record double click modify the data, dont forget after completing save the data. after competing modification then select psa right click select- start update immediatly......

SQL * Loader with Spanish data!

Hi All,
I have a requirement to load Spanish data into a table. I am using SQL*Loader control file to load the data.
Everything is fine, but the Spanish charecters are not inserting as they have to. It is inserting some junk charecters.
How can I solve this issue?

Are you using init.ora (pfile) or spfile? Anyway you can do this
sqlplus "/as sysdba"
sql> create pfile='/location_to_pfile/init.ora' from spfile;

Modify init.ora file and add parameter to support spanish characters
sql>shutdown immediate;
sql>startup pfile='/path_to_pfile/init.ora'; -- YOu should be able mount and open and successfully
Test your data using sqlldr and if it is doing what you are expected it do then.
sql>shutdown immediate;
sql>create spfile from pfile='/path_to_pfile/init.ora';

sql>startup;
sql>show parameter you_parameter_nameor you can try this to
sqlplus "/as sysdba"
sql> alter system set parameter_name=value scope=both sid='*';

Each time master data full load removes previous data and load with new ?

We load company code (0COMP_CODE) master data (full load).
1st day, we check company code master data, the record count is 150, 2nd day, the record count is 90. It sounds like the master data full load each time would clean the previous data and load with new data, am I right? If what I guess is right, then what setup is controlling this?

I dont think it does cleanup.
MD records in the new load simply overwrite the records already present in the master data.
I mean if same record comes again its overwritten.If new record it gets added.
I wouldnt expect number of records to reduce drastically from 150 to 90.
Maybe before MD activation records could be more(as there will be both M(modified) and A(active) records).

Query Not reflected with Updated Data

Dear Experts,
I am facing a Problem in query data updation. Data has been daily updating in infoprovider successfully ,But when user run query through Bex he is always shown old data. Then I go to RSRT and generate the query and data got updated.
Every Time for new data updation I need to Generate the query.
What could be reason for this. Is this related to cache data ?

This problem is coming only for one Multiprovider. Running this program would affect all other queries also . This will Delay the reporting.
Any other reason why query is reflected with old data Though infoprovide is loaded with new data.

OSO opportunities with future date not showing up

When you search organization and click on opportunites you can all the opportunities loaded with close date of 30jun2011 (fiscal year end) not the onles after this date.
How and where do I need to look for thsi set up update to display opportunites for next fiscal year.

It is the same regardless of what operating system you run your client on.
The actual store is the same though iTunes is slightly different, such as some of the options and key presses.
If someone were having problems, the first question I would ask is what computer and OS is being used.
If a question is posted in the *Using iTunes Store with Windows forum*, I won't need to ask.

Load back Master Data

I was trying to load text for dataSource "0FUND". It was loaded with Master data. Then I unchecked "With master data", the "Attribute" was deleted. But now I would like to get that "Attribute" (Master data) back. I checked "With master data", the "Attribute" tab appeared. But all the "Master Data Tables" under "Master data/texts" tab is disappeared. How I can get them back? Thanks.

Hi,
After you activate the infoobject, all the tables will appear under master data tab. I think you are trying just by selecting the marking the master data box, without activating the infoobject. Please activate and check whether it is appearing or not.
